FYI, I received .05 BTC today.  Nice to get something back after over 3 months of waiting (now 2.45 to go).  I am curious to see if anyone found the repayment plan that was mentioned in our PMs? 

I also got a PM a few days ago saying that I would receive a payment by 9/10 and that a repayment plan had been posted. 

Just out of curiosity: if BTC ARBS is still making a profit, why not put the site back up and get it going again?  If mistakes were made the first time, we could all pitch in our ideas and make sure it ran better or at least didn't suffer the same fate.  Maybe just start a whole new site?  We could re-invest whatever he is paying back and then see some profit again.  Just my thought for tonight as I await my first payment...

I sent an email on 5/31 so I feel your pain!  I'd be happy with any kind of refund at this point. 

I updated the spreadsheet with my information.  I think I actually miscalculated the amount I am owed toward the low end, but I won't complain at this point.  I am tempted to send a PM now that I have joined here, but am hoping that my e-mail sent on 5/31 is adequate for notice.

Hey everyone...long time lurker, first time poster.  I notified BTC ARBS on 5/31 via email that I had invested roughly 2.5 BTC.  I did not send a PM or modify the sheet, as it was my understanding that one notification to him was enough.  I have not heard anything back and have not received any refund.  I figured I would go ahead and post here since it seems that people are curious as to how many refunds are owed.  I will keep everyone posted should I hear anything.
