I wrote them twice after mail but no answers, i was on chat they said all explained in mail no need to call us again.
I dont do arbitrage bro, i did bet maxbet allowed but oy because my maxbet was low, if it was 500e
Usdt i wouldnt bet 500.
I did withdraw earlier and evrything was fine but on example i made 600 withdraw 300 just because i was carefull, but now in 1-2 days i won more bets and they drnied my withdrawal asking for KYC, after i pass kyc instead of allowing me to withdraw, they send mentioned mail, it was my only account and ofcourse i dont care if they suspend i will looking for next bookie to open, but money not to pay is clasic scam with no explanation exept abnormal beting or arbitrage which i didnt do

Only those two for half a year and i use lot of others.
Its simpliest way to close your account if something dont suits them, if i hit maxbet which they allow how is that abnormall betting, and i place maxbet just becaus its low.
Maxbet 100usdt cant be abnormal betting.
I asked them to explain why abnormal bettkng but no answer at all.after first mail for already 6 days

I had account there for 6 month, but when recently i won 1000usdt in 10 days they refused to pay me out first asking for KYC which i passed but after that got this message.

I didnt do any abnormal betting my stskes were as max as they allowed me to(up to 300 usdt or less)
I dont have problem if they close my account but to cinfiscated my earnings is preety unfair not to use more negative word.

none of the honest players on our site have any problems, rather you are a scammer player who breaks the rules and then pretends not to understand why his account was banned It would be great if you keep everything transparent. Can you show us how did the player cheated at your site? Or atleast list the terms and conditions that the player has violated. It’s really hard to judge who is right and who is wrong from these plain text and conversations. Please if possible provide some visual proofs like screenshots or video, through which we can make a conclusion. He cant do that because i didnt cheat, they simply dont pay winnings, what kind of cheater earn 160$ and only after 3rd deposit, and what kind of bookie return just 100 out of 360 deposit. Answer SCAMMER BOOKIE i agree with @Nrcewker statement at least for @torkens and @euphoriabet provide some evidence that we can see together here so we know who is wrong and who is right as @Nrcewker said. we are in the gambling section and anyone can accuse each other of fraud but if the accusations are without proof we cannot trust anyone here. I'm also concerned and still haven't finished thinking there are still cases of fraud like what happened to you. Maybe you have definitely experienced disappointment because of the total amount of money you deposited, you can only take none of it 50%. But why did you trust them so much in the past that you dared to make a deposit with this sizable amount? You should be more careful every time you want to try to play and make a deposit with a slightly larger amount. Hopefully this can be used as a lesson for you or all of us so that in the future there will be no more cases like this. I was about to wrote this around the time OP posted his reply yesterday and something else needed my attention and it slipped from my mind. I was curious with the same matter both OP and Albon said, if OP caught cheating and you canceled their winnings, then you should only confiscate the winnings from the --allegedly-- rigged bets ans return their deposits, not just the last one, otherwise you're stealing from them. I can't comprehend the logic behind this decision. Second, you're accusing OP of a rigged match where they already know the outcome of the game? How?
OP, can you inform us what game or match you were betting on? As I didn't see you said anything about being locked out of your account, I assume you still have access to it and your betting history. Can you provide us the screenshot of it? Those screenshot might give us a better insight of the situation. Cant account is closed, but all thing is ridicilous i lost 260 then woth final deposit go up to 523 which means only 160e of profit so is there any logic for you that i know results and earn just 160$ 😁 Also none bet was void or any investigation until i decided to check are Euphoriabet is valid bookie and will they pay money so i continue bet there, good thing i checked time on time so damage is minimal but for sure DONT BET THERE. You are joking? Returning me only 100 usdt despite i deposited 340 it means only winning bets were abnormal bet, with loosing bet its ofc all ok. Also you remember to call upon abnormal bets only when i try to withdraw not before. That would sound resonable if you sanction with void after first suspicious bet not after withdrawal demand. And ofcourse loosing bet are all clear nth abnormal or suspicious 🤣 After this explanation i can only say stay out of this bookie for sure. |

Notify them about this thread so they can come here and give their side of story. I didn't mean to rub a himalayan salt on your wound, but I'm a bit curious on how you find this platform appealing? Looking back at their ANN, 8 of 9 pages they have basically debating their false claim of NO KYC while their ToS --which the users agreed-- specify they're allowed to ask for KYC anytime. A deliberate misleading title and dirty marketing. One red flag. Something fishy is going on with this casino site!
They are lying and concealing the fact that they are operated by the OLE Group. Their representative on is making a ridiculous claims that even their customer support doesn't have insight into the information about why the player was flagged. But I am certain that they have access to the player's entire betting history and can show it publicly if they truly want to be transparent. I will support the flag against OLE777Official if they continue to REFUSE TO SHOW ANY EVIDENCE from their side.
they are just scammer same story with me they forefitted my balance of 600usdt. reasoning Multiaccounting and arbitrage betting, i didnt do any of those thing first account and play 100 usdt per bet.
