A quick glance at your case and it seems you've been flagged for arbitrage betting, where you've placed bets on multiple sport events which allowed you a edge over the system, thus the sports provider has cancelled your winning bets and the balance/deposits were returned. This is the second time that you accused your player of arbitrage betting is it going to be like this when one of your players wins, if it's true that the player you accuse is guilty of arbitrage betting and it comes from your sports provider because they communicate it to you better post a screenshot of that communication. Or let someone do a mediation to verify the accusation, or we will have a weekly complaint like this whenever one of your players wins. Thank you all for supporting me. I got a reply from the subredge, all right I was accused of arbitrage betting, but I did not bet any arbitrage bets. They were regular bets, not which I lost, not which I won. Can you provide a screenshot of the mail/chat? You can upload the image to imgbb or imgur then post the direct link here. I feel like casinos become so secretive when it comes to penalize their users which is really unfair. Soon as they told you were cheating or whatever then that's it, no more reason needed lmao. What a mess, this kind of casino should be boycot here regardless hoe reputed they are in the past.

How come they will help you if their findings was you are doing some illegal bets. Can you send screenshot here from the support that shows transparently their findings on your account? You are lucky that you still got your initial deposit because they have the right to confiscate it because you violate their terms. Use imgur.com to upload the screenshot from the support message to back up your plain text issue that you written here. This casino received tons of complaints recently with same issue. I wonder if you guys is just using Bitcointalk as a way to justify your illegal bets or Duckdice is just a shitty casino for not honoring profit. Please send the evidence.  I did not use any programs, I put it only myself, how do I prove it? I need to pay bills, buy medicine and many other things. But these guys stole from me.
