The KYC policy here is amonst the strictest i've ever come across. They are requesting KYC from me over a $160 withdrawal, this wasnt even profit from a bonus or anything (I already lost the bonus and made a clean deposit).

I dont mind completing this kind of process for a large withdrawal but it's a hassle for users when applied to such small amounts.
