As you are aware, our (Sportsbet.io) communication with you on this matter was closed 3 months ago. We were more than 100% happy that everything was settled correctly with the physical and technical evidence we have on hand.
You then raised a complaint with "Curaçao eGaming ("CEG")" so your time frustrations need to be aired with them.
They have asked us for more information regarding the matter previously and we have complied with their requests in a timely manner.
If for some reason they wish to ask us for more high-level technical information to back up our initial reply to them, we will promptly do so for sure upon that request. Confirming that the time issue you believe is of major concern is in fact with "Curaçao eGaming ("CEG")" and not sportsbet.io. Please follow up with them.
On the second matter, your statement about "do not deposit funds with them, they will scam you" I have to take you up on that comment as I believe your views are quite contradictory.
In the previous 6 days, you have deposited in DOGE, ETH, TRX, USDT, LTC and BTC... quite a vast array of deposit methods. You also played a great amount on Sports and Casino and we thank you for your custom on those products.
As always, we paid out in a prompt manner to your wallet each time you requested a withdrawal. I also see you had some winners whilst using our in-play 'cash out' so we are glad to hear you are using all of our features onsite.
It would be appreciated if you could take down the statement "I am tired of issues with sportsbet.io" because we are not aware of any that you have had this week.. many thanks As you can imagine, I don't have any more information to add to this matter.

Ok I'm tired of issues with Sportsbet.io
- Big issue regarding verification and they locked me out a couple of months ago with a good balance in my account, then they unblocked after few days
- Then again they blocked later
- Now one big issue thats been running Since July and Sportsbet team is loving and enjoying to waste my time and I cannot take it anymore
Time since the issue is running - 4 Months
I am out of patience, I'm not waiting 1 more day
Issue details :-
A bet was incorrectly scored
Bet ID # 62ded91dbce765d1e4afdaff
Amount = $1,250 bet amount + 4.07 Odds Potential Profit so actual amount is $5,000+
Bet was won, but they changed scores and made it a loss I had the proofs of it win on Sportsbet.io which I emailed them several times
But since it was a Virtual sport therefore there's no verification on the internet of it So they cannot prove their own change of results, so I had to contact Curacao Gaming License Authorities to check this matter
Now it's been 4 months, Curaco is not helping, they said they will help in this case, they took every single info and proofs from me nd sportsbet.io 3 months ago, and they said they're making the verdict
After 3 months they replied nd guess what their verdict was ? "Give us more info" thats their reply to sportsbet.io
They reply 1 time every 3 months only
And with this speed I can expect my result in 10 years
So I'm done, 4 months was enough time
- Do I think Sportsbet.io is scam? Not sure, because last month I played 2-3 million dollars (Yes Steve, check my September + October history) and they've always paid
But this matter is making me nuts, Its freaking me out
Even if it was a matter of 1$ I would still be upset
I am one of the biggest clients of them, and they treat me like TRASH, like some pathetic beggar of the street
I cannot take that disrespect
I need this matter resolved right now

I remember why I was invoked from it, and you should know that matter too, but you need to understand it was a heat of moment that I abused that time 1 year ago and it was because a client whos giving you guys business of millions of dollars, if you treat him like trash for few dollars then he gets angry
I apologized to your team 100's of times for that, and they said they don't care
It's optional, you can avoid it or help me be a VIP

As you have also mentioned, you are a LONG TIME player with us, so I am slightly confused why you would start using the words, Scared, Scam etc etc as you are a long term Sportsbet.io VIP player with an account manager at your service over several social media outlets.
There is obviously some miscommunication somewhere and Ill figure it out..
As this is our main Announcement thread for Sportsbet.io, I think the best way to handle this is via our PM and also by replying on your thread you created. That way the rest of the community can talk sports and betting..

Last year I had a small issue on your website, a very small issue, it was like nothing amount, but your team made issue with me and I fought back because I was on the right position, so let me tell the world what your team did They BANISHED me from VIP Zone (With forever clause, they said they will never put me back into VIP Zone) Even though , even after you banished me, I still played over 2 million $ here, (Steve you can check my history of account and verify what I'm saying) So, I have already been hurt by that thing, you never ever gave me any extra bonuses since the time you banished me from vip zone + They banned me from Live support for 1 year, then after 1 year I was resumed on live support I have even played 30 ETH per bet here last year (which was $100,000+ per bet that time) For those who think I'm trolling, Steve can surely confirm to you that I'm saying the truth $100,000+ per bet I have been doing here as well and more than 2 million $ in a single day So now coming back to your question why I am acting this way for just $1700, this is because I have given my life to this website, I have spent every money of mine here, I don't care about losing money, I am still loyal to your website, but 4 days ago, out of nowhere I was playing like every other day, all of a sudden I got an error while trying to bet, says insufficient balance, then I tried withdrawing it didn't work too Then I saw the Live chat button vanished out of nowhere If you think it's not an insult one of your biggest customer, then what is? 3+ days & 4th day & Counting
I know crypo never sleeps and we are all living it 7 days per week as a hobby, but most companies in the space are keeping regular working weeks. Sportsbet representative here on the forum is great guy and I am quite sure he will help you if everything you posted is true, but he is almost never around on weekends. I am sure same goes for most departments in Sportsbet. Would you count Saturday and Sunday as days when you expect answer from some traditional company like bank? I get it that we want answers immediately when our money is on line but I feel like you would accomplish more with well written/argumented posts with normal fonts. After reading your other thread I have one question for you. Do you have a habbit of depositing and then withdrawing that same money without betting with it first? Those kind of actions look like money laundering. Had that problem in the past with another bookie. In my case they had low limits for max bets, which I did not realize before deposit, and I just wanted to take my money elsewhere. Everything worked out but I was not happy with the speed it got resolved as well. Habbit of withdrawing in same day without betting = Nopeeeee, I did that only 1 time in 4 years of my membership with sportsbet.io and I am betting here every singe day and my total betting wagers should have crossed a pretty handsome amount by now So unless you think 1 time in 4 years is called regular, I'm not regular in doing that Yeah you're right I could write it in small font, but I am being treated like a Dog from the website that I've given the most business in my life, you have no idea how much business I've done here. You have nothing to worry about unless you are doing multi-accounting and/or provided fake documents.
The security department have a tendency to be a bit slow, so you just have to be patient. Live-chat are unable to help you with stuff like this anyway. How did you manage to get banned from live-chat? I would think it takes quite a lot harassment before they decide to disable the chat option.
As suggested from above poster- send a PM to the Sportsbet rep on this forum and he might be able to speed things up
Mutli accounting = Nope False documents = LOL, I verified live with selfie too + all documents with Live cam through the instant verification service, Verification is NOT pending, it completed 3 days ago, but still they don't give a shit, they still don't let me take my funds or bet Already sent PM but I think it doesn't matter because that user hasn't been active for 2 days either
