Thanks for your answers.

Used Wirex to get some bitcoin cheap and really fast with my credit card.
I only took the amount of bitcoin I needed for the transaction.

Can I just send my remaining bitcoin to the same address to kind of "fill" the gap that's needed?

Hi,

I wanted to pay for something on the internet, but I didn't send enough bitcoin to get it, as the website I'm making the transfer from only let me put 6 decimals.
How can I fix the issue?

Thanks in advance.

My profile is verified, and I ordered a USD Virtual card.
I'm not able to load it, why so?

Additionnaly, I see there's an option to upgrade the card.
Does it mean I'll order a plastic card with that option?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Hi, our system does not allow card load by funds deposited from Skrill. You should be able to load your card with credit card deposit.

Really good to know, thanks.
I'm still waiting to be able to link my credit card though.

Hi,

I wanted to load my card with some funds I added from Skrill. Received the message :
"
Load amount of 200.00 EUR is higher than available unlocked balance 0.00 EUR! The difference between your actual balance and available load balance exists, because you have deposited some funds via payment options which do not support card loading (for example Skrill)."

Is there a way to unlock the 200.00 EUR even if it comes from Skrill? Is it the same with credit cards deposit?

Thanks in advance for your answer.
