I just want to comment that the site itself is good, but the support itself is absolutely terrible. I deposited X amount and was told I would receive a deposit bonus, but never arrived.
First time contacting support, received a response 20 minutes later telling me it would be credited soon then my chat was closed.
Second time contacting support, received a response an hour later, provided a response within 12 minutes with screenshot requested, got another response an hour and a half later asking for more screenshots and then chat closed before I could respond.
Third time contacting support, I explicitly said I had raised 2 tickets and had been closed without giving me a chance to respond and to please leave it open, I receive a response 3 hours later with a useless link to a help article which had clearly not applied and then ticket closed before I could respond.

Did you check your betting history - assuming you were placing bets on something else at the same time (possibly with a different device)?
If you can show your balance decreasing by several $200 when you are placing a $2.40 bet, that's something you can flag to support but otherwise I can't see what the issue is

Hey, maybe my wording was a bit off, I can confirm that we have never paid for any types of reviews, never had and never will. Though I stated Positive ones as I assume no one would pay for negative reviews  ] I don't know what will make you feel little ashame but deepdown you know that the screenshots and the video i posted is real, I am not a professional to make on photoshop or in web tools screenshots.

But honestly OP at this point you're simply going around in circles, same as with your other fake accusations you made from your other account here, we go around in circles, til you're caught in a lie, ignore everything, then proceed in coming back in 2 months with another story. If you'd actually put this energy towards some honest work, I'm more or less sure you'd make 10 times more money than the amounts you try to extort/scam from casinos online. Trust pilot is a good reference to know if we can trust a site
You are wrong only noobs trust the trust of Trust Pilot. It is an open secret that almost all users know about the manipulated feedback on that site. So, usually, people do not rely on the feedback on Trust Pilot. I think OP as well as The site both should be felt guilty for offering/accepting the service. Withdrawal has been pending more than 48 hours and would appreciate any help in getting this processed.
I've already completed KYC and had a withdrawal processed since then despite the comment on the first page about being KYC free.
Did they tell you the reason why do they ask you to undergo KYC? Frankly speaking, I'm surprised as well to read your post that you have to complete KYC for your withdrawal. However I cant comment about it longer since you did not provide any proof for your complaint. If you dont mind, would you provide at least 1 evidence about your story especially about the pending withdrawal and the KYC request from the casino? KYC Request -  Not clear as to why this was requested - I guess because I've had some winnings (up ~1k USD)? Noting I pretty much exclusively play Crash and I'm down at least 10x that from other sites over the past couple of months, just had some luck here. How much is your withdrawal amount? 48 hours is more than enough to process a withdrawal. If you have won a good amount from your deposit, then they are investigating on your account. We have seen two withdrawal delays report here before, the withdrawal was delayed for additional checks in both cases ( see here). They are doing false marketing here by adding the "No KYC" in the ANN thread title. But the representative mentioned it several times that they may request personal information from the user. What kind of documents you had to submit for completing the KYC verification? @Crashino.com, You should remove the "No KYC" statement from the ANN thread title. I will leave a neutral feedback on your trust page if you don't make the correction. Appreciate the reply! Withdrawal is just under 500 USD from a 200 deposit (from memory), so seems like that may be the case.. |

How you came to know that they do not need to do KYC? You should read their terms and conditions otherwise you may face any problems. They need to do KYC you can understand it if you see they restrict countries. If you do not need to do KYC then how they will avoid those countries? Secondly they have directly told  Sorry just to clarify if the wording was ambiguous - this was my experience that I haven't needed to KYC, not that it's not within the T&Cs |

Pros:

in this story there is something that made me worried and that is the part where the person who is accusing the casino says that after making KYC the casino asked him to make a video call with him , and seriously? Is handing over documents and taking a selfie holding documents not enough for KYC? honestly if a casino asks for video call then that casino is at a very high level of KYC and for me this requirement is scary
I've seen weirder requests from other companies like asking the customer to take a selfie or a photo from the street were you live. Requesting a video call is becoming one of the mandatory requirements to complete identity verification. I believe it's needed to confirm that the submitted documents actually belong to the one accessing the account. Besides, if someone is OK with submitting his documents and revealing his identity, why would he refuse to make the video call?! Anyway, it looks like the accuser doesn't mind doing it. That is why I hate KYC. I haven't experience that kind of bizarre KYC experience but I also heard also something like this. The worst KYC process that I did is a video call KYC which is really really awkward. I wonder how much these company doesn't trust their users, It is obvious on how they conduct their KYC on and how much they limit us on how we utilize their platform. KYC is such a hassle and I stand to it aside from sharing your identity it's such a pain in the ass doing the process, Though it may vary. Agreed & if any casino stated very clearly on signup that a video call KYC would be required if you won a large amount they would get far less traffic |

Bit shady that only one side of the bet was refunded but seems like you were definitely in breach of some T&Cs by trying to play both sides to bypass wager requirements

OP if you're confirming these are your accounts (that are closed), did you use different KYCs on these ones? I think that would definitely fall outside the rules
If you were trying to withdraw $19k were you overall down or up?

The argument from TD is absurd, NBA games are by far the most egregious in terms of starting way after start time, and OP should get his money back unless multiple examples can be presented of a) OP placing bets right at the end of the period, and b) right before a favourable event happened (e.g. Placing a bet on the over with 30 seconds left right before a 3 pointer is hit, prior to the odds getting updated). The fact that the only example presented did not show this is quite poor.
Providers also have access to feeds far faster than any stream and generally take awhile to confirm whether to accept live bets (especially towards the end of the games) should already mean that this practice is all but impossible remotely
