Hi guys. I have already informed @znbdnv that the provider's report is due today, so I expect his case to be resolved within 24 hours (probably sooner). As for @catanddogjames10 and @Madmaj, I have already contacted them via PM. But in advance, I can say that the @catanddogjames10 account was one of the six newly registered accounts that immediately after registration, bet on the same chess match. They created a new account specifically for this event. Our risk management team has flagged all new users in this match (the bet will be void and they will all be KYCed). In @Madmaj's case, if I'm not mistaken, it was the withdrawal limit.
As soon as @znbdnv's case is resolved, I will check the resolution of the rest of the cases on a first-come, first-served basis.
