Thanks to everyone for their feedback - much appreciated.  Just to confirm, the former site name was "Capital Investments Hub" ie, with an "s". From my own investigations, I'm aware of the "other business" and they are NOTHING to do with this matter.

I also do believe the scammers may have had a Russian connection...no real surprise.

Fear a lady friend MAY have got taken for a ride by a crowd called "digiruf" [former name "Capital Investments Hub"] - they claim to be out of Texas, USA (which she doesn't live in).  Anyone ever heard of them, please?

I can't find anything online, which may be bad...or good....any insights appreciated, thank you.

Ps. which regulatory agency [if any] in Texas, would one approach over this type of thing, thank you?
