Now there is a different issue, the Electrum program crashes few seconds after start. The app goes Not Responding and freezes like that.
I found out that there is some AppHangB1 event that is occurring.
I have tried the compatibility settings on every other OS. Also I tried a VM with clean win10 and win7, and there was no noticeable difference.

After the release of 4.4.6 the gui stopped freezing but the sync did not work again, I am uploading a log from the debug session:

Does anyone has any idea if there are any privacy issues with windows that could be blocking the connection?
Or does anyone know how can I recover a multisig wallet with f2a (p2wsh) into a different client (for example Bitcoin Core, Exodus or some other)?
