Until now I don't believe that DuckDice to be a fraud casino because recently I played there safely and didn't have any problem at all.
But lately I don't really understand them because I've never played there again.
If indeed they are committing fraud then this case must be resolved immediately because it would be a shame if a casino like DuckDice had to stop or get a bad reputation.

Hello everyone, maybe you haven't participated in NBA events or real games. Black platforms are black platforms, that's a fact. I am one of the victims who completed KYC verification and sought help on the forum but was delayed for three weeks. In the end, I could only withdraw my $200 deposit. They accused me of engaging in arbitrage trading and having multiple accounts. I bet on NBA games, and all odds were set by them. I only chose to bet on certain specific odds and luckily won $600. This is normal and should not be a problem.

If you insist that I have multiple accounts and engage in arbitrage trading, is it reasonable to use so many resources just to win $600? That would be the stupidest thing! Maybe I should record a video blindly betting with my eyes closed - even if I win, they will still accuse me of having multiple accounts and engaging in arbitrage trading.

You claim to have been operating for more than 6 years, but even after 60 years you will still go bankrupt. If guessing is allowed then I can also say that during these six years you have made huge profits through some unfair games because those controllable games can keep you alive. Don't tell me how good your reputation is; sports cannot be controlled by anyone, but when members profit from it they are stopped - this is a reputation issue because you know members cannot make money from other games; even if occasionally members make money (which is also within your plan), because you need these members to withdraw normally to improve your company's reputation.

Maybe my tone doesn't sound as submissive as other members causing them deducting my bonus,because i've been arguing with them about this issue,and leaving negative comments on trustpilot.Finally,the friend who was able to withdraw 5000usdt normally,I congratulate him.Maybe here everyone thinks that companies capable of withdrawing 5000usdt shouldn't deduct my 600usdt,right?I think it may be due to poor communication or random comments from me at the beginning.I still think there are no problems with my personal bets or information.I have sent several emails asking for resolution,but they never replied.I've waited too long.

There are people who were able to withdraw 5000$, there are people who were able to withdraw 50000$ from sport bets and others that were blocked for 60 $,  so regardless of the amount, users who've were arbitrage betting and multi-accounting, simply received their deposits back and or not welcome to use our services anymore.

Lets say besides the multiple accounts that we flagged these arbitrage bettors ( same money source, same internet connection, some of the accounts even from the same device), the sports provider independently flagged these users as arbitrage bettors and multi-accounters.

I do get it though, insert some bitcointalk pressure, and hopefully be able to get out some more thousands of $ on top of the tens of thousands this group was able to take out in a short time until the restrictions were put in place.

Where do I have multiple accounts? Where do I have the same source of funds? And where have I used the same internet connection? I only log in to my account on one computer and phone because I need to scan my face for KYC verification with my phone. Additionally, why did your supplier say that sports tags are arbitrage? Any odds provided by suppliers are their responsibility, and I can only place bets based on the odds they provide. Fortunately, I won the game, but of course it is also possible to lose.
