I keep hearing about all these major signings by Kick to take over the streaming title from twitch and it’s pretty cool to know that Stake is behind it. This company is doing awesome things and giving back to a lot of content creators and I love it. I think if I were more popular I’d have to start a kick stream about crypto or gambling and try to get a sponsorship.  Yeah, at the moment it's insane what they are doing. Just yesterday I saw a new video on youtube about it. These deals for some streamers are out of this world. No wonder the bonus amounts get smaller and smaller.  The XQZ guy gets 100 million for 2 years, that's crazy. In other news  : I am only 10% away from the next VIP level, platinum 5. But even for that I still have 250k wager left to make it, these numbers. Guess I will never reach that. How can I make this? haha and i am the gambling addict he says  sorry couldn't help myself. In this next 2 weeks a legal case against stake and co founder Edward Craven is being lodged. Please keep am eye out for it.
The fact that a lot of you look at Eddie and stake management as being legit make me laugh. I've got so much evidence I've gathered and cant wait to successfully take action.
Although this is my last comment on this forum for quite some time now and there will be no fuether comments from me. Remember I was the one who successfully sued stake and showed they have profited illegal funds, willingly. Stake have operated unlawfully for too long now and with the new changes in laws in their licensing you're about to see w big shake up....

Is stake allowed to accept bets from Hong Kong/Singapore? Genuine question.
I was in HK 2 weeks ago for travel and other things and logged into my account to claim weekly bonus and so on. Did this without any problems. Also made a small basketball bet on NBA, really mini, and it also worked without any problem. So I suppose it's possible. Can i ask you a question? without attacking me please. Roughly how many active sessions do you have on your account? Mine says i have 3 sessions in total under (ALL) This simply cannot be possible. Majority of my VPN usage which i thought was legal to begin with (regardless of what everyone wants to speculate) was from singapore and wasn't from the same singapore VPN. However it looks like a lot of my session history has been deleted? As i only have 3 active sessions. This just doesn't make any sense to me. |

Just found this on the stake forum. If anybody ever gets accused of multiaccounting on stake again get this. Drake's publicly known account since 2021 has the stake username "DeepPockets6". Yet on last Saturday's stream he played with the account "eatingyourfood" . What's a little bit strange, in the Saturday raffle (takes place every Saturday) this eatingyourfood account won several times in March-April 2022. The Drake - Stake announcement was official on March 22nd. On April 4th 2022 this account won the raffle 5 times even though Stake employees and/or people with affiliate benefits are not allowed to enter. People speculated for a long time who eatingyourfood is and since last weekend we know. I must say this once again feels a little bit off.  Does not surprise me, whatsoever. |

It is not wise to respond to people with non-facts when they point out your mistake. If it says that Australians shouldn't gamble and you are an Australian who does, that's not going to be a valid bet, and then when people point this out, saying they are employed by stake will not gain you anything in return, you are not getting that money back by just saying everyone who disagrees with you works for stake.
In any case, this should have been resolved a while ago, everyone said the same thing, the rules are clear, we are still having the same conversation just because the person who complains rejects to understand the point of view and keeps complaining, I do not know what more can be said to him to make him stop, so I guess we just need to ignore and let him go away.
The court will decide this. End of story. And those who don't believe me that i am taking this to court, that's fine also. If i was able to send you some things right now, including events that have happened and emails from stake legal team. I would. People can draw whatever conclusions they want and or have whatever views they want. |

It's crazy the lengths people will go to convince themselves that they are a victim after gambling more than they can afford and losing. You knew Australians weren't allowed, so you used a VPN. You weren't cheated and if you won, you would've been paid. Even if your legal argument were valid (it's not) you're still acting like quite the scumbag trying to convince people you're a victim while attempting to freeroll Stake.. I hope you waste many more hours before realizing nothing will come from this. -snip-

Is worked many time. The more people are responding, the more he will response. Just ignore, or if he do multiple post at the same time feel free just report the post for "multi-post" at same time. I have already been told that upper management of stake tells them the usernames of people to pick. Don’t expect much. I did hear they will be doing a drop of $100 per claim but that’s about it. Happy for drake that he’s just stealing that scumbag Edward cravens money.
Seems like your info is "legit" . "100$ claim", yeah right, hahaha. Drake stream was VERY underwhelming. Why do they promote it as a 1 million giveaway when it's not? There is definitely money missing. Also, they yet again claimed the winners are not picked before hand. Chat mods even promoting during stream to still send mail with username and phone number. And 1 of the "winners" making vacation in Mexico with his friends and they all wear Drake gear, makes sense. Where is the throw up emoji? Because stake is a completely trust worthy establishment. |

Poor guy. I'm sorry. You were new to the forum and didn't know what kind of story would work best. All you wanted was to convince the community that you were a victim in hopes that Stake would give you money so that they didn't look bad. What was I thinking. I'll be sure to let future noobs on the forum get away with whatever bullshit stories they want so as not to scare them away. You've had quite the journey shit posting from: Stake.com have been taking my deposits hundreds of thousands of dollars and not returning and being able to withdrawal my money.

I have also put on ignore a few people who are just after a reaction from me on this thread. Do not misinterpret what i have said on this thread. I am not saying don't bet with stake.com. I am saying be weary that you are not being misguided to use stake.com from an unlicensed jurisdiction as you may then encounter the problems i am having.
Although I am of the opinion stake.com has misguided myself and others to access stake.com illegally, I see no reason NOT to use stake.com if you are from a licensed jurisdiction. Those watching Eddies stream from Australia please be aware he shouldn't be streaming from Australia due to stake.com not being licensed in Australia and if you also believe you have been misguided and want to know your options in retrieving these funds in which stake.com shouldn't be profiting from, please PM me directly.
The more people that contact me from within Australia the better as it mounts the case that as a result of stake.com and Eddie streaming from Australia it has misguided Australians that stake.com is legal to use from Australia, which it certainly did to me. Regardless of their terms and conditions. The more of you which contact me will mount increasingly strong claims to that fact and i will even pay for legal costs associated with the legal process. What a crock of sh1t.... -cut- This article are drumming up a lot of unrelated stories without actual proof that Stake.com are involved in any shady activities to promote VPN use. I even see someone trying to bait Eddie in his stream to say something about VPN use, but Eddie does not fall for nonsense like that.... when the mods muted the chat user for spamming, he just popped up under a new Alt user... and continued doing that. I agree, but just like Kingrojie said in the article: "career destruction and mental health breakdown". I feel for Kingrojie i do, but if someone is not accepting that they make a mistake, having a breakdown and losing a job can be hard to face. One often looks reasons from elsewhere so they don't have to face themselves and their own mistakes. This causes obsession to find the reason elsewhere. It can be borderline delusional because nothing is more difficult then looking at the mirror and owning their mistakes. Kingrojie feels betrayed and that's understandable, and he has every right to feel that way, but this seems like destructive and unproductive way. If he really is looking for legal way, i hope that he knows that law can go both ways and staying away from slandering might be a smarter way. I am actually not here saying don't bet with them. I'm saying don't be misguided in thinking it's legal to bet with them based on stakes promotion of VPN which is clear as Eddie does it on stream and there is no mandatory verification. In my experience i am in trouble with the government for doing so with my assets (crypto) so i have no other choice but to disclose where the assets were deposited in which at the time i believed to be legal based on the owner Eddie using a VPN to access stake. Wouldn't have thought the owner of a huge online gambling company would be accessing stake.com from Australia if it wasn't legal to do so. I'm not here saying don't bet with them. I am saying be aware. My problem is they have profited from funds they are not entitled to have and i believe i was misguided by the business. The terms of service is irrelevant to my complaint and claim. They will undoubtedly try hide behind them. But the facts are Eddie has accessed stake.com online to an audience of people from Australia. Which is promoting the use of stake.com from Australia. If you want to argue that it isn't than i think you either work for stake or you are the delusional ones. |
