TRUSTDICE DOES NOT PAY WINNERS

Hello everyone,

This is TrustDice team.

let's put aside the question of whether his documents are true or not. what caught my attention and with a lot of concern is that @jimdemeray says he bet and won, but when it was time to withdraw their winnings, he was forced to KYC. I ask:

On your site, will all people who win a game, at the time of withdrawal, be forced to go through KYC?

why does @jimdemeray need to KYC to withdraw what he won?

My advice would be to check out the reviews on Trustpilot, AskGamblers, and what is on here and do your best to make an educated decision based on that. I wish I had done that before getting involved, personally. It may be different if you are playing casino games or hit and running the sportsbook. Unfortunately I was there for a while, only betting sports, and had done pretty well. I don’t believe TrustDice is a complete scam but they are definitely doing me, and others, very dirty.

Oh, and it’s not “good faith” to offer to refund a user’s deposit rather than confiscating their entire balance when they won money on your site legitimately. It just makes you slightly less scummy than the absolute scam sites.
One thing you should know about scams and so on. When the trustdice team offers a refund it doesn't mean they are a scam, you must be careful because it will backfire for yourself, if they are a scam then there is no offer whatsoever.

So all the reasons are so obvious that the casino says that the data provided shows its authenticity is doubtful. Also based on the articles and laws of the casino rules, they must comply with all of them without exception.

In accordance with our T&C 4.6 and 13.1, we closed the user's account, and have offered a full refund of his deposit, out of good faith, instead of confiscating the entire balance. The user has so far rejected the proposal.

To be clear, I did not call TD a scam site. But I’m not going to pretend that they should be celebrated for offering to refund my deposit instead of paying me what I won sports betting on their site. I am a real person, I used genuine documents, I was very familiar with their TOS going in, I bet on legitimate markets, and I didn’t take a bonus on their site.

I didn’t come here to mediate my case with you, we can continue to do that at AskGamblers even though you are actively trying to dodge that. I came here to post an honest review of my experience with your site. You can doubt if I have spoken to other users all you want, I don’t need your validation on that. The stories of you not paying are rampant online. Also, not a single thing I have posted is defamatory, each and every word is honest and true.

And I feel like this goes without saying but of course you CANNOT share my public information on a public forum, I don’t need the court of public opinion to make a decision here. Share all of that in our mediation though, they’re still waiting for you to get involved.

TRUSTDICE DOES NOT PAY WINNERS

TrustDice is a nice looking site that promotes fair treatment of players, their lightning fast withdrawal, and pretends that they care about their customers. All of this is fallacy. I made a little bit of money betting on sports but was fairly quickly limited. I went to withdraw my funds and was pushed through the KYC circuit, which I completely respect and appreciate. After sendin photos of my government issued drivers license, utility bill, and a selfie of me holding my government issued drivers license I received an emailing stating the following:

Hello Jimdemeray81,

We regret to inform you that your TrustDice account has been banned and the withdrawal funds were confiscated, this decision was taken according to the following terms and conditions:

4.6 It's the responsibility of the player to ensure that all documents as a part of the KYC process are genuine. Faked or fraudulent documents provided may result in a confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the player.

13.1. If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or we have a reasonable ground to suspect that you have breached them, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, or to close your Member Account, or withhold payment of your winnings and apply such funds to any damages due by you.

Your initial deposit will be returned. Please, provide your deposit address.

With respect,

Compliance team

So, I replied that my documents were completely genuine and sent an additional set including my government issued passport, another government issued utility bill, and yet another selfie of me holding the passport this time. They still are leaning into my documents being fraudulent and refusing to pay me the winnings I made on their site, requesting that I send them a BTC address so they can refund my deposit.

You don’t have to go far to find many other stories similar to mine from them. They even pay their users to post reviews (if they are positive reviews) to try to dilute all the bad publicity on not paying. Be safe, stay away!
