I'm so glad I found your topic. I've recently been wondering what regulations the governments have placed on these online investments. Since I've been regularly trading and selling/withdrawing from Coinbase recently I need to know about any documents that should be filed with local or federal government. Not long ago I saw a comment on Coinbase turning over information to the government on Bitcoin transactions along with a warning that users had to file a document before or after doing Bitcoin transactions. Needless to say, this is all a confusing mixture of what you should or should not do when it comes to crypto-coins
I'll continue to monitor topics such as this one for more informed information about where to go or google for information updates.

I agree most people can't afford to buy Bitcoin at the current price. The most anyone can do is mine a little, faucets, or other low cost ways to gain Bitcoins. To me it's time consuming to even try some for they can have very little return. Many suggest that online mining just makes the mining pool owners wealthier and not the miners. Maybe...I've certainly mined at a few that seemed on the shady side with things not adding up with what I was seeing in my account. However, if you are not a mining expert you can't really say if you're being fleeced or not.

Good lord no..I don't own anything near 1 Bitcoin. The most I've gained is $0.30 or lower. I've counted myself lucky to have gained a few bucks on Bitcoin at all. If regulations tighten up on all transactions through banks and other organizations even that profit might turn into a loss instead of a gain. I congratulate anyone who has accomplished this with limited funds. To those with superior hash-power I envy and wish it were me profiting.

I believe Bitcoin will rise but not that much. In fact, I doubt the other coins will monstrously rise either. Goodness with the steady bans against altcoins in other countries and rumored stiffer regulations from the United States government their survival seems to be in question to me.

I saw this article and tweeted it because it's very likely with the rapid rise of Ethereum it's value will qua-triple. When the coin 1st made it's appearance I thought it could likely be stable and today I know that to be the case. Time will tell if it can overtake Bitcoin but it's doing a fantastic job competing.

I believe some of the Signature Campaign managers do review posts by accepted members and reject them if the content value is low. Some earlier post spoke of the newbie's learning what not to do by posting thru trial and error. I believe that with time anyone can become a better poster. Banning all Signature Campaigns is not the solution.

I got Tapatalk on my phone a few weeks ago. When I saw that Bitcointalk wasn't one of the forums there it was disappointing. The app seems to be ok to me. I believe it should have some more quality forums added. Bitcointalk would be a welcome addition to Tapatalk if the forum was considering adding it here.

If the US goverment says don't allow the 2 states access then that's what that company is going to do or they will risk being shut down completely. I imagine that each member probably got a email telling them of the reverse of membership allowance and Coinbase asked them to withdraw all coin before a deadline.
