Does anyone realize this about the coin?
The IPO is going to suppress the coin price to 750 satoshi until its all gone.
750 satoshi x 150 coins (block reward) = $0.75 per block (compared to say RAZOR at $50 a block)
It's going to be cheaper to buy into the IPO than to mine. As a matter of fact, you'll likely LOSE money on electricity to mine this coin until the entire IPO is bought.
Mined earnings are contingent on the entire IPO being bought/sold, seems like a scam coin to me.
The goal is to have the IPO distributed a few hours after the launch of the coin. This will dry up supply and drive demand. It's a different model, we will see! Do you even understand how the market works? You will dump the IPO coins on the market + miners will dump. There is no support here, pure dumping. Yep I understand how it works. If there is market interest in the coin, buy orders will support the coin at 750 satoshis. We will place the entire amount at a sell order of 750 sats. If the market is interested, they will buy. What will you do with the IPO proceeds? Will there be any transparency of those bitcoins? Hard-wallet, professional website development (not a clone), mobile wallets etc. We accept solicitation to our email for those services and many more. We want to pay for quality development. Many coins have this without the IPO and/or premine. this is a scam if you can't see that you are a moron I have scrypt asics and there is nothing here that makes me want to point my rigs to mining this crap I'm gobsmacked that there are so many peeps out there with more money than brains  I am not sure what about this is screams "Scam" to you??? This is one of the few coins being released that has an IPO which is being handled by an exchange which it is not the parent of (lets not forget SharexCoin, which created an exchange and still scammed the members)...Bittrex is hardly looking to scam 12 BTC for the sake of a new coin. This coin chose scrypt because it is way easier for someone to slap a gridseed on this mine, continue to mine it, and support the network when the price remains stable. Rather than constantly having to create hype or falsely offering "whatever trending service/feature" that the community demands (ie. the anonymity train that is currently leaving the station). An asic will just set it and forget it, Those of us with larger GPU rigs have to consider what we mine carefully to make sure that we meet our own ROI. We tend to mine coins that are profitable, but also skip from coin to coin to coin... Is this coin going to make you rich overnight? No. Is this coin the new "flavor of the week?" Who knows? But even in the OP it states that they are looking to create a stable price coin... That means low volatility on trading, which means less pump and dump scenarios, which also means less profit for those looking to make a quick buck... Day traders trade on volatile markets, Whales crash prices and accumulate and then dump coins to make a profit. Ever notice how none of the "money making" coins are actually well distributed. Of course everyone wants X11, x13, x15, z25, and Q14 algos... They give more hash per rig, run cooler, make you look younger, and remove wrinkles from what I've heard  But the Dev decided on scrypt...so scrypt it is. Crying about the algo is like complaining that BlackCoin or WhiteCoin could have been better if the Dev's would have chosen your specific favorite color instead... This Dev is new (at least his screen-name here is)...So without even hitting launch, your accusing someone of something the haven't even done yet. Give them a chance! So far they have: 1. Developed a coin. 2. Announced the coin to the community. 3. Paid for involvement (in BTC mind you, not promises of portions of a premine) 4. Set a launch date. Now, I don't see how they have scammed anyone at this point?  Do you??? Next, they are set to: 5. Have a successful launch. 6. Distribute the coins via Bittrex for a set price (This is the IPO) 7. Participate by purchasing their share of the coins like everyone else! 8. Provide support and development for the coin. So, until the fail at one of these...how can anyone yell "Scam!" ?? So far, what has been promised has been delivered... At least see how the launch and IPO go before FUD'ing a coin...Just because you may not have enough BTC to make a killing on this venture does not mean you have to FUD this coin before it is even launched...but that is just my opinion, and everyone is entitled to one... Devs don't get any of the Premine. Check out the description of the project in the OP. We have to participate like everyone else. The entire 3.5 mill coins will be sold for 750 sats on Bittrex. This is a great entry level price for a low quantity supply. We are even considering 500 sats if we get the community support. So....if I get it right: 1. You premine a fiction coin. 2. You sell the premine to people for ~26 BTC even before they mined some. 3. You just get the BTC and leave. Anyone else share my thoughts ? Good call out Sony87. Lets look at your perspective from a different angle. 1. The "pre-mine" which has been completely transparent throughout the coin launch, is being offered to investors at a price that maximizes distribution. The thought process behind the large percentage of IPO coins was to limit the need for crypto enthusiasts to mine with GPUS and allow the asics to support the network. The pricepoint enables this low barrier to entry for the masses. 2. Our team pays for quality work. Like it or not, if you want to see a project flourish long term, it will need funding. We want to tap into the wide ranging skill-sets of the crypto community to make Square become a standard in crypto. 3. Although always a risk in this space, all we can do is give our word and live up to the examples we have demonstrated thus far to our commitment to the project. I personally have never been more excited to be running a project in the crypto-space and all I want for this project is for it to succeed. I genuinely respect, and understand your concerns. A ll we can do is demonstrate our commitment to the project through actions. Lets work towards a successful launch at noon est tomorrow and take it one step at a time from there. Thank you Sony87 Sorry my skepticism but i don't follow your idea simply because when you sell all the premine you don't have more coins that will stimulate you to rise their price. You got BTC and no shit coins, what would be the point to stay and support coin that you don't own ! I like the gibberish and good taken work for the masses but i have been seeing this pattern for so long. No apologies necessary. We are placing a buy order for 1 BTC on the market launch day. We will have buy-in. The IPO funds can be monitored through the block chain explorer. After our purchase we will post the dev wallet (purchased coins) and identify a transaction that allows all to see we are invested. It is only fair that, as a start up, we source funding for the coin's development beyond our own pocketbooks. This is how most start-ups work . I believe in this coin, and I am personally allocating over 600 dollars to purchase the coin during the IPO distribution. Beyond everything posted above, I cannot convince you anymore, nor should I feel compelled to. Honestly we have all seen our fair share of disappointment in this space, all we ask is for a chance to demonstrate. Lets let the market decide and the calibre of our launch dictate the course forward. I really appreciate the honesty and criticism though Sony87. The crypto space needs more of it in my opinion. |

Is bosman the dev who startup this project? By far, the roadmap for this coin is not clear, really hope the team can think through what they want to bring to the field. See, we all know there is great potential here in crypto currency and there r a lot of problem here and now. Any attempts to fix problem and push forward could have a share of investment and attention. otherwise there is no point to fight in, Changing the way of IPO just is not enough.

Very well said, with the right issues identified. This is a traditional coin built on a trusted infrastructure. No gimmicks out of the gate. The truth is, development takes the best talent, and that talent isn't free. In order to retain the best you need to pay for them. That is our vision. we want a community directed coin with the funding to back the best in the industry to drive it forward. To those who have worked for us so far, please vouch for us. We believe in paying for talent and seeking to retain that talent through the relationships we build and paying industry leading compensation. To be a success we need to operate accordingly. Stay away! IPO and premine!
Very fair concerns. We appreciate your feedback as this is normally a red flag! The great thing about this project is, we will be offering the entire "pre mine" for 750 satoshis a coin.
