1. The Bounty campaign will be managed by Blank-Head-HR.
2. 500 USDT are to be divided according to the stakes accumulated
amongst selected participants.
3. The bounty program was launched on October 24th, 2023 and will run until
November 30th, 2023.
4. The reward distribution of Russellcoin Bounty is guaranteed by Bounty Blank-Head-HR.
The distribution will begin on December 2023. 
1. Must join their Telegram group and bounty group.
2. Multiple account , cheating won't be tolarated it will cause you imidiated ban from campain.
3.Bounty manager has rights to change any rules and condition during bounty canpaign.
4.KYC is not required for this bounty however project team has rigts to ask KYC verification.
5.Spamming about bounty on main group will cause you imidiate disqualification.
6. Participants can not change their wallet address after registration. Please double check your wallet address before
registration for any campaign.
7.Participants’ forum accounts should be at least 3 months old prior to participating in Bounty campaigns.
8.Create a POA on this thread for join. All participants must send the Proof of Authentication post to join the bounty program.
9. We're strict in our condition made sure you do everything well.
10. Red Trust/Negative trust account is not allowed to join our campaign.
11. Submit your weekly report on this thread before deadline.
