I've just installed the new wallet version 0.9.25 on my mac but the balance is 0.
Also the history has no transfers.
Is this correct?
I already claimed and donated using the previous version and the history tab was showing iota balance correctly.

go to balance and click on generate address maybe you'll need couple addresses |

How to confirm an address on ico page  After 10 times of pressing the link in email it still says on ico page NOT CONFIRMED !!!!!!!! Log out, log in again, press confirmation and you should receive the mail. I already saved my acc 2 days ago ,then pressed email link ,loged in to ico address and it still shows address not confirmed. put your address in " change address", an email will be again sent to you. Confirm that second email and you're all set. done and confirmed with email. p.s. on waves ico platfirm it still says "address not confirmed" I had the same issue. Log out of wallet, clean cookies, login, re-enter your address in "change address" so that you get a second confirmation email. Use Chrome to login to your email and confirm for the second time, just to be sure. It worked for me the second time. |

Yes, this is normal, confirm your Waves address through your mail. I already confirmed it but the message is still there i had the same problem on my pc (chrome ) my solution : i openend the mail app on my phone, klikt on the link and confirmed with the android chrome brower. this worked for me , i got the message : 'address changed successfuly" so the browser on my phone worked better than chrome on my pc. my tip is : try a few different browsers :-) thank you coin-newbie for the answer. I followed Twiggy Smile's suggestion and it worked |

Yes, this is normal, confirm your Waves address through your mail. I already confirmed it but the message is still there In this case, try to Log-out-Log-in, put and save your address again and confirm it via e-mail.  That worked. Thanks! |

Does this list http://188.138.57.93/ac contain the confirmed/claimed addresses? If not, is there one such list? I just want to make sure that I claimed correctly. Thank you! |

Hi!

That rule sucks! If I had noticed it I wouldn't make a deposit in the first place.
My mistake though!
I got excited because I wanted to play baccarat with live dealers and I checked their alexa ranking before depositing.
65.403 global ranking and 2.980 in Japan..that's big!
So I thought that they were not scam and proceed with the deposit.
I haven't claimed the bonus yet, I was about to but then I got this issue.
The fact that they don't reply to my emails gives me no hopes though.
