So what is problem and reason for my ban? Bets or multiaccounting? Because if bets are problem tell which bets is problem and investigation about that. If multiaccount problem than tell why you think I am that other guy. Is that by bets or something else? That was couple months ago and I tried to resolve that all the time, just here I open case now.
About my bets, I had just one situation when betnomi void my bet because of suspicion of fixed match. I think that was couple hundreeds dollars bet.

They accuse me for multiaccounting, just connected me with other account without any evidence or explanation why they think I am that user. That is just ther decision and they do jot want to share any information. Really frustrating for someone who not made that mistake. I do not have any way to protect my rights.

Need to tell my problem with this gambling site. Couple months ago i start using this crypto site and everything was fine. For betnomi I found here, I also have account on stake and decide to open another crypto account because stake do not have too much bets per match.. for example they have just goals 1.5 2.5 not above for soccer.. so betnomi sites seems nice and fast. I made deposits, withdrawals(not above their daily limits) and my status go up. I gamble a lot.. sports bet in live mostly but also played games. I had days when lost more than 8k and win more than 5k. Every day had more than 20,30 bets.. 1,2,3 matches per bet. First problems was with withdrawals, for weeks I was unable to withdraw any of my balance. There was problem with usdt withdrawal. On public chat I saw other people have same issue so I am not affraod to much for my money just hope will be soon. Because of that my balance go up a lot, i was lucky and my balance go to maximum, aprox 17,18k eur. I started to ask for withdraw fixing couple times per day. Suddenly i cannot to place any bet and receive some different error when tried to withdraw money. After some chats support finaly told me that they accusing me for multiaccounting. After my questions, they told me I am connected with some previous user, emelienut. Because I know that is not true I asked for evidence, but they just repeat that they know that is me etc. I am someone who is experienced gambler and know what is most important thing with crypto sites. Paradoxically when I cretate my account I found I already had betnomi account with same details(email etc). I found that in my exel when start writting details. So I straight went on chat to inform support about that. They told me I registered on another, old site and not need to worry. I am telling that just to show I know that is strictly prohibited on every crypto site. I will add in next post pics of my chats when registered, I asked is there problem because I found i already registered 2 years ago.
   How they connect me to that other account (emelienut) I really do not know, ip address or device cannot be the answer, also my style of play not sure can be too much simillar to any other guy but that like to see if that is a reason. I really wanted to know reason for ban so I go and find owner or coowner not sure. Will add that chat here also, he also just repeat I have 2 accounts but any evidence or explanation for their decision he not gave.

That money is big for me, it is true that i made 13,14k profit but like every gambler I also lost money in same period, on another places so that is money I really need. I tried to find justice but their sites seems not have good licence so I cannot ask help from IBAS. If someone know where I can find help to take my money back I will thankfull. Many people on telegram and betnomi public chat contact me and wanted to help, they told me about owner but that is not help. If withdrawal works I necer had that amount at the momment. Now I have more than 17k eur on account, I can login and have access to my account but cannot play any on account and cannot withdraw anything.
