1  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Don't panicked if bitcoin illegal in your country. on: April 16, 2022, 11:57:58 AM
A crypto owner which lives in a country with a crypto ban, has to convert his coins which he want to sell into something which is legal to sell, like gold.
The conversion part is actually one of the main problems... How can you be sure that you're not going to walk straight into a trap when you're about to sell it in exchange for gold or something else?
- In other words, it's easier said than done, and I didn't even include the other issues [e.g. tracking possibilities and etc...]!

When you convert your cryptos into gold, the person who is taking your cryptos does not know who you are or about your legal situation. Maybe the exchange (platform you set up the business on) knows, but there are countless offshore exchanges out there that haven't even set up KYCs.

In general:
The conversion of digital Gold <->Crypto and vice versa is common due a crypto-investor can hedge out the risks of cryptos when they tumble. It's faster and more convenient than finding buyers through an exchange who have to pay for your coins by bank transfer/check etc.

Some history:
The idea of converting currencies in digital gold to send it to third parties is not new. The first project of this kind was e-gold.com which was even earlier in operation as Paypal. Today the idea comes up again due the hefty global inflation.
2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Sad Story - Closing Trading Account for Excess Profits on: April 15, 2022, 06:53:03 PM
That's not so unusual. Many Forex-Brokers are actually CFD-brokers, so as a trader you are trading against the broker. When you win the broker lose.
Such returns that you have generated are obviously unrealistic are only achievable when you had a shorter latency than your broker. In other words, you knew in which direction a currency pair was moving before your broker did.

Be happy with your gain and move on to another CFD-broker who has a slower latency as well and continue the game. When you "robbed" them all out, invest your generated cash in dividend paying stocks or ETF and continue your gains for the long run.

You're absolutely right but there is one important rule that come into play here, the higher you are the less knowledge you need to have to do something (due you have your "specialists" at hand).

The second fact is that trump made him to the winner of the elections, how?
He told his voters to vote in person and NOT to vote by postal voting. His intention was clear (voting in person is more secure), but he took thousands of fake votes off his own party (as we all know, even dead people receive postal vote-papers)!

This produced the fake looking Biden"-Win" which was caused by postal voters inducing THEIR fake-votes by already dead people.

What kind of fantasy world are you guys living in?  Did you come up with this theory yourself or hear it on some right wing youtube channel?

Trump told his supporters to vote by mail many...many times.  And his campaign literally spent millions on ads reminding people to request and return ballots by mail.

Some (not all) tweets

Read this: https://time.com/5887438/trump-mail-in-voting/
"... On television, at rallies and on Twitter, Trump has falsely claimed that mail-in ballots “lead to massive corruption and fraud,” that foreign powers will “forge ballots” and that the “only way we’re going to lose this election is if the election is rigged.” He has falsely implied that ballots are being sent to undocumented immigrants in California and even suggested delaying the election, which he has no authority to do, until Americans can safely vote in person. ..."

So, I got my source, do you got yours?

In other words, the majority of Trump supporters voted in person. While only a small minority voted by mail which gave them the opportunity to fake these as well when they voted for their already died grandparents.
Unfortunately the Democrats had much more mail/ballot-voters so they could playout this "grandparents-fake" on a much larger scale than the trump supporters could.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How safe it is to invest in cryptocurrency on: April 15, 2022, 08:45:25 AM
According to us,investing in cryptocurrency is completely safe keeping one thing in mind that crypto must be legal in that nation where you are living and having  your economy.Investing in crypto can give you good results after some time after all crypto is the future currency of the world.
Well Investing is the battle against volatility which goes against your direction. One of the main drivers against cryptos is their legal status. Slowly but surely they will be suppressed more and more.
Luckily law and order is only relevant as long it is enforceable and there are already numerous solutions out there which dissolve this enforce-ability especially for cryptos.
Sure the price of cryptos will go down with every kind of suppression but on the other hand other solutions will come up to ensure the existence of cryptos as well.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin Fails ? on: April 14, 2022, 06:37:36 PM
As long as the inflation thrives the existence of cryptos is ensured.

The only alternative is Gold but Gold with its unfair spreads (10-20%) has no chance. Sure they are alternatives like Aurupay.com without spreads but their Gold is digital. If you want to hold this Gold in your hands you have to initiate a delivery which costs about 25$. So you pay more or less on another way, but for bigger Gold deliveries its a cheap choice.

Now I know why we had such a high increase of users from Thailand in the past 4 weeks. Shocked
7  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Don't panicked if bitcoin illegal in your country. on: April 14, 2022, 08:49:29 AM
Hello,
the solution is easy. A crypto owner which lives in a country with a crypto ban, has to convert his coins which he want to sell into something which is legal to sell, like gold.
This gold can be sold again via bank/ach-transfer  or check etc. again to receive fiat-currency.

Is that simple and they are couple to services out there.

Does any anyone actually bother to watch Joe Biden?
He is a senile, old, cowardly Bitch.
How is this idiot in charge of anything at all with his Hoe-ass?

9  Economy / Economics / Re: Im ready to adond all banks and my friends also dont need banks anymore on: April 13, 2022, 03:55:40 PM
I see it similar but some kind of banking structure is always required because 99% of mankind are unable to use the crypto/wallet stuff due a lack of ... cognitive capabilities Wink
Furthermore, they don't want to see volatility, so they prefer loosing all their wealth through inflation instead, another cognitive thing Wink

How would be the future? Well, not that bright due it is proven that the average cognitive capabilities are going down generation by generation https://www.wtkr.com/2018/06/13/iq-scores-are-falling-and-have-been-for-decades-new-study-finds. I see the mankind of it's peak right now ... like in life expectancy and innovations.
Unfortunately is intelligence and attractiveness distributed reciprocally in society which explains the slowly but surely stupefaction of the mankind, which started with the baby boomer generation.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Official says US seized cryptocurrency ransom paid to Colonial Pipeline hackers on: April 13, 2022, 03:18:51 PM
We all know it's possible to track a wallet to an IP address. Colonial Pipeline worked with the FBI from the start. The FBI is obviously running their own nodes to be able to track transactions to IP addresses and this is how it was tracked down to the US based cloud server. I'm guessing these hackers used a US based cloud server to avoid firewall/geo-filter rules from many firewalls. (I know we block all non-US IPs on our network).

This is possible but using a VPN before writing a new transaction into a blockchain is a standard step, which every script-kiddie is doing as well. So, I don't think that this explanation is the right one.

I know a special FPGA-based device which is called Copacobana (Cost-Optimized Parallel Code Breaker: https://www.copacobana.org) it was developed in Germany back in 2007 and was able to brute force 65 billion keys per second. This pace gives the attacker a right key after 6-13 days (58bit DES encryption). Source (Wikipedia, sadly written in German): https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copacobana

Here in Bitcoin-Land, a private key has a length of 256 bits, which is significantly longer and increases the number of possibilities exponentially... But, Copacobana was the first code-breaker of its kind built with FPGA-Hardware back in 2007, today they have Rivyera which main strength is its massive scalability to other Rivyera-Engines: https://www.sciengines.com/.

So, In my opinion the private-key was brute-forced by the FBI/NSA or other organization which can afford a datacenter filled with Rivyera-Engines+electricity costs.
