Yeah I tried going to step 2, but that shows that i have no funds, so i cant do anything.

I have everything noted down and I sent them the information they ask for when you run into issues on the site through email.

I used your service and my transaction has over 12+ confirmations, but i never received my chips or anything. In the Deposit step it shows no funds either.
It also shows no confirmed transaction on step 1.

I sent an email but it has been over 24 hours and I have not heard anything back from you,
will this be solved or are you guys scamming?
