True, there is some scams, but there is also genuine good projects that are hiring people.

If you go on services like AngelList or BeInCrypo, you can find legitimate company hiring for crypto, web3 and blockchain roles.

There are also things I have explored like bounty platforms like Layer3 (https://beta.layer3.xyz) and more high-level freelancing platforms like Thirdwork (https://www.thirdwork.xyz). In an area where scam is still a problem (I found lot of them on Upwork) it can be helpful to have some facilitate and build trust.

And of course, better only go with reputable projects that have real people, news, funding. That much is still true.
