What have happened Today after i logged into account my balance went from 1300 to 350 and the betting history completely dissapeared. After contacting with support i recieved a message that i had some rollback (whatfor?) Attention, potential scamming intention from this casino, yesterday i had 1300 in my balance and 450 in unsettled bets, today after i logged in my balance is 350 and bet history is empty. Support trying to say me i got some rollbacks, but it doesent makes any sense. To make the scam less obvious they just deleted all history so i couldnt prove anything. Ok, this is what I got with the added information about ETEC Global, Ltd.: yes, they're a UK-based company, so the address is not wrong, but they're not a 3D modelling company, they're licensed as... well, the nature of their business seems like a payment gateway. If I may guess, ETEC is in partnership with them as their financial solution. The registered address doesn't match with the one they list on their website, but the mailing address certainly does, so does the company logo, so I am quite sure we're talking about the same ETEC.    As for NWI themselves, they're also legally registered in Philipphines,  So that's all about ETEC and NWI's legal situation. Nonetheless, for the time being, I don't think there's much we can do other than wait, given you tried [unsuccessfully] to get in touch with PAGCOR to solve this. I'll try to invite them here, let's see if we can get this sorted out. Thnx for the impact. I have tried to contact them today, via the page given above, but its still the same google captcha error, so i guess its not possible to file a complaint via the link richy.casino provided on their site.

What happened:: i wanted to wtihdraw my money and got requested for a verification, succesfully completed it and withdraw half of my money. Later on i played some more, and my balance remained mostly the same or even decreased. After that i decided to withdraw rest of my balance and was asked to complete the verification again. Are there people here who have successfully withdrawn funds? Yesterday I created a withdrawal request after requesting a photo in the background of their website. Today they wrote to me to take a photo against the background of the site and id.
This site is still new in this forum and this casino blocks so many countries, means that less chance for you to see a real experience from forum members (especially high rank members). I think you should add some images to prove what you are complaining here, I'm trying to be neutral here because I have no experience in this casino and I cant fully take your complaint as a real one because you do not provide any proof. If your complaint is real, post at least one proof so it will also help the community as a warning. First of all, if you want to complain, you must always provide proof, e.g., date, chat screenshot, bet slip, etc. Just like we don't trust casinos at face value, we don't trust users who complain at face value as well, especially from users whose post history is only about problems on casinos. That's not normal.
@BK8.Official kindly provide a detailed explanation about what this case is, so we can hear from both sides.
And what is the problem of reporting issues of bookmakers, which are listed here? How can it affect the fact of excess of authority by closing acccounts and deleting the winnings unilaterally? That should be none of your business, in which threads the user shows his activity. That thread starting to look like ole7 thread, which had the same engine and absolutely same problems. Those bookies will only be glad to users who loose, and those minors who win are just getting eliminated or robbed. Shame on you man for the answer you provided as official person of this site.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.” After that ive asked what is the problem with my withdrawal, and why it taking so long “Unfortunately, we cannot specify the timeframe. The transaction will be processed as soon as it is possible. We will notify you once the transaction is made. We apologize for the delay. ” Lets see how it goes after that

You will notice that the black page will get darker after few seconds like 10s to 20s of waiting. What device are using? At some cases, A couple of refresh and wait for a minute will make the sportsbook load. I hope devs will upgrade it since it’s really slow loading. Hi, reporting ole7.io as scam site, was playing on it since october. 5 days ago my withdrawal was declined and they started compliance check, today i wrote them that it taking too long, and 20 mins later all my balance dissapeared from account (1600$) with message "Thanks for your query. We have checked your account and found that it has been closed due to compliance issues. Unfortunately, your account could not pass compliance check and hence, it was closed permanently and your funds (if any) were forfeited. Please note that the reason of this action could be (but not limited to): Multiple accounts, Illegal arbitrage practice etc. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. I understand that this can be frustrating, but I hope you understand the procedure." Ive never had any other accounts on this site, and my overall deposits were more then 1200$, yet, they still cut all my balance. This is already like 20th complaint about frozen acc/stolen money on this platform. Would not recommend using it to anyone. my username on site is zendini

Hi guys, i've opened my account to report a scam case from online casino crashino .com 1.5 weeks ago i registered on crashino and played few time in crash. Later ive done 8 bets on turkey basket, from which 3 lost an 5 won. I recieved the void on all of those, with decision that this was manipulated. After that i decided to stop playing this casino and withdrawed the money, 5 days support members were tricking me and saying that my withdrawal is in process, and later on , that my bet history is being checked. 3 days ago i tried to login into my account and there was a message that my account got locked. After i wrote to support i got this message "Thank you for waiting, I am sorry to inform you your account is locked for breaching the terms and conditions. "17.2" and the amount was refunded to you". Ive asked how long will the refund process to my usdt adress will take, and got the answer that withint 72 hr i will get my money back. Today, as 72 hours past and no money seen, i tried to contact support again and this is what they wrote me. Here is all the proofs of my last chat with support member https://imgur.com/a/5BJmsau ( Support member telling me that casino is unable to withdraw my money accordint to point 17.2 in rules, while 3 days ago they were saying that i will get my money back accordint to the same point So basically, ive don 400$ deposit to this casino, won 15$ in crash, and now casino dont even want to give me back my deposit, despite the fact, that in previous chat with support i was told that i will recieve my deposit back in 72 hrs? Scamming clients is not good. Genuinely hoping on resolving this issue and getting my deposit money back
