Hello,
Please tell me what could be the problem - I use a miner for Windows, an LHR video card, when I open the Evernote program, the hashrate drops (from 61 to 38 for 3060 ti and from 81 to 49 for 3070 ti.

Before that, it worked fine with the 2060 card.

Why does this happen and how can I fix it? Thanks.
