1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Confident Are you With Altcoin In This Time on: May 31, 2023, 08:47:42 AM
I have enough confident about alts coin now because bitcoin at standing at good position and i hope very soon btc going $30k+ and possibility to comes bull run if now coming days bull market than very well to alts section at this time just wait and see what happening soon or later it’s possible to start bull market.
I've always had low confidence in altcoins, not that I don't own them. In fact, I am different from everyone in the classification of altcoins, such as ETH, ADA, BNB, DOT, etc. I don’t think they are altcoins. Their status in my heart is second only to Bitcoin. I prefer altcoins. The so-called air currency. So I'm pretty much not involved. Because the project party does not have any trust endorsement and technical background. The encrypted world is the same as the real world, any team or project needs genes. Projects that rely solely on imitation are rubbish.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High Profit Projects Are Prone To Scam on: January 29, 2023, 07:53:32 AM
With my little experience so far, I have come to realize that most crypto projects that promise Investors excessive returns on their Investment eventually turn out to be scam.

I once participated in a a certain project that was giving Investors about 5 times (5×) bonus during their presale. The team kept postponing the exchange listing date until everybody got tired of them and realized that, it was a scam project. When the complaints on the Telegram group became too much, the project team just abandoned the group, leaving Investors with bot.
1. So as a new trader,  it is always important to do your own research before any Investment with any upcoming crypto project.
2. Invest what you can afford to lose
3. Try to avoid some of these projects with that promise outrageous profits on investment, most of them are not realistic. How can you expect 300,000% annual percentage yield from a new project?

In fact, I don't sympathize with people who are cheated. Pizza doesn't fall from the sky. Greedy people will eventually be killed by themselves. With such a high return, I believe no one will sue you for this opportunity. This is human nature.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your opinion on the future of Decentralised exchanges on: January 05, 2023, 07:47:54 AM
You still need a centralized exchange.

Need a third party to get the money out until all-transaction is digital without any paper currency and other. I don't think compare each other right now is a good things to do, because both of them have cons & pron.

You still need both of them.
Centralized exchanges and decentralized exchanges must coexist. The assets of decentralized exchanges require users to protect their private keys or mnemonics. To a large extent, the task of centralized exchanges is heavier. In addition to protecting The assets of good users must also actively respond to hackers' theft. In addition, it is hoped that all governments will implement stricter supervision on centralized exchanges in the region to prevent the founders of centralized exchanges from doing evil.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can DeFi still be trusted?? on: January 02, 2023, 06:23:28 AM
DeFi platforms are still subject to hacks and attacks, even after passing security audits. Some teams seek to secure user funds or recover losses, but there is no complete guarantee of security. As DeFi projects increase, there will also be more hacks despite advances in technology and security, so either take the risk or don't invest.

Why are DEFI projects frequently visited by hackers? The audit has also passed, why are there still loopholes? Why are there no white hats? It's all about hackers stealing user funds.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: December 30, 2022, 06:18:44 AM
I like the waves platform. I'm actually a bit surprise it has not gained the popularity it deserves. Technology wise, I think it is one of the best. DEX is the future.
There will be a lot of big events in 2022, such as Three Arrows Capital, SBF and so on. It has already clearly told us that various decentralized applications are the future.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks are changing ..... Bitcoin should wake up and innovate more! on: December 05, 2022, 07:41:45 AM
I dont see any major changes in banking sector nowadays. From banks, I only get notifications that my account monthly fee will be higher, and changes of plastic card limits. I understand that every bank in every country is different, but except an option to buy car insurance, I cant remember nothing innovative during last 5 years. As to Bitcoin, what new can it innovate? We are only waiting for mass adoption and that is it.

Quote
Why do people rob banks? As bank robber Willie Sutton said, "Because the money is there."

Bitcoin itself is a technological innovation. Bitcoin is the first application of the underlying technology of the blockchain. It is not too much to say that robbers need to understand hacking techniques in the future.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invitation to teach Bitcoin in a school on: November 17, 2022, 07:09:17 AM
Two weeks ago,I posted a thread on the forum about spreading Bitcoin awareness in my area and my place of work, which I shared flyers to people in my area about teaching Bitcoin, so that anyone interested can easily contact me. This innovation has started yielding good friuts. One evening I received a call from a lady I don't know, she asked if she was speaking to the person that his contact was on the flyer,I said yes. She introduced herself to me as Mrs Susan Wilson, then said she will love to see me so that we can discuss. This woman is a proprietress  to one of the private schools in my area called Legacy Comprehensive College, we booked an appointment to my own convinent time which she was OK with.
The next day I went to see her in office, to my greatest surprise she told me to teach her students in the senior secondary school about Bitcoin. I was astonished and marvel on her initiative for her students to learn Bitcoin in school. I then asked her about her knowledge in bitcoin, she said it was her husband that told her alittle about bitcoin. After much discussions she concluded by saying, she wants the best for her school and to create a difference in the area by teaching them more about reality of life than just books. She also asked how much will she pay for the class and I told her that its a voluntary service.

We fixed a date for that class but because of my busy schedule with work,It didn't work out. On Sunday evening Mrs Susan Wilson called again, saying that hope I will be able to come the next day which was yesterday for the class that she has already informed the students. I thought of it and told her that I will come on Tuesday which is today. Yesterday I met with my boss and told him I will becoming three hour late to work today which he permitted me.

Today being Tuesday 20th of September is my birthday so I voluntarily taught the students of Legacy Comprehensive College,SSS2 class Bitcoin, as my birthday gift to them. It was really a wonderful day, teaching these lovely and brilliant students  about bitcoin, even a staff of the school also joined in the class, he said he loves to learn something new as a teacher. A lot of questions was been asked by the students,a girl even asked how can you own a bitcoin which I told them all they need to know about bitcoin excluding the investment aspect, the class lasted for one and half hour. This is my first time to teach Bitcoin in school, after the class I saw that the students were so excited learning something new.

Mrs Susan Wilson is the lady beside me, she pleaded with me to come back and take them the practical class on Bitcoin that the school has a computer lab.
My birthday was fun teaching these students,I had to take this pictures for remembrance and to also show to forum members to update you about  this. I need your contributions or observations, advice to my passion of spreading Bitcoin in my locality.

Thank you for doing the work of disseminating Bitcoin knowledge under harsh conditions. The community needs more volunteers to do this. I learned that schools in many countries around the world do not have professional courses on Bitcoin and blockchain. Only really early adopters or tech geeks can take on more work. Hopefully more and more educational institutions will be able to infiltrate this work.

Altcoins are Altcoins, and no one can escape being cut. Bitcoin is at least 10 years old, which is reassuring. Altcoins mean that turning into air is as easy as drinking water. Thank you for your suggestion, I will not participate, I will just buy a bit of bitcoin as funds allow, and put it in my wallet safely. I just want to get some sleep.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin have a positive effect towards a country facing recession on: November 12, 2022, 06:21:08 AM
My region has been deep into economic instability and facing economic crisis in various aspects and I want to know if there is any way bitcoin or crypto currency can help resolve the problems and revive the economy? I know that  bitcoin  didn't  come to the world  to take over fiat currency but is there anyway bitcoin  can resolve it?

Many small countries, or developing countries, are trying to get out of this predicament with Bitcoin. To put it more directly, a country uses Bitcoin as legal tender more to get rid of the economic constraints and economic sanctions of the United States. But at present, there will not be a big change immediately. In essence, it is still the power of weapons. It is not shy to say that the United States is the country that has launched the most wars in the world, because this can effectively maintain the stability of the dollar and thus maintain the status of the United States as a powerful country.
