1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SHARE THE BEST BITCOIN STORIES (for comic project) on: December 08, 2022, 02:16:51 AM
Hello everyone!

Hope you all are doing well!
My name is Pr1mal Cypher and I am the founder of ENCODE Graphics.
I worked with many artists on this web3 project since 2020 and did a short story
with the person who initialized the famous Lambo meme...

As I would love to create much more works for BITCOIN... and BTC related short stories,
I would look for really amazing stories, that could be created as a comic story.

Anyone here who knows a good one?
You wanna share it?

THANK YOU ALL!
best,
Primal

Bitcoin has no story, it is just running automatically. Where there is a story, it must have a relationship with people, such as the FTT incident. The protagonist of the story will always be people's hearts. I would really like to see a plot about Bitcoin in TULSA KING. I think it fits the story very well. If there is, it will be a very cool thing. An old man faces life again and uses Bitcoin to rebuild his gangster empire.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Destroy Crap Altcoins? on: December 08, 2022, 02:00:52 AM
Quote
"Silicon Valley Venture Capital Godfather" Tim Draper (Tim Draper) believes that people will turn to high-quality and decentralized cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, and some weaker cryptocurrencies will become historical relics.

I truly belive in this! But bitcoin doesn't have to destroy anything to be honest! It's just about time, the shitcoins are usually rejected by the market and no one really cares about it! That's the usual dynamics of the market. Bitcoin doesn't have to do anything here!

The entire crypto market is at a very nescent stage where we are acquiring new users every single hour. Not all of them are educated about cryptos. As the time goes, as they gather more experiences, they start to understand which is what! That's when they choose their investments wisely. It's normal rules of the market which will happen with time.

If a brand turns a blind eye to imitators? Is it disrespect for yourself. Bitcoin is the first application of encrypted digital currency. While we don't see any of Bitcoin in action, it operates automatically. His benign development is the greatest education and guidance for people.
3  Other / Archival / Re: Most investors think regulation is a good thing on: December 02, 2022, 02:12:34 AM
The world should not be a place without law. Even we can disagree with a lot of things launched by governments and central banks, we must recognize that they somewhat govern societies and keep things on the right track.

Without laws, without regulations, without governments, the world would be a very chaotic place that is not what I want to live in. I guess most of us don't want to live in a society without law and regulations too.

In my opinion, I agree that "Regulation is a good thing".
Government regulation can look at this issue from different roles. As a government, they hope that the economy will be in order, and they will think that the huge volatility of Bitcoin price is difficult to be used as an asset store, and it is difficult to enter the currency payment channel. But as investors, the volatility of Bitcoin is a tool and channel for them to make money, and they can do some things that they don't want others to know. In the long run, I am not in favor of regulation, because all I want is more freedom, a few decades of life, and I want to be in charge of myself.
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear market likely over? on: December 02, 2022, 02:02:01 AM
I don't think it's right to say we're in a bear market right now. If we were in a bear market, the value of bitcoin would be below $10,000. After the period of decline we have experienced, we are currently in a pause period for a while. As far as I'm concerned, this period will continue in this way for a little longer. From time to time, there will be small-scale rises in the market. But I think that there are at least 1.5 years for the bull market to start exactly.

Bull market in 2024? However, the halving of Bitcoin is closely related to the world economic environment. When the world enters the global economic crisis, I feel that the bull market will be delayed. I don't know about other countries, but the war and the epidemic are not over. I am not optimistic about the future. This winter will be very cold.
5  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is suicide the best option? on: November 17, 2022, 08:33:08 AM
In the society we find ourselves today, many people have decided to do the unthinkable just to survive the hardships of life.
Our education system is also not helping matters. Some who are in school, are being frustrated by not just hunger and lack, but also by some lecturers who would make outrageous demands all so that the individual can scale through that course.

Recently, I heard of an incidence of a student who took their life! I may not know what may have propelled such an action. Depression? Frustration? Or maybe heart break? Who knows?..

The question here is, how can we stop this from becoming a norm? Where it does not become the only choice available because the truth is, it's not only brain drain that deprives a country from harnessing the potentials of its citizens, suicide does too!
What do you think can be the better option? Your thoughts.

This is a social phenomenon. All kinds of pressure bring people psychological diseases, which are beyond their control. Instinct to choose suicide, this will not solve the problem, but will add a lot of new burdens. I am not a doctor, I can only make an objective judgment from a normal person. It is better to choose a static life than to commit suicide. Constantly adjust yourself.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your lost from FTX collapse on: November 15, 2022, 01:25:46 AM
Due to huge crypto exchange FTX brankcupcy . what is your lost amount?

my one is 120$ and i got the a new message that "Not your keys , Not your crypto"
Your loss is only $120, so don't ask about other people's losses. You are very lucky. Many people can't find a place to cry when they want to cry. If you are not a newcomer and have experienced bulls and bears in the cryptocurrency market, your mentality will become normal in this matter. No matter what happens, it is normal. Because digital currency is still a child, there are no rules of the game, and everything starts from the heart. If SBF does not do evil, if there is orderly and fair competition in this market, everything may be better. But without contradictions, there is no driving force for the development of things.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not all new Projects are bad, So take the Risk on: November 15, 2022, 01:17:39 AM
Of course, not all new projects are bad, but new projects are very prone to scams because during the pre-sale of tokens they could run away after collecting funds from investors. Therefore, it is very necessary to conduct in-depth research before investing in a new project and of course, you must be prepared for the risks that will be faced.
perhaps, it was a very usual issue that we experience in investing in new projects which is very alarming or discouraging people to invest in them.
If I invest in crypto, I'd never spend a lot of time digging and searching for legit new projects but directly go for known and potential coins already like BTC and ETH. Because it found out that even if we do research this won't guarantee safety, many projects have a good start but in the later part, they turn into scams.

In the digital currency market, I have experienced a cycle of bull and bear markets. I deeply understand everyone’s thoughts. There is no century-old project. If you feel that the new project is not bad, my point of view is to recover the principal and keep some bottom positions. , but don't invest heavily. In addition, the founders of many projects had no problem with their original intentions, but lost their way at any time due to market changes and the temptation of money, and finally chose to abscond with money.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CZ proposes an Industry recovery fund. on: November 15, 2022, 01:09:39 AM
The aim of this project is to;
Quote
to support “strong” companies and projects that are struggling with liquidity
and CZ urges that this initiative be supported by other investors.
Link to news

All this is due to the recent issues with FTX.

What do you think about this initiative?
This is indeed good news, and it is also a model of currency autonomy and self-help, but the problem is that I still have a skeptical attitude towards these actions of centralized exchanges. Is there a decentralized public welfare fund? Specifically to solve such problems.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: House is a forced saving on: November 14, 2022, 09:30:47 AM
House price is soaring, but finance advisor telling me to debt maxxing on house loan 90% loan and 0~10% dp, and it’s fine.

This is all wrong here.

House prices are not soaring, it is exactly the opposite. Interest rates are high , less people can afford a loan because it is expensive now. So less people buy houses , less demand = lower price.

Anyone should be careful about making debts now as interest rates are rising all over the world.

Real estate is a powerful liability for most people. When the economic crisis comes, real estate is like a soap bubble. The moment it bursts, it is another beautiful rainbow. But it's what people need, so it's a vicious circle in the end.
