1  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: April 24, 2024, 04:29:34 PM
131 bitcoins in a single win is outrageous to be honest, I thought casinos used to have some kind of limit to an amount of money a player can win in a single win, just like on stake, it's been a while though but I remember I tried placing a bet on a really high odd mutil - bet game one time, and the system returned an error message telling me that the amount of my potential winning is way higher than the winning limit of the casino, and as such, my bet could not be placed, that I should reduce the amount of money I am staking or remove some games from the multi - bet to reduce the odds.
As far as I read from the case's update, the user who created the accusation seems to fail with it. The moderator on Casino.guru briefed the case, so far, based on evidences of both sides, game logs, it seems the user has very suspicious activities which are not helpful for this accusation.

You can read two latest updates from moderator on this case.

Update 1
Dear JesseJuliano,

This year, the Curacao government is implementing changes to the gambling regulations, which may lead to some delays.

I must point out that, according to the game logs, the gameplay in question appears highly suspicious. I comprehend the casino's skepticism regarding the legitimacy of your results, suspecting possible manipulation or errors. Given the significant amount at stake, it would be advisable to await the regulator's decision. I trust you concur with this course of action, and I can once more mark this case as 'waiting for regulator's decision.'

Update 2
Dear JesseJuliano,

We are extending the timer by 7 days. Please, be aware that in case you fail to respond in the given time frame or don’t require any further assistance, we will reject the complaint.
With a big company like Roobet, they have a big business and valuable reputation to protect, and I am not surprised that the user was accused with cheating accurately by Roobet.

I first read that Affiliate was questioning Roobets game log manipulation, but it was towards the players actions.. I wonder how its possible for normal player to manipulate the game the way that he wins for sure. If there is a bug in the Crash game system, why only 1 player got advantage of it? Maybe the player is some sort of hacker, or inside job? lol. You cant cheat an onlinecasino for millions if you are just a regular player.

Also.. Crash game win for millions? Deposit like 5000$. And the plane is still flying when you hit 2 million dollars win, and you are like "im going to keep the plane flying and not cashing out until 3 million"..
Crash game is not any sort of jackpot game anyways..

Yes, pretty suspicous. OPs dream house is worth 200k$, when he could do 16$x300 = 4800$ bonus buys?
3  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hit the MAX WIN on Zeus vs Hades—$240K payout in crypto! 🚀🚀🚀 on: April 22, 2024, 12:04:36 AM
I got email from Surfcasino and TTRcasino about their new site ETHCASINO.

You probably will get the whole amount, just be patient. Its probably not the biggest payout they have had to pay...

Keep us posted please!

Someone won 131 BTC from Roobet.. They are not paying.

There are suspicions that Roobet manipulated the gameplay error logs which lead to player won that much..

Its about 8 million dollars in bitcoins...

5  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Crypto scam on: April 04, 2024, 12:19:43 PM
They are asking over 5k$ to process your payment.
Also. You put in 250$, now all the sudden it has multipied by 240x the initial investment.

There is zero chance this anything real.

The most typical scam, with new twist, creating new ways to track off victims.

Dont do it.

When you hear "very good news" from the internet.

Its is a scam if you need to make payment first, always.

You could have also just googled it, and found out its a scam....?

Also their domain name doesnt sound too reliable.
6  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BetCrypto.cr, won big now feeling scammed out of 26,000 Euros on: April 03, 2024, 07:59:19 AM
When you enter their really cheap looking site, with no licence or anything, does it look like they have 26,000€ to pay you?

OP, why would you put thousands of euros in to casino like this... Its your fault.

This has happend million of times during the years, some new unfunded cheap casino is trying their luck catching a big whale.

These guys have bought their system (casino, sportsbook) and layout from "Betilus" company, which sells casino systerms for casinos.

For example if you google betilus casinos, youll find some really reliable MGA casinos also using their platforms.. Not blaming Betilus on anything... They just sell their product.

25k$ onetime payment, and you will get your own casino + running fees. And Betilus does far better job with their product than most of the even reliable ones do.

So... Have they bought these scam sites from betilus, paid like 20k-25k$ just to run a scam operation?

(dont know how to upload photo here). But they sell full casino packages on their homesite. For like 20k+, which includes everything. (only payment methods not).

8  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crashino Crash Gambling, Crypto Casino and Sports Betting on: February 29, 2024, 02:09:17 PM
How could you possibly launder money with cryptos?
Let me tell you how, you buy crypto with your dirty money[1], you can use a mule or smurf to split the bulk amount of crypto that you've bought from your dirty money with and those smurfs will register on a casino and put their crypto in their and depending on your instruction, the smurfs can play a part of that crypto and then they withdraw that money or they can just withdraw it after depositing I'm not sure about this part though but I think that's the reason why casinos are restricting people from withdrawing without playing or withdrawing without a KYC and then they might also use some mixer to further muddle their tracks of the laundering and there you can enjoy your "clean" money. I think I'm wrong with my process but if anyone will correct me, feel free to do so.

[1] You buy the crypto either with P2P online or physically, it depends on where the dirty money is but I believe that most of them do a P2P physically.
This is the main reason why nowadays almost every crypto casino is requiring their players to provide KYC even after complying to the required wagering because if they sense that there is a possible launder , but also this is how other casino abused the system to even asking for more tight security to at least have a chance to the players never comply and yes to remain the funds inside the casino.

Ummmm... So yes, dirty money and you turn it into Crypto currency. Or dirty Crypto currency deposited into casino wallet.. Then you wager it once and withdraw. Even with KYC, how is that laundering and what exactly are you laundering here?

Why do you have to wash it off in a casino wallet, why cant you just use some other vendor that doesnt include risking it of losing dirty money value..
Who are you trying to fool here, police or the tax officials? Or online crypto visa wallet companies?
The dirty funds cant be washed up like this.

Maybe if you can deposit Crypto in a gambling site, do KYC and get Fiat withdrawal somewhere, then yes. But as long as it stays as crypto currency, you still need to turn it to fiat.

Maybe there is a way to use dirty crypto currency in real world. But Casino companies are not crucial for launderers. I dont think casinos are even the main targets for dirty crypto holders.
9  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crashino Crash Gambling, Crypto Casino and Sports Betting on: February 28, 2024, 05:41:07 PM
This is one of the best crypto casino I have ever seen. I just navigate the official website of the casino and the interface is very nice with different selections of games with different spots lines. And the most interesting part is that you can deposit directly from MasterCard to crypto. Like you don't have to deposit your fiat currency before converting it to crypto but you deposit directly from bank to crypto. Though people are saying that the casino is not new here but this is the first time most us seeing it. And the terms and conditions are very simple so you can visit the site and have fun. Best of luck to all gamblers.

so you can buy cryptos without any KYC
10  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Crypto scamming gambling sites on: February 28, 2024, 11:20:40 AM
Im wondering, can scams like this just keep on going? who could shut scams like this down?
Unfortunately, no one can stop or shut down such shady sites because they know that no governmental authority will waste their time on searching for gambling sites and their locations so that's why they scam others without any worries.

Even on this forum we always alert members about such sites, a similar site 1xBit has been scamming its users for many years but no one is yet able to do anything against them. They have been running their scam empire for many years freely without any worries and yet no one can even take legal action against them.
You are not far from the truth @SamReomo, just check out the piles of scam reports that have been made against a scam site like 1xbit both here in the bitcointalk community and outside yet no government or it's agency has been able to clamp down on 1xbit and a host of other scam casinos that are online feeding on the ignorance and gullibility of both old and newbie gamblers.

And it is this ineptitude on the side of the government to go after them with full force that has given them the courage and strong will to continuously without fear to keep perpetrating their illegalities. From what am seeing, taking a legal actions against them is tantamount to a waste of time. Am saying this because these scam casinos seem to have a wide network of powerful connection in the society that not a single or a few individual can bring them down except if the government genuinely decides to hook them down.

It's a clarion call for we to never faint from doing a thorough research about any casino you about to use for the first and have no antecedent knowledge about them or better still go with the casinos we have here in the forum for less worries from scam.

So what do you mean exactly by 1xbit being a scam?
Why are you ranting when the records are there for even the blind to see. What other meaning are you asking for or are you exactly new to the gambling board or the forum entirely?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2835882

Sorry, and thanks for the info.. Big forum, and dont know how to use it.
im mostly here to write in english and learn how to it goes, probably wont last long here.

1xbit has been on maintence since i tried to enter their site. Atleast when entering with finnish ip address.

So what do you mean exactly by 1xbit being a scam? How does it differentiate from any other general crypto casino that doesnt have a strong licence and only uses cryptos and that dont have a solid reputation like stake, rollbit etc.. Its not a surprise that if you play with big amounts, you should really choose a popular crypto casino and not take stupid risks.. What i mean is that, if i win 300$ worth of cryptos from 1xbit, do you mean they are not going to pay it to me? I think they would. Where as 20k$ is different.
This applies to 90% of crypto casinos out there. If you win big, its always a risk you are not going to get paid. Its normal.
If i had 1000$ dollars... I could name only 10ish crypto casinos that i could put them in and know i get paid for sure if i win no matter what the amount is. There are hundreds of crypto casinos.

The sites that i posted below, they dont pay anyone anything.

But i agree, its bad overall when you can easily scam in crypto world. Crypto also means illegal money and illegal businesses, because its anonymous, compared to real currency
12  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crashino Crash Gambling, Crypto Casino and Sports Betting on: February 26, 2024, 09:54:59 PM

I don't also like such conditions, because there is no condition when I deposit a huge amount of money, then why wouldn't I be able to cash out a huge amount of win at once, when I hit the jackpot.

OP, you guys should know how to treat customers and make them free to withdraw their wins with no conditions, so that customers can have that confident on your casino, because to me what I check in a casino before I deposit is fast and easy withdrawal of funds, no matter how big it is. We have reputable casinos in this forum that allows unlimited amount of withdrawal.

It`s normal for all casinos to have this in their terms. The fact that they have it in their terms does not mean that they`ll start implementing it on all their customers that manage to hit a huge win; most times, it helps to prevent cases of money laundering and also those that might try to cheat the casino.

The only time this becomes an issue is when they start doing it on an account that has a clear record and also make the verification process impossible to complete - but if they stick to just requesting from suspicious accounts, then we should be good.

By the way, welcome to bitcointalk.org.

I hope you enjoy your stay here.

How could you possibly launder money with cryptos?

I dont see any real reason to restrict players from withdrawing what they have won, other than creating problems when the company can make a big buck..
Not sure if Crashino or their group of sites applies their withdraw limits on big deposits, but what would be the reason to do so? If they suspect something, they will do the research for it, and then release the winnings, its not about the amount won, its about if you won it in a fair way.

Also, Max deposit 50 000$ and max withdraw per month 30 000$ is no big news on casino industry. There are places where you can withdraw 500$ a week but deposit 10 000$ a day.

I have no bad things to say about crashino, but just in general.
13  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Freewallet.org - SCAMMERS CONFIRMED - Pending Litigation on: February 25, 2024, 10:03:56 PM
But if you google "Freewallet", they have only solid reputation on first hits.. Even the Google Q/A section "Is freewallet legitimate" and the answer is like every normal operator "Yes they have a repuation of being.."...

Once you scroll little bit down, you will find Reddit topic with Freewallet Scam subject..

But all in all. If you have lets say one thousand dollars worth of cryptos and you want to find a realiable wallet for them, if you are not willing to spend few minutes to do a thurough search on the wallet, then its probably better if you lose your funds.

I have never had a wallet on freewallet, but wow these guys are cocky.. Advertising with big money and succeeding. App store and Google play, solid. Overall reviews solid.
But inside the truth, big hidden losses, and big thefts.

That being said, cryptos, especially monero and the hardly untracable ones are popular among illegal money.. So the burglars gets ropped. Its a good enviroment to rob someone who has robbed a bank.

Sorry for your loss..

But you are probably a newbie of what is happening online these days with scams. People have fallen into similar traps years ago already, investing in crypto. This is one of the newest Nigerian letter scams, which no other than a newbie would fall into..

But you are not the first, people have lost much more. Also you wont be the last.

Unfortunately, no one can stop or shut down such shady sites because they know that no governmental authority will waste their time on searching for gambling sites and their locations so that's why they scam others without any worries.

The crypto gambling space is not properly regulated this is why we need to be careful when choosing them. It is difficult to track and close down crypto gambling sites because most of them are not within the jurisdiction of some countries. It is easier to clamp down on physical casinos than crypto casinos because the former has office locations in some countries.

This casino caught my attention because it sounds like one of a the reputable casinos in this forum. One of the signs we should look out for is that some of this scam casinos will name the casino to sound like a well known one. This strategy is to attract unsuspecting gamblers that will mistake this fake one for the original casino.

The scary thing with these casinos is they have someone who really knows how to design the sites looking trustworthy. They have daily live-chat from 6am to midnight.
Everything seems correct and fun. But they never pay out anyone.

Where is the link of the website? How do you expect me to believe that the website is just like you described?
This is exactly what I wanted to asked, reporting a site pr group of gambling platforms without dropping link to the casino are just like an empty warning because no one can know which casino they being warned of and can’t take precautions to avoid falling victim to such casino and such link could also be used to as proof and evidence to stop, report such casino and they could also be investigated to know if what the Op is saying is really true or not.

People have always fallen into traps, and will fall into traps, whether its gambling or something else.

What i understood now, and have understood with Askgamblers, they are scaling the rate of the casino a lot higher if they get higher affiliate payments. Askgamblers does this in a big scale. So even the most biggest affiliate sites have blood on their hands. Why wouldnt they, they rake in a lot of money because the scam casinos dont have to pay players winnings at all - it leaves a lot more money for affiliates also..

And there is no way to warn people in general.

There is definetly a market cap available for pure scams in gambling industry, if you can really get away by just taking deposits and not pay anyone and keep on doing this with no stress for the future. Sounds unfair, if you can get rich this easy and no one will be able to close down your scam operations..

Where is the link of the website? How do you expect me to believe that the website is just like you described?

There is no way anyone can shut a casino website down, if it's not regulated and you are about to know that it's not, then there is no reason to start using such platform to gamble.

If you are looking forward to start gambling on a online casino, make sure you pick through this forum, it's not safe looking for one on your own, many fake casinos are all over the internet now, and some are using non-kyc to attract some people that like privacy way of gambling.

Don't even bother to stress yourself, there is no need to start doing research on if a casino is regulated or not, you can use stake or fortune jack, and others that are available on this forum, if they are not reputable no one will promote them.

19  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Crypto scamming gambling sites on: February 24, 2024, 03:59:03 PM
They can create as many as they can since no one can stop them from doing that but there's a way for other people not to become a victim which is to share the scam gambling sites that you have found so that people who may encounter the site will know what to do which is to avoid it. Knowing scam gambling sites have helped me before when I still gamble and stay at the gambling sites that are legit or not scam. This should be in gambling discussion since it fit there. You should share the link so that people will know and stay away from it.

I got you.. I have long experience with gambling sites, and never been scammed. This time i lost few bucks, but didnt get winnings.

What is your opinion - Casino guru affiliate site promotes all these casinos, doing it for years, but they marked them as 5/10, not like the worst of the worst... And their sites look really polished and very well functioning. Solid trapping sites, where many scam sites are badly made and dont look reliable at all..

Casino guru is probably banking affiliate money for promoting them? i couldnt find anyone else really promoting their sites..

Looking at the 1xbet reviews on casino.guru affiliate, which is 6.9/10. With hundreds of complaints, you can really make the conclusion that even the best affiliate sites have blood on their hands... Why wouldnt they, they probably bank a lot money out because fraudulent casinos dont have to pay anyone winnings -> more affiliate income.
20  Economy / Scam Accusations / Crypto scamming gambling sites on: February 24, 2024, 03:35:14 PM
Im not a big victim here, but i have spotted a group of gambling sites(same guys), that look like decent normal gambling site with no real warnings of shady stuff.
They have no licensing authority who follows their actions. But they have multiple crypto payment options available, also they have VISA and MasterCard payments available, where you can play with fiat currencies, but the payment methods are "you pay with fiat, and the merch gets cryptos for for your fiat money".

So all the payment methods lead to cryptos.. They have been doing this over a year and keep spreading opening new sites.
The scam here is they dont pay anyone winnings.

They have licenced big slot providers, sportsbook provider and poker etc... So they have real deals with real solid operators..

Im wondering, can scams like this just keep on going? who could shut scams like this down?

Feels bad when i read some of the older reviews for someone to lose over 10k£ but once the player tried to cashout 1k£, he got nothing.
And many others, multiple tens of bad reviews, and rarely people bother to write public bad review because shame and stuff..
