1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: October 18, 2015, 02:36:55 AM
PSA: Scrypt.cc is guilty of Fraudulent Misrepresentation, a crime in every financial jurisdiction in the world. Anyone who has lost money buying or selling their fictitious 'KHS'/'MHS' token is legally entitled to recover their funds back in full.

Quote
Fraudulent Misreprentation
Under contract law, a plaintiff can recover against a defendant on the grounds of fraudulent misrepresentation if (1) a representation was made; (2) that was false; (3) that when made, the representation was known to be false or made recklessly without knowledge of its truth; (4) that it was made with the intention that the plaintiff rely on it; (5) that the plaintiff did rely on it; and (6) that the plaintiff suffered damages as a result.

PSA: scrypt.cc is a scam, most likely of the "ponzi" variety. You will lose your money if you try to "invest" or "play" or whatever you want to call your participation in this shitshow. You've been warned.

2  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Recovery program beginning in January for PB Mining customers. on: January 13, 2015, 04:43:43 AM
Unfortunately the extreme harassment and threats since the posting of a Facebook profile with friends/family information has lead to some horrible losses thanks to some very shady people with unreasonable demands.  This is an attempt to reach out and give customers what is left, even if it means liquidating personal assets to help.  I will start the process now of looking at customers on a case-by-case basis and doing what I can to help.  Any refunds in December will be aimed at those who have suffered "extreme" losses due to reduced payout.  I will begin to look at the remaining majority of accounts in January.

Questions may go unanswered for awhile, but that is because there is a lot of work to do.  Please be patient.  Unfortunately it will be impossible to make everyone happy but a very honest attempt will be made.

For those who are wondering, the owner is not laughing all the way to Mexico.  Losses have been substantial due to complete invasion of privacy and some very harsh blackmail that followed thereafter, but there will be a strong attempt to make things right even if it is unsuccessful.

Where is the fucking recovery program???

5  Local / Brasil / Re: Onde comprar e vender bitcoins no brasil. on: October 25, 2014, 03:03:37 AM
De fato acredito que o basebit seja o melhor! As taxas de negociação são de 0,25% de depositos e retiradas de 1,49% as menores do mercado.

No Brasil a Melhor opção seria de fato o Site Basebit.com.br
