This is an absurd action by Duckdice. Failed to submit 3rd level KYC verification after finishing the first 2 level shouldn’t be result to account block since user can verify the 3rd level multiple times since there’s a chance that a bot can’t read the documents properly that result to automatically rejection. I’ve done KYC on multiple casino and failing the KYC sometimes due to unreadable documents is comment since they are using bot to verify.
I hope Duckdice can give a solid reason for doing this since they are trying to limit you to access your account by using small mistakes that you commit on the KYC process.
it's strange when a customer can pass level 2 verification but doesn't pass level 3 verification. If this is indeed the fault of the bot not reading the customer data correctly the OP as a DuckDice representative should immediately give the right answer so the customer doesn't feel like he's being ignored. it will seriously affect DuckDice's reputation if any issues or complaints are not resolved promptly in the long term it will be very bad. Interesting site... Registered on March 1, made a deposit of 666 dollars (  ) and a couple of small bets that lost - I received a notification that the account was blocked! In live chat they told me to write to the mail, but they simply do not answer me by mail. Is this standard scam practice? Give me my deposit, or at least what is left on the balance sheet (there is an amount less than my deposit) My nickname in DuckDice.io - Ipunapi772 this is not the first time they will scame someones, they don't need a reasson to scame you but when they want they can. |

their support team already responded to greatnino's post(he made a thread yesterday) so they know the issue. it is possible that they have already received the emails greatnino sent them and are now reviewing them. it is not uncommon that a casino takes several days before responding again. I suggest that greatnino be more patient.
not just a few days but what is worse can be up to several months, depending on how severe the problem is. but for me it's something normal. because almost all casinos need time to solve existing problems and customers must be patient to solve all of these problems. if indeed the DuckDice support team has responded to the complaint, at least it's very good that the team still has the kindness to solve the problem properly. well thats still pending They are proven scamers |

It's possible that the email was delayed or blocked by your email provider or that the email was sent to your spam or junk folder. I would suggest checking your spam or junk folder to see if the email was filtered there. i cheacked all folders but how is this possible if have replied to my emails and i didnt recived it, before krito was claiming i never contacted them and now he posted Screenshoot of my mails |

We have never denied receiving those emails, as a matter of fact you were even answerred via email, probably the reason you cropped those email screenshots, what I can 100% confirm is that you never contacted live support regarding this "issue", what you did do however was contact live support threatening that you can keep posting 1 star reviews all day as you have access to 100 computers. Op has as well failed to provide any evidence to back up his claims, the 1036 USDT transaction hash ( it doesn't exist). He also failed to mention that he did get a reply to his email ( the reason he cropped them so it would fit his story ). While we treat our customers with the upmost respect and try to solve any issues that may arrive as soon as possible, we will however not indulge blackmailers and scammers. What I can confirm is that : 1. OP had no deposits made on the account, heck he didn't even generate a deposit address for any coin. 2. He has been banned as our system linked his account to previous accounts used by the person blackmail-ing us. 3. OP is claiming we banned his account with a 1036 USDT deposit on it, so please OP provide a transaction hash of your 1036 USDT deposit for us and the bitcointalk community to validate your claims. 4. Because of the high rate of fake accusations from newbies without relevant evidence it has made it look as if this type of accusations are sponsored by passive rivals who hide under newbie accounts just to cause fuds for their competitors. If oos is serious and have any level of evidence and truth in what he said, then he should have created this thread in reputation, accompanied with relevant evidence for clarity. But in this case, the ops just created the thread and ran away without any response. I doubt that it's a sponsored by a rival situation and fall more along the lines with the recent blackmail situation we've been dealing with where basically an user vowed to bring our trustpilot reputation + bitcointalk and other possible online medias to the lowest possible unless we pay him some amount of money to make it stop, something we will 100% not be doing! This is sad and sorry for the hard time you are getting with the non-responsive casino support, but you have not included all the necessary details showing your deposit details on the blockchain and screenshots showing that your account has been banned
Duckdice has had a shady past, they did try to clean the image after some time, but I am not sure how far they have gone.
