This thread is now in the hardware section.  You will find plenty of vendors - some better than others.  The best for entry level mining (less than $10k spent) is probably an Antminer S3.  They sold out 3 batches.  Wait for them to start selling Batch 4.  You need to buy 2 of them at once.  If you can't afford that I would suggest not mining and to buy the coin directly - you'll probably end up better off.
