Automatic collect no but lets say i have a list of ethereum adresses and i want to sent to all thoose adresses 1 of my tokens is there a way to do this all in once and not one by one!?

I don't expect that SIGT will rise while USD/BTC is rising. I expect SIGT to fall below 1100 sat.

Which client do you use? If you are using myetherwallet.com it is pretty easy, just select your ERC20 token in the sending form. You need to have some Ether or actually Gas in order to send tokens. If you haven't one you need to buy small amount of Ether first. If you are use native client you need to wait for the answer of someone else. I do not use it.

I saw someone buy 9 million. But is there really only 77 million coins? Is this a bad sign that someone just bought 9 million coins? LOL

I don't understand why this coin is NOT at 1$ at this day ...
