Considering that you used this address prior to November when you claimed to have sold the account I would highly doubt that you are not the same person (although the private key could have been provided as part of a sale, but this is unusual)
I dont understand the bold part. If you think I am still controlling cxboyminer based on the fact that I am still using the 1CXBOY address:
I own the private key and the address is generated by my computer for around 1.5 days. I have a crap laptop using vanitygen. I am not going to sell my private key unless I receive an interesting offer that is hard to decline ( which I doubt it ).
If my assumption is false, please correct me and I will clarify again.
