Solved, received the money all ok, 31.96860000 BTC.
But still sad about situation and idk should i play there anymore, hope they will solve all problems with payments.
^ Probably you did not understand that every casino needs to verify the big winning bet especially if this is a big amount, but luckily it has been solved quickly as you have said. What makes you sad? You have got your money and the withdrawal has been successful, it could be you also you have a bonus received because you are the highest wager. That is a good sound that a gambling casino knows how to care about its reputation, your problem has been solved quickly, the problem is you did not want to wait to verify your bet which is necessary for all possible costs. You maybe do not understand what is gambling. I making big deposits every time, i wan't good service for this. When i deposit 100-500k$ and then withdraw 1kk+$ it's not a really "big win" and i want see it on my wallet ASAP I can understand if i won 10kk-20kk, so it's ok for delay, but not for one million. If casino accept my beets, so they obliged to provide me good service 24/7. And, rollbit is good casino, we can trust them, but if they want to keep highroll players, they should update withdrawal policy or "security system". |

Just advising to all who play with big bets, skip RollBit if they will not resolve payments problem with big amounts.

In my opinion you don't need too much, keep your relationship with the Rollbit, as far as I know the rollbit has a pretty good reputation, it's because your withdrawal is too big, so I suggest pulling it with a small amount and do it slowly,

my bad. And to be sure, 32btc is not a lot of money, i have withdrawals from another's casino's and they send it in 5-30 min easy.
you might be rich that's why you think 32BTC is not a lot of money, but I'll tell you this, 32BTC is a lot of money for a lot of people. also, different casinos have a different sets of rules. This more about service, like: Support telling me that they have NO ETA to withdraw my money  Lol i't can be year? 2 years? The BTC is going up and i'm loosing the difference I'm still in minus, i play on big bets always and i still waiting over 20hrs... check their ToS, usually, casinos have a limit on how long they can investigate something before they can give you a decision. Check the screenshoot, they telling, no eta to do an a payment. And if casino have good reputation they should be more loyal to their highroll players. |

Hello, RollBit do not wan't to withdraw my 32 BTC and saying "THERE IS NO ETA" over 19hrs.
And, to all, my KYC is approved on rollbit.
