1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will these coins achieve goals I set? on: May 24, 2022, 12:13:32 PM
I agree with the 3rd coin category, for me it might be better to buy gradually because the condition of the altcoins, the arrival of the bears is on the way, all coins will go down. BNB,ETH,BTC certainly have good potential in the future everyone hopes. and there will be many projects that will give birth to new coins that I always look for that information, such as solana which is priced at 0.5$ can make ATH 258$
I think that the bear market is a great environment for the creation of similar projects and the stage of development of existing ones
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will these coins achieve goals I set? on: May 24, 2022, 12:05:54 PM
Probably yes for BNB and ethereum but i doubt about the rest. The rest didn't look good like binance and ethereum which have real product. I do know about bit swap and i think this is also having the same potential like ethereum and binance.
I will pick BNB, BSW, and ethereum as the cons that potentially reach your target as soon as possible once market turns to be bullish again. XRP is still in the battle and you can't expect big thing come from this coin.
WOW and SXP didn't look good based on its price performance. That's why i pick threee from the list

Yes it's true as you said, because XRP has not yet been able to provide a new picture that shows that XRP can even increase in price.
I also don't like WOW and SXP coins because these two coins are really cold when we look at their trading volume.
I've read a lot about their litigation, but would love to hear a fresh and independent opinion on why it doesn't have the potential it had before the SEC litigation began

Well SXP for me is one of the first coins I added to my portfolio, it's nostalgia lol

And I see potential in WOW thanks to the developers work on their decentralized exchange, I think the features provided on it will be in demand during the next bull market
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will these coins achieve goals I set? on: May 24, 2022, 11:57:55 AM
I do not know much about others, like XRP reaching 3? I mean it is not impossible, if the market skyrockets one day then why shouldn't it? But considering they are centralized and people are moving away from them, a coin that reached second position, barely standing in top 10? I can't guarantee anything but at the same time I cannot say it won't happen.

However, I am well aware of bnb and eth, and I know that they will be doing much better and they could reach not only those numbers but they will reach a lot better numbers as well. I do know that it will be much better, 1k+ is nothing for BNB, and it will be even 5k right now, and ETH will be 20k+ one day as well.
I see a connection between XRP and BNB since BNB is the coin of a centralized exchange. Forgive me if I am wrong but what do you say to that? I think XRP also has great potential and a community that can contribute to it
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will these coins achieve goals I set? on: May 24, 2022, 11:50:33 AM
I believe ETH, BNB and XRP has a potential because obviously they're trusted and have good history in the market even last year, wherein, they improved alot along with the top altcoins. and although the market collapsed and the prices decrease for sure it's still easy to achieve in the future.

Btw those three projects on the list seems not familiar. If they're new, welll it's unpredictable IMO.
I continue to DCA them, about the three projects you don't know, I did research and I think the technologies they offer will be in demand during the next bull market, well, that's why I have confidence in my portfolio
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pockets full of potential on: May 24, 2022, 11:43:42 AM
Good luck with that strategy.

You'll earn more with the price up of those coins that you're holding rather than the LPs and staking of those. I can't give you one since I'm not a fan of LPs and high APYs.

But just be sure that you're open to the risk that you'll take if you've chosen those low liquid coins that you're about to invest.
Well I decided to buy them for a possible pump, but I also deversified their purchase by buying bitcoin and I still keep some of my assets in stablez in case of a drawdown

Hey guys,

I started farming 3.5 months ago on BSC chain.

I want to build a profitable strategy from providing liquidity to pools.

I have the following coins in my portfolio, which I hold with long-term goals and some of which I have already added to pools:

XRP goal $3 (77% APY) – wowswap
BSW goal $5 (45% APY) – biswap
SXP goal $8 (19% APY) – wowswap
BNB goal $1000 (17% APY) – alpaca
ETH goal $8 000 (4% APR) – rocket

I also have some other coins from the top 100 and some low-liquid coins that I haven't figured out what to do with yet. If you guys can give advice on my targets or new coins I'd be happy to.
Very safe and interesting portfolio you made. I believe that if market recovers you will be in extremely profit. One thing should be remember that these all coins are top class and don't need to change . You can add more like Cardano but don't change your portfolio. Hope you will get good results in future.
I am saddened by Cardano because they had every chance to repeat the similar fate of Ethereum, but they spent so much time developing their plans

It looks like you are doing well. Yes, Alpaca has some really good APY. The problem with XRP on BNB chain is that it is reliant on Binance to switch back to real XRP. Consider farming on songbird or flare when that is available. Another high APY [Suspicious link removed]d for staking is ICP, which can net you 28%.
What can you suggest about ICP?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Will these coins achieve goals I set? on: May 17, 2022, 07:59:42 AM
XRP – $3
BSW – $5
WOW – $6
SXP – $8
BNB – $1000
ETH – $8 000

Thoughts and ideas?

10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Holding or Using ? on: May 17, 2022, 07:36:32 AM
We all know about BTC Holding and we all encourage it, and on the other hand we are also happy when we see someone buying a car with BTC. My point is, if we hold btc all the time, where is our profit if it is not used, and if it is just holding without using, how will its value increase? And why are we happy when we see someone buy something from btc?  This issue has been circulating in my mind for a long time, what do you think about it?
I have not yet met places where I can pay in bitcoins, except only for cryptomats. Basically I just accumulate them by buying them on market drawdown and also trade them on wowswap exchange and about 50% of profit I buy bitcoins to my spot portfolio again
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Short term investment suggestion on: May 13, 2022, 03:33:35 PM
Usually, the profitable coins that are just good for short-term investment nowadays are projects without a strong foundation and mostly carried by the hype which is too risky. If you want sure profit, I suggest that you'll focus on well-established coins. Though it will take time for you to gain your target profit, at least you'll have assurance that you won't put your funds in bubble coins.
The established coins are none other than the top coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB and there are many more for sure,
at least with those top coins it's unquestionable and much safer too,
other than that for a long term investment it will be profitable regardless of the current down market conditions
Oh yes, now we will have a couple of years to accumulate volume in these coins
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who’s itching to buy? on: May 13, 2022, 03:25:05 PM
Hi guys. I'm newbie here. Wanted to hear your opinions.

These red candles got me wanting to itch my itch. I know about DCA. I think little more of a drop and we reverse. Just trying to not get too eager. I'm trying to catch this bitcoin bounce by setting two additional limit orders to open a long position on wowswap exchange.

What do you think about the current bear run, will it turn around? What price for bitcoin do you track? Will we get on the big green planes?

I'm thinking of buying a few more alts from the top 100. With everything being down in the last month they seem to be safer plays.

Is it now worth continuing to trade on decentralized exchanges with little liquidity, such as wowswap?
It is worth because traders trade on centralized exchanges, but some of them begin to transfer their assets to the wallets to continue to work already on decentralized exchanges due to the panic in the market
I think dexes are more secure, for example, I could not do anything with my LUNA (if I had them) if they stored on a cexes, much more reliable purse and work on the dexes I think
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what is the best investment for the next halving? on: May 13, 2022, 03:16:36 PM
Hi, I'm new to bitcointalk.
I'm only 15 years old and I'm Brazilian, I want to know which is the best long-term investment.

for the next bitcoin halving Huh
Hi. I'm new here too, but I have some fundamental knowledge that I've accumulated over two years. I have speculated on many coins on wowswap exchange, particularly those outside the top 100.

I just made a conclusion for myself that for the long term BTC is the main asset for me, which occupies about 80% of my long term investment portfolio

Be DYOR and good luck to you
Good job!

You're doing the best thing a 15 year old can copy.

It's all about the stability of the investment that you're about to buy and bitcoin is the choice that a newbie can make. Not just because of it being the king of the market.

But fundamentally and economically, bitcoin stands as the best of them all. No debates but only proof of the market's existence ever since.
Bitcoin has survived all the bear markets and is less risky for new users, let this be helpful, thank you
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What and where? on: May 11, 2022, 06:29:07 PM
I saved up a few this month and planning to invest a part of it in trading but I'm not really sure where to start. What should I trade and I'm leaning on using binance since I am confident in using it for a year now. What can you suggest?
Look at the most volatile assets of day when you start trading and focus on them. It's not too risky in terms of taking margin for a position. This is one of my favorite strategies when trading on wowswap exchange
15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I think its time to start my crypto trading lessons on: May 11, 2022, 06:22:03 PM
I believe no one can learn everything about crypto in one day so there is no giving up on the part, always learning every day,  now I think its time I move into crypto trading, not in rush but i am less busy this days, I want something I can slowly learn about so is there any books or video about crypto trading? A genuine stuff that has almost all answers to trading, candles and other stuffs that a newbie needs to learn first?..
Wrote about these books in response to a previous post in the feed)

I was very interested in reading Mike Bellafiore's book "One Good Deal" and Mark Douglas's book "Zone Trading".

17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TA or FA which is a better choice for market speculation. on: May 11, 2022, 05:51:17 PM
As traders in cryptocurrency trading what kind of framework of analysis do you prefer best to be taken (as an approach) into consideration when it comes to speculating the future of the market (when to buy and sell), be it on a long term or short term?

Is it with: TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
       or

 FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS.

I'll like to throw some light about the above mentioned analysis for the benefit of those that have a floating or no knowledge about both. So as to accommodate a wide range of opinions.

Now, simply put, Technical Analysts believe that "past price movement can dictate future price movement". Technical Analysts don't try to find out the intrinsic value of an asset, rather, they look at historical trading activity and try to identify opportunities based on that.

On the other hand, Fundamental Analysis is a framework that aims to identify the "true value" of an asset. Analysts here study the economic and financial factors to figure out if the market valuation of an asset is fair, etc.
SOURCE: [Suspicious link removed]/AcademyEBook2
                           [Suspicious link removed]/AcademyEBook1

From the above explanation which could you as a trader possibly go with and why?

Let's discuss.
For short-term price speculation you do not need a fundamental analysis, the news about the coin is enough to understand its mood and basically understand which way the market is

19  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Signal to Start Trading and the Signal to Close Trading on: May 11, 2022, 03:45:54 PM
Trading is not so difficult as it was told. But the difficult part in trading is when to enter the market and when to Close the market. So when do you think one can buy or sell (enter) the market? Using the candle sticks to predict.
Following the risk/profit ratio and setting stop loss and take profit keeps me mentally healthy and I enjoy when trading on wowswap exchange
