I've changed it to daily for the first few weeks. After some trust is built up this can then be renegotiated when both parties are happy with the situation.

I'm more than happy to escrow the work trial period BTC. I can also pay daily for the first couple of weeks, too.

Skills needed:

Fast worker
Good with Wordpress, Cpanel etc.
Good English language skills
Fast internet connection and computer
Can work minimum 40 hours per week.

$4 USD per hour. Paid in Bitcoin daily for the first few weeks to make sure both of us are happy.
