I might be wrong but I think the dates are wrong like on the first page you said last relied date is 8.25.2022 and when I clicked on the plugin I checked the date wrong and this date even not make any sense like let's say if the days are 28 then how months could be 25 or vice verse.
I suggest you guys should check your whole website and audit it for such mistakes so that your reputation could build if more mistakes like these are pointed out then you might have to work harder to compete with others.

Are you charging the user fees based on where they are? I would've maybe understood if you were dealing with fiat and international payments, but this is for receiving crypto.
2. As for charges, we charge 0% commission for incoming payments.
For withdrawals, we charge Crypto: 0.5% + Network Fee, and for Fiat: 1% + Bank Fee.
We do not charge any fee to users, which might depend on their location. Whether it's Cyprus or the UK, the fees will be the same.

The commission may be adjusted depending on the riskiness of the project activity, e.g. gambling, casino, etc.
Here's an example.
