I can use my earnings to purchase domain and hosting in NameCheap but to withdraw it out of namecheap to paypal, it should be at least $100. I don't have paypal either.

That's why i 'm looking for someone who wants $s in namecheap to use to register domains and buy hosting.

I can understand your concern, but as you can see the $36 is in my balance and the $55 is in the marketplace earnings - available for immediate use.
