Can someone help me with Cloudbet, any managers etc in here?

Last year Cloudbet suspended my account without any reason, they told me they need to make KYC (even though they want customers to believe they are anonymous bookie) - what was strange they told me all details are sent to my google mail. And here the 'fun' starts:

1)I've lost google password so asked them to send me details to 2nd mail, they denied!!! and kept account frozen/suspended.

2) Took me 6 months to restore password as I had around 0,1 BTC I didnt want to give up. Finally I've restored Gmail, mail from cloudbet was there. All KYC documents were sent as asked, then Cloudbet replied that my account is frozen for.... 6 months saying "Your account is blocked while we conduct a betting integrity investigation. Please note that this process can take up to 6 months"

3) I have replied that it's already been frozen for 6months but again no reply from their side.

4) Have waited another 6months, which finished last month. I've sent them mail once again and here's their another reply: "Your query will need to be confirmed by the relevant team as this falls in their line of expertise and they'll be able to assist as best as possible. Once they've replied, which should be momentarily, you can rest assured that you'll be notified via email straight away"

5) Another 10 days passed without information, so I replied once more and then: "I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused, however, after a review from our sports department, we have come to the conclusion that your account must be permanently suspended due to a violation of our rules regarding multiple accounts.

7.1.10.2. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any Cryptocurrency credited to your account frozen."

All above took them 12months as they believed I wouldn't reply or sth. I have wrote back for any proofs of breaking their rules, explaining that with VPN - IP is more that sure to be xxx times used by different users. Of course no specific reply again from Cloudbet.

They not only stole my winning BTC, but also my deposits. Which is just a stealing customers money.

Any managers/admins of Cloudbet in here to help???
