i didnt know exodus existed.....
So, you didn't say anything about Exodus when contacting their support. It's weird. Because in the response, they talked about Exodus keys. I have read all the previous replies, but I still don't know what exactly happened. You bought bitcoin. Then you provided a bitcoin address, so they can send you the fund. Right? Where did you get that address from? Same company. Why dont they just provide them?

I'm more confused now. Where did you create your wallet? Exodus or electrum? Maybe, you created your wallet in exodus and then imported your address into electrum. Am I right? If so, you need the exodus wallet file or the 12 word seed phrase.

I bought it from a leading company.
If the only thing they gave you is a bitcoin address, you've been scammed. thats so weird, i wrote down every seed every time i used bitcoin.
It's not weird at all. If you have the seed phrase or the private key, you can spend the fund. If you have neither the seed phrase nor the private key, you are not the owner of the fund. Every one can create the watch-only wallet you have. Their response; Good afternoon Dennis, I understand that you are very concerned, we have tried to help you to the best of our knowledge, but we also suspect that you have been the victim of a scam and that you may not have your own keys to the Exoduswallet. If this is the case, we cannot do anything for you. Money sent over the blockchain can never be retrieved. Shipping is therefore always at your own risk. Perhaps you could give us some explanation as to what exactly happened. In your first verification photo we see an English whatsapp message to someone in the background, where you indicate that you have done something wrong. We may be able to help you if you could explain exactly what happened. Then we can and will of course be happy to help you further. Sincerely, Blackbird Bitmymoney Support support@bitmymoney.com

Okay just imported the addresses I found in the blockchain Coins are back. NOW it's read-only how send them to another address?
As has been explained above, you can not spend from the watch-only wallet. You have to import the 12-word seed phrase. Create a 'standard wallet' by clicking on the standard wallet and importing your electrum wallet seed phrase, instead of importing the address you can not spend from as it is a watch-only wallet. If you import the seed phrase and you see zero balance, that means you do not have the seed phrase of that wallet. thats so weird, i wrote down every seed every time i used bitcoin. Is the wallet name reklevant since i deleted it the first time?

The OP admitted that he did not create the wallet with the seed, so to me this all seems like that classic scam in which someone bought Bitcoin, but in fact he bought an address that shows him the balance in a watch-only wallet. I think that there are a lot of Bitcoin owners who think they own it, but only when they want to spend it do they realize that something is wrong.
That's a bold statement. I bought it from a leading company. I'll share your 2 cents, see what they have too say

Okay just imported the addresses i found in block chain. Coins are back. Now it's read-only how send them to another adress?

You are having a watch-only wallet because you import the master public key or the addresses. To spend your coin, import your seed phrase or private key instead.
Sounds right. However, i dont remember the adress...
how can i check?
You can see all your addresses in "Addresses" tab. (If you don't see "Addresses" tab, click on "View" and then select "Show addresses". OP, it's still unclear how you created your wallet. The wallet can't become watch-only suddenly and it's impossible to create a watch-only wallet by importing a seed phrase. And please answer the question asked by LoyceV, above. Did you generate the seed phrase by yourself? i did not, just removed the wallet because i thought it useless...
Id did receive the seed an saved them, but when loaded its doesnt load my bct
Is the seed 12 to 24 words? Or started from 1, 3 or bc1? These are bitcoin addresses and if you import it on Electrum, it will create you a watch-only wallet. You can not spend from watch-only wallet. What character starts what you import on Electrum? Just the first character, not all. Or are they 12 to 24 words? 12 words and my adress begind with 1 (17KZyipZidggyoTfjdWG4QePxbKzdNEhLk) [moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

Okay so you restored the wallet using the seed, and you still can't see the bitcoin you have. But can you see the address you used for receiving funds in your addresses tab? If not, then you must've imported it from somewhere else. how can i check?

Did you create a standard wallet where you were given a seed, or did you just import your addresses from somewhere else? If the latter, then there's no way to retrieve your funds sadly, not from Electrum anyway.

Hi people,
I am a verry big noob when it comes to bitcoin. So i bouht some bitcoin, an startet a wallen named wallet_1. Dropped al my coin to a specifi address on that wallet and worked, al my ballance was theren. Then i noticed the wallet was read-only for some kind of reason so accidentally deleted the adress.... Now what?
Blokchain says:
This address has transacted 5 times on the Bitcoin blockchain. It has received a total of 0.00670692 BTC ($154.98) and has sent a total of 0.00111431 BTC ($25.75). The current value of this address is 0.00559261 BTC ($129.23)
How can i retreive them?
