Hello! I have 5 avalon psu3300-01 and in all of them, the chassi led blink 2 times green light and then red solid, and the led in control board is green.

The 12v from the Miner control cable harness is ok

I have shorted beetween AGND and SETUP and during the turn on using the switch of the power supply, it delivers 13.5v but that goes out when red light appears.

Can someone help?
Already replaced with new fans and no solution.

yes, it came from psu.

no visible burns... witch caps you are refering? the high voltage ones? or the ones near output terminals?

hi,

even using the jumper with power supply outside, it should have output from 13v main circuit, and measuring with multimiter, there´s a short beetween +13v and GND,

eventough, follows the LOG

Hello comunity,

I bought brand new psu from china, placed it on one of my 1166, and worked like a charm during 2 hours.

When i picked the machine to place it on the farm, i plugged all, started the psu, and the psu turn on, blinking green led, miner booted, started, but in the moment the minner tried to activate the power for the hashboards, the led turned to be solid red.
The miner remains on, accessible throught web browser, and each, lets say 2 minutes tries to reboot, but the solid PSU red led remains.

 Any sugestions?

and i have take a look in the hashboard and found that one capacitor, labeled as C481 was missing near A3201FPV3 ASIC chip, i also have checked on my other 2 good known hashboards and that capacitor is missing, and as far as i understand is near chip that is making all the remaining not to work.

i think that might be cause of welding issues during assembly process of pcb.

can someone tell me the value of such capacitor?
