1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / DEPD: Pioneering Web3 Tech & Decentralized Governance with $DEPD at its Core. on: March 06, 2024, 06:05:09 PM
As someone deeply fascinated by the potential of Web3 and decentralized networks, I can't help but feel excited about the vision and ambition of the DEPIN DAO. The concept of DEPD as the core value inscription and IP asset of the community is truly groundbreaking.

What resonates with me the most is the idea of building an overall economic model and governance architecture based on DEPD. It's a brilliant approach that allows DAO members and DEPD holders to benefit from the massive trillion-scale infrastructure of the Depin track. The vision of DEPIN DAO to become the largest and most influential Web3 organization in the Depin space is not only bold but also incredibly inspiring.

What truly sets $DEPIN apart, in my opinion, is the utilization of blockchain technology to coordinate and tune millions of individuals in a trustless, permissionless, and programmatic manner. This level of decentralization and collaboration is unprecedented, and it's a testament to the power of cryptographic-based networks.

So I think it could be a project worth looking at. But opinions vary from person to person. So I would like to hear from you guys.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has AltCoins thought you a hard time lesson before? on: March 04, 2024, 01:24:17 PM
The current increments in the crypto markets got my friend regreted after a hard time he faced last year after investing $1,000 on the AltCoin and he lost it all.
He said he Invested this some of money with his analysis that the AltCoin he invested on would rise but the volatility volume of the coin went south for him where he watched the Coins fluctuating and he felt the situation was one of the volatility potential systems in the crpto currencies.
Like he said, he watches the coins dropped from $1,000 to $8,00-$500 and was expecting it would pump up not til the coin melted to the point of loosing it all.
He said he if he knew it was going to be that way he would had had used the money to buy anything at the rate of $1 for the $1,000 just to make sure he gives achievable account of the coin.
He has decided not to invest on AltCoins again but just of recent he said he wished he had invested in the AltCoins this time due to the attractions of AltCoins as the results of the current bitcoin bull runs.
WHO AMONGST US HAD ALTCOINS THOUGHT A HARD LESSION IN THE PAST.

A few months ago, HOOK really caught at me. I had invested almost $2k in HOOK in the $1.15 to $1.30 range. Then it goes down to $0.75. However, I hold them, and a few months later, I return my money with interest. Fairly, I thought I had lost my funds, but holding paid me off.
3  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can you make everybody to win in their crypto trading? on: February 28, 2024, 04:07:10 AM
I wonder why some traders are still experiencing losses in their crypto trading upon all the impart professional traders are imparting  traders in some trading section to ensure traders know when to trade to win and when not to trade to avoid losses. Can you make everybody to win in their crypto trading? I asked this question based on what I heard from some traders that traded their coins early this year, hoping that the price will still return back to low price before they can buy and hodl for the real bull run to occur but this morning price made such traders to lose and, it made me to understand that there is no way you can help everybody to win in their crypto trading because, there are some traders who will be thinking that you are teaching them wrong thing until they experience profits or loss before they will appreciate what you did.

Even crypto trading experts cannot make everybody to win or earn big profits from their crypto trading at the same time because, for some traders to wait till the real bull to show up in the market, it will make them to feel they are about to miss the opportunity and it can lead them to loose no matter what you do to help such trader.
Although it would be great if there was a foolproof method to ensure that every cryptocurrency trader succeeded, it's just not possible. Because cryptocurrency trading is such a complicated game, even experienced traders can lose money. Timing the market perfectly is nearly impossible, and emotions often cloud judgment. Education and guidance help, but ultimately, each trader must develop their own strategy and risk management approach. To succeed in cryptocurrency trading, there is no one-size-fits-all formula. It's all about staying informed, being patient, and never investing more than you can afford to lose.
4  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Teaming Up with A-List Celebrities to Propel CEXs to Greater success on: January 27, 2024, 01:13:24 PM
The world of crypto exchanges is witnessing a significant shift in marketing strategies, with an increasing number of platforms partnering with renowned celebrities to boost their brand and reach a wider audience. These collaborations not only elevate the exchanges' brands, but they also play a crucial role in promoting the adoption of cryptocurrency and inspiring innovation and personal growth.

One such example is the partnership between a leading crypto exchange Bitget exchange and a football legend, Lionel Messi which began over a year ago. This collaboration has been instrumental in promoting the exchange as a top player in the industry. The partnership is built on a foundation of inspiring and supporting continuous improvement and innovation, both in the trading industry and personal development.

A recent film campaign MAKEITCOUNT highlights the shared values of perseverance, the belief that any progress builds upon itself, and maintaining a positive mindset no matter the circumstances. The film portrays the footballer's determination from childhood, overcoming adversity to become the greatest of all time by consistently pursuing his goals.

The story of this collaboration mirrors the exchange's own journey, from an unknown platform during the crypto winter to its emergence as one of the top 5 crypto exchanges. This growth is a testament to their shared mantra: 'No progress too small,' 'Perseverance,' and 'Positive Passion.'

It's great to see major platforms partner with celebrities like Messi. These collaborations spread crypto adoption and values like perseverance and continuous improvement. As a user, I encourage these mainstream partnerships, guiding crypto safely beyond winter's chill into adoption's spring.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Blockchain Games Revolutionize the Gaming Industry? on: January 10, 2024, 12:00:31 PM
Blockchain technology is poised to revolutionize the gaming world, offering the tantalizing prospect of owning in-game assets as real-world items, seamless trading, and even player involvement in game governance. Projects like XAI are leading this charge.

XAI aims to bridge the gap between traditional gaming and Web3 by creating a dedicated gaming-focused layer3 blockchain, simplifying blockchain integration for all gamers. They've also tackled issues like high gas fees and complex wallet interactions with innovative solutions.

XAI has already secured listings on major exchanges like Bitget and Binance, attracting a crypto gamer community to explore this blockchain in its early stages.

Ultimately, I would love to hear your thoughts on XAI and the potential future of blockchain gaming.

No sure what revolution you are talking about? Why launching a separate token is necessary in the name of Blockchain gaming? Why a Blockchain is necessary for in-game purchase? What innovative idea is a token is bringing in?

I don't think the market needs millions and millions of tokens for specific applications. This is simply clogging the master network with huge volumes and pushing the gas fees higher. What's the utility?

like Axie, the blockchain is necessary to reward gamers. rewarding gamers had been awhile even before the blockchain but because these tokens are classified as crypto assets also it makes it revolutionary.

the web3 is becoming a hype so its not so bad to see young blood in crypto. teends playing online games utilizing blockchain is an adoption of cryptocurrency. good to see younger people in the industry.

I agree with you on the impact of blockchain on gaming, especially with projects like XAI, which is the first layer-3 in the arbitrum ecosystem, designed to onboard traditional gamers to web3 gaming as well as to create a decentralized gaming ecosystem where developers can create and publish games and gamers can enjoy and benefit from them. So I think it is worth trying it now, and hope it will offer more benefits in the future.
6  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Should Binance users be worried over the exchange? on: January 02, 2024, 02:58:11 PM
This doesn't just concern binance but all custodial exchanges IMO as there's always a chance your local government could put exchanges (or crypto in general) in a strict regulatory pressure/framework.

So yes, if you're a custodial exchange user, you should always be worried and follow commonly advised precautionary measures such as not treating any custodial service as a means of long term storage, keeping up to date with relevant crypto news as well as your go-to-platforms.
This is really a horrible news for Indian crypto users. Binance was the most popular one, but it is exiting with others, so Indian users need to use DEX or other available CEXs. And I think Bitget, Bybit, and others are still available to use, so they can use those CEXs to carry on their crypto journey.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana Altcoin Gems still appearing. on: December 30, 2023, 11:49:10 AM

In this case i am not talking about the memecoins, i want to know if someone knows Hellium Mobile. It might be the leading coin on Mobile esrvices and is backed up by T- Mobile. Also the project leverages Solana Network

Are you referring to the Helium project with the MOBILE ticker, currently trading on Bitget?
Since Helium Mobile ($MOBILE) recently got listed on Bitget as well as KuCoin, I think he is referring to the MOBILE token here. I learned that there is a new event ongoing on Bitget regarding the Helium Mobile project. Are you participating in this event?
8  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: CRYPTO EARNING OPPORTUNITIES THIS FESTIVE SEASON. on: December 13, 2023, 10:30:39 AM
If you have any free earning opportunities why do you hod it instead of sharing them in the OP. I was curious when i started reading to see what you would shared at first but i was totally cut off. However, am still expecting it  Wink, Dont wait for others to share theirs before you do. Thats is not the right way to do things. Since you have started this topic we expect your contributions first. Thank you.

I dey tell you. Some title will make you feel you're about to make it in life and then you'll realize na long thing. OP share what you have let's see. Although there are Airdrop events and bounty happening in this space. it's getting the information on time that's the real thing. I missed JTO airdrop. The most painful one was TIP. I followed people to comment tip everywhere but didn't read the instructions on how to connect my account and enter for the reward. Some Exchanges are realiable in bringing rewarding events during festive seasons like this. Last year, I joined Binance Christmas Advant Calendar event. This year, I've seen Africa Christmas Trading Competition that's ongoing & hosted by Bitget. I'm trying to Participate.

Don't feel sad, dude; most of my friends, including me, missed the $JTO airdrop. However, we need to go on since Christmas is here, and every Christmas brings us new events & opportunities. Along with several big projects, exchanges like Binance, KuCoin, Bitget, Gate_io, and others also offer many exciting events for their users. So I am preparing to hunt them. Earlier, you mentioned the Christmas trading event: is this open to all or only for the new African users?
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Web3 Platforms Connecting Users with Opportunities on: November 22, 2023, 01:26:21 PM
This year, we've witnessed projects such as $Tia, $Pyth, $tip etc., offering users substantial airdrop rewards. Those with access to information secured the free drops, while individuals like myself, who lacked  access to such insights, missed out.

Naturally, a thought came to mind: What if there were a web3 exploration incentive platform that allowed users to engage with popular mainnet projects, unlock airdrop opportunities, and receive rewards within the ecosystem? This way, belonging to the community would provide easy access to airdrop information. I think something like this should be created. That is, if it's not in existence already. Your thoughts?

I think the idea of a Web3 exploration incentive platform sounds pretty awesome. It would be a game-changer for the crypto community. I'm not sure if something like this already exists, but if it doesn't, it's a concept that could bring a storm to the crypto world. And if anyone is thinking about developing such a platform, count me in as an early adopter!
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana Breaking the Internet Again! on: November 20, 2023, 01:11:08 PM
Has anyone come across the news about Solana's upcoming airdrop of Pyth happening today? Here, I made a post about why alts are important and mentioned Solana airdrops in the last paragraph
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5474528.msg63178295#msg63178295

So now, I'm wondering if it will follow a similar path to what happened with BONK. Recall when the Solana community minted the memecoin Bonk, and many benefited from it. Now, Solana plans to airdrop Pyth to over 900 wallets, and various exchanges like Bitget, OKEx, Bybit, and few others are already listing it. I haven't seen any information about Binance listing it though.

I'm just curious, what do you think about this? Do you think Pyth will follow the same trend as Bonk, or will this hype only bring volatility that could potentially wipe out users' assets? Also, which mentioned exchange do you believe will efficiently list Pyth earlier than the rest?

Solana's upcoming airdrop of Pyth is really interesting. I remember the BONK airdrop on Solana, and it's cool that they're doing something similar to Pyth. The whole concept has indeed gained a lot of attention, and people are trying hard to get their hands on PYTH through this airdrop. Since the Pyth hype is increasing continuously, I think there is a possibility that it could surpass the BONK.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your take on CEX platforms integrating DEX capabilities like swapping? on: November 04, 2023, 02:10:05 PM
So, what's your take on CEX platforms integrating DEX capabilities?

I think it's a pretty interesting development to see centralized exchanges (CEX) incorporating decentralized exchange (DEX) capabilities like swapping. This trend seems to be driven by the growing popularity of DeFi and the desire for users to have more control over their assets. It could potentially offer users the best of both worlds: the liquidity and speed of CEXs and the security and privacy of DEXs. One platform that comes to mind is BitgetSwap. It's a relatively new player in the space, and it's been gaining some attention.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bull season started? on: October 29, 2023, 12:26:15 PM
The recent surge in BTC to the $35k region has led many to believe that the bull market is back. Some analysts believe this is just the effect of historical October patterns, and we may see a significant pullback for accumulation and liquidity purposes before the bull season kicks off. I'm confused, which is why I'm here. What's your opinion, fellow traders?"

I've been keeping an eye on the Bitcoin market, and it's been a fascinating journey. In my opinion, the current spike to $35k could have been impacted by past October trends, but it's difficult to say for sure. Aside from that, the bitcoin ETF is still pending approval. But I'm willing to take a risk and am prepared to use Bitget & Binance to invest my money in Bitcoin. In addition, I'm preparing my investment strategy and planning to purchase a few tiny bags of prospective tokens, such as MATIC, BGB, DOGE, and KAS.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nowhere is safe? on: October 10, 2023, 12:22:43 PM
With hacks occurring more frequently these days, I would strongly emphasize the importance of security. Whether it's a decentralized exchange (DEX) or a centralized exchange (CEX), no one is immune. First, we witnessed the Mixin incident, and now it's Galxe. It's crucial for everyone to assess the security measures of any platform before entrusting their funds. We all bear the responsibility to conduct thorough research before investing our hard-earned money
Absolutely; I agree with you. Security should be a top priority in the crypto space. The recent hacks like Mixin and Galxe are stark reminders of the risks involved. It's essential to do due diligence on exchanges, whether DEX or CEX, before using them. Protecting our investments is a shared responsibility. Stay safe and informed!
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The Tightening Grip of Regulations on Cryptocurrency in the UK on: October 09, 2023, 01:04:54 PM
The UK has tightened their regulations on Cryptocurrency which has impacted the web3 space and the onboarding process in particular. I feel if the government could even control the use of the internet in they would setup an even stricter rules. Two recent examples include Chase's decision to no longer allow cryptocurrency purchases due to concerns about fraud risks associated with digital tokens and Bybit's announcement of suspending their UK services in response to pending rules from the Financial Conduct Authority.

While these clampdowns have caused concern for users globally, there are alternative options available for UK users that include Bitget, Coinbase, eToro, CoinJar, and Tap Fintech. These options offer a wide range of compliant, regulated, and licensed services, and Bitget even had her recent UK Tour to solidify presence and network for a good business play ground.

If there are any noteworthy alternatives within this region or elsewhere, I'm interested in hearing critiques and opinions on these options, particularly in terms of online payments, debit card services, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.

This is absolutely ridiculous! The UK government's move to crack down on cryptocurrency usage is nothing but an overreach of power. It is an assault on our right to privacy and financial freedom. The current situation is difficult for UK cryptocurrency aficionados. But despite this setback, I am really relieved to see that some supportive individuals are still prepared to support crypto users in maintaining their position in the industry.
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some Trading Strategies You Could Be Ignoring on: September 29, 2023, 04:04:22 PM
Are you tired of the same old "Hodling" crypto trading strategies that everyone seems to be talking about? If you're looking for a fresh approach to maximize your crypto profits, there are some strategies you might be ignoring

1. Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA):
DCA, as mentioned earlier, involves regularly investing a fixed dollar amount into a cryptocurrency regardless of its price. This strategy mitigates market volatility and encourages disciplined, stress-free investing.

2. Swing Trading:
Swing trading involves capitalizing on short- to medium-term price movements in the crypto market. Traders seek to profit from price swings by entering and exiting positions at strategic points. It's a more active approach than DCA but can yield significant returns for those who study market trends.

3. Arbitrage Trading:
Arbitrage involves exploiting price differences for the same cryptocurrency on different exchanges. Traders buy low on one exchange and sell high on another to capture the price gap. While it requires speed and efficiency, arbitrage can be a profitable strategy for those who have access to multiple exchanges and can execute trades quickly.

4. Copy Trading:
Copy trading is often overlooked but can be a game-changer for those who wouldn't mind copying an expert's trade. This strategy involves replicating the trades of experienced traders automatically. By choosing a skilled trader to follow, you can benefit from their expertise without actively managing your portfolio.

If you're an expert that makes cool profits from some strategies that are not common, you may share so newbies can learn.

Absolutely, it's crucial to explore different crypto trading strategies beyond the typical "Hodling" approach to maximize your profits and manage risk effectively. However, I personally prefer Copy-trading. It is a valuable tool in the world of investing, offering a way for individuals to access the expertise of seasoned traders and potentially enhance their investment outcomes. It doesn't matter if you are a trading expert or a newbie; it will do the work for you without any harassment or waste of time.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / PayPal's $PYUSD: Transforming Digital Finance with Blockchain-Based Cryptocurren on: September 26, 2023, 04:30:11 PM
In the ever-evolving landscape of digital finance, a new player has emerged on the scene: PayPal USD ($PYUSD). It is a digital currency developed by PayPal, one of the world's leading online payment platforms. While PayPal has been facilitating online transactions for years, $PYUSD represents a significant leap forward in their efforts to streamline digital finance. Unlike traditional currencies like the US Dollar (USD), $PYUSD is a blockchain-based cryptocurrency. This means that transactions involving $PYUSD are recorded on a secure and decentralized ledger, providing increased transparency and security. Currently, PYUSD is listed on several reputable cryptocurrency exchanges, including KuCoin, Bitget, BitMart, Gate_io, Huobi, etc.

I'm so excited about this new gem. But I would like to hear the thoughts of you guys too.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that you will be hold till next Bull Run on: September 21, 2023, 06:10:31 AM
Matic and dot seems good for the long term imo, got $Max on bitget spot market. Sighted good liquidity and I aped in.

I already have SMURFCAT in my collection. But what will be the best entry point for the newcomer to dive into MAX? And at what entry point did you buy either MAX or SMURFCAT?
What makes you guys think that you will get good returns on these coins or tokens in the long run? Do they even have any projects or any use cases? Isn't it better to simply make investments in more popular and trustworthy altcoins that have the potential to actually give you some returns? These shitcoins can disappear into thin air in no time,  and that is when you guys will start regretting your decision that you should have chosen something else.

That's why, it's important to choose coins or tokens that you think can sustain their value and actually get some organic growth in the long run so that your investments don't go in vain and the time that you spend waiting isn't wasted. So choose your coins and tokens very wisely and after some research.
Do you have any potential tokens in your rader?
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that you will be hold till next Bull Run on: September 16, 2023, 02:58:48 AM
The market isn't greeny at the moment, but I believe right now is the right time to accumulate some alts, and I'm looking at $MAX & $Smurfcat for the long term.

I'm holding $MATIC & $DOT and planning to add more tokens in few days time. Seeing some very unpopular ones here. Where did you buy $MAX maybe I give a quick look.

Matic and dot seems good for the long term imo, got $Max on bitget spot market. Sighted good liquidity and I aped in.

19  Economy / Trading Discussion / KYC matter? on: September 08, 2023, 01:15:38 PM
What are the repercussions of failing to complete KYC on an exchange?
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is KCGI? on: August 27, 2023, 05:02:07 PM
After seeing those comments and researching, I think I will try. And I think that Bitget will not do anything that is going to tanise its reputation.

Nice try on soft shilling Bitget. I was curious on the title because the acronym seems familiar but I become skeptical by reading other newbie reply and your post history that always related to Bitget exchange.

Shilling exchange in any form (both directly and indirectly) will tarnish the reputation of the service you are promoting. Just do this kind of Q&A on the official ANN thread and use campaigns to promote here.
Nice research, man. But what if I wanted to know about the WSOT2023 trading event on Bybit a few days ago? Would you also call me a Bybit Shiller?

Seeking help about any matter, getting the hint, and wanting to jump into the matter makes you a shiller. Really interesting!
