People need to understand that a decentralized swap solution is always going to be more inconvenient than a centralized one especially for blockchains that do not have smart contract functionality. Bisq has the option for "altcoin instant" when doing exchanges between different crypto which allows for trades that conclude in 1 hour.

THORChain has good rates and allows for decentralized swaps between a wide variety of coins.

For centralized ones wizardswap is a decent one that hasnt frozen funds as far as i know.

For me it has been 1 week since my deposit. Haven't been able to get any answers via their ticket system or live chat. 2 or 3 days ago I sent a PM here too but no answer to that either. I'll post an update here if they fix it, which is starting to seem unlikely.

It started off fine, had no problem paying for 2 cards around the time when the first thread was created here. Their site seemed to function well enough and even the live chat answered in less than a minute when I had an issue with a deposit (which was actually on the payment providers end). Oh well, I knew the risks, not really upset about the money either, just pisses me off how hard it seems to be to get a VCC nowadays without whoring out your identity info.

Yeah, same thing here. Got 2 working cards previously (just tested one that had leftover balance and it still works), but a deposit I made 2 days ago isn't appearing to account balance and the support is not answering
