Being patient will help you go a long way with your casino. Maybe you could chat up the representative as suggested by other members here so you could here from him to know what happened why your payment has not been approved or so. If they are for real, they would respond to your question as quickly as they can to resolve your case at hand because I believe they would not want to dent their hard earned reputation because they have been running for quite some years now.

It is very hard to believe this. I was thinking it to be a joke when I saw the headings of this thread not until I opened it and found it to be a reality. It is sad to hear this sir. I really do not think binance is doing a give away because if they are doing such, they could have sent mail to their users to take good advantage of the opportunity which could have increased more traffic to their exchange. Although it is festive season which most of the organisations do give away inline with the festivity to their loyal customers but in this case, the task you are talking about is the binance red packet task which they do regularly for their users so it is not a new thing.
To clear your doubt and fears, I would also advice you contact the binance customer care service to inquire from them to know if what you are seeing is genuine and not a phishing link sent to you because lots of such are sent to people on daily basis by hackers to steal details and information. I believe the customer care service are in better position to tell you what to do when it comes to their services.

I presume Crypto is banned in your country if you say such as your government coming after you but however be the case, if the reverse is still the case and you want to avoid government from noticing your transaction as related to Crypto, you can still make use of binance p2p and I will also suggest you buy it in batches for example, buying in bit till you accumulate the certain amount of money you desire to invest in buying Bitcoin so that they do not find your account transaction suspicious and calling you to know what you did with the money. Lessons( 1) Do not keep your seed phrase in a particular place (2) Always check your seed phrase to be sure it is intact (3) Be sure you alone have access where your seed phrase is kept.
Conclusion: Knowing too well that keeping the seed phrase and other account related information of a user private are some ways to ensure adequate security, I think we need to do a constant check on our seed phrase so that we don't end up losing it.
I stand to be corrected if there are things that were not listed as this thread is based on personal encounter and observation.
It is true that one should not always keep their phrase in a particular place so that they would always have other rescue option when it happens that one of their back ups are missing. This is very important because you would not be solely depending on one source of back up to your key phrase but when you have it saved in two or three places, you can be rest assured of the safety of your assets when you do a regular check on them to know if they are intact where you have kept them. This measures you have mentioned is a very good on OP. If members can see the truth in what you have just said, I believe they would give it a trial. |

The Rollbit I know here is a very big and reputable casino and so far, this is like the first complaint I am seeing about them. The casino have been registered here for a long time and have a running signature campaign. To start with, you did did not drop the site of the Rollbit casino let us verify for ourselves and secondly it would have been better you screenshot the chats and upload the link here even if you are not a copper member we could help you quote it for visibility. What is the difference you resolving your issues with your main platform account and creating a new account for this purpose. Tou might mean well but not all members here would see it as a good move. Some would see it as an attempt to decline or ignore some of the BBB cases on your major handle if it happens that some of the complainants are not aware of this new account and thread created. Do you not know that it is possible one think that this is a strategy used by your casino to avoid answering or responding to cases awaiting your response.

You definitely made the right decision to be here but I must say here as this platform looks at your availability and activeness here and when I checked your profile I noticed you have not been active here to reply to questions and inquiries about your casino. This is not a good sign as it would make members become sceptical about your casino as they have long been waiting for your reply and this would scare them away from patronising your casino.
