No!

specifically every 210,000 blocks.
Then how many of the bitcoins were put out in the Blockchain from the onset by Satoshi. I always thought it's 21million and these is quite different from the number of blocks . Aren't they?

You can mine it, exchange it, or receive it as gift or a currency being paid with your reward for offering a service instead of being paid in fiat, wgich is by earning bitcoin.

You can use an exchange to get bitcoin using fiat and then create a personal wallet to store your bitcoin and keep the keys safe

To your question I'd say that DeFi will likely evolve, while some projects may fade, others will stabilize and simplify, making adoption easier. The company will continue to see innovation and growth, but security challenges will persist, prompting gradual improvement. As long as they're not relenting to innovations

4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Shared idea on Bitcoin scarcity and it's relation to halving on: August 24, 2023, 10:14:52 PM
"Why is Bitcoin said to be scarce?"
Bitcoin is considered scarce primarily due to its built-in supply limit and the rules of its protocol. The maximum supply of Bitcoin is capped at 21 million coins. This scarcity is achieved through the process of mining, where miners solve complex mathematical puzzles to validate transactions and create new blocks on the blockchain.
Every four (4) years, an event known as the "halving" occurs in the Bitcoin network. During a halving, the block reward that miners receive for their efforts is reduced by half. This event is programmed into the Bitcoin protocol and occurs approximately every 210,000 blocks. As a result, the rate of new Bitcoin issuance decreases over time. The combination of the 21 million coin limit and the decreasing issuance rate due to halvings creates a scarcity effect, making Bitcoin increasingly difficult to mine and ultimately limiting its total supply.
This scarcity is in contrast to traditional fiat currencies, which can be printed by central banks without a fixed supply limit, potentially leading to inflation. Bitcoin's scarcity has contributed to its appeal as a digital store of value and a potential hedge against inflation.

"On addition of more coins to the already distributed 21 million coins will this change the halving graph of complex?, Will it alter the timing of halving in Bitcoin?"

The Bitcoin halving events are programmed into the Bitcoin protocol and occur automatically based on the block height, specifically every 210,000 blocks. This means that the halving schedule is determined by the consensus rules of the network and is not subject to arbitrary changes by individuals or entities. The protocol ensures that the halvings occur roughly every four years, but the exact timing may vary due to the unpredictable nature of block generation.
The halving events are designed to control the issuance of new bitcoins, gradually reducing the block reward and ultimately capping the total supply at 21 million coins. There is no provision within the protocol to extend or delay the halving events beyond the predetermined schedule.
Adding more available coins or changing the halving schedule would require a hard fork of the Bitcoin network, which would likely result in a split and the creation of a new blockchain. Such changes would require widespread consensus among the Bitcoin community, including miners, developers, users, and other stakeholders. Given the decentralized and consensus-driven nature of the Bitcoin network, making significant changes like altering the halving schedule is a complex process and would likely face significant resistance.
In summary, the proposed date of Bitcoin halving is determined by the protocol's rules and is not easily subject to delays or extensions. Any major changes to the halving schedule would require consensus among the Bitcoin community and would likely lead to a contentious fork of the network.
From the above I just got better understanding that even the man who invented Bitcoin has no monopolised power or single power to alter the trend of Bitcoin and halving period. It has to be consensus between many Bitcoin users .

I may not use the correct terms I'm still learning I hope this clarifies whatever confusion another may have concerning Bitcoin scarcity and how it relates to halving
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has nothing to do with crime on: August 17, 2023, 02:31:40 PM
Nothing has anything to do with crime till it's brought in. As you know money has nothing to do with crime except it's brought in by any of the parties. Murder is a crime as well as suicide and cyber-bullying. We have many crimes that occur and has nothing to do with even money but if one decides to give any form of appreciation for the crime doesn't make that media of appreciation a crime or whatever I'd say it's better we all know that, tagging Bitcoin as something that promotes crime is literally unfounded and baseless. If you do that then the fiat note currency we use is also a crime source. Let's get it right!

11  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is all what they say about bitcoin true? on: August 10, 2023, 03:46:40 PM
Think of Bitcoin like a roller coaster. Its value can go up and down really quickly. This can be exciting because you might make a lot of money, but it can also be a bit scary because you might lose a lot...
Seems you're good at navigating your chatGpT and obviously running fast in deceiving with your cheating response. If I could send images I'd show you how you copied from chatGpT and edited to post it shows you're not genuine in your response right now you just cheated to get merits.... anyway I'm new here still going through rules I just couldn't help but spot this fakeness that was awarded merit.
You mentioned you're new here, and in just 10 minutes of joining this forum, you've already gone to request merits ... Now, you're criticizing me for a reply others found interesting. Is this how you act to gain favor?
You know what suit yourself! I am not trying to gain favour I spotted a cheatway you used in 'gaining favor ' in your own words and I simply blew your cover because it's not fair that way anyway I see already you don't understand I've deleted the message....you can go ahead cheat all you can . About me asking for merit I also deleted it because I'm hear to learn and use the right means to grow my merit and attain higher ranks. You can go and check again it's deleted. Yo!

Hey man or woman, trying your luck right? Just like the other user said, you literally just registered your account some few hours ago and you are here. I won't judge you because you have your reasons. But what I would say to you is that you stand a higher chance of getting merits from  Ratimov of you built up your activity level on the forum with viable proof of quality topics and replies. I hope you heed to this piece of advice.
Yeah! Thanks it's noted I did get some clues while coming in and that aroused my actions thanks anyway for this advice
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Using the Search button before asking questions on: August 10, 2023, 08:12:10 AM
Hello everyone I'm new here though and didn't know I'd be posting this soon. We have so much rules here I'm still going through then I had a question that crossed my mind although I'm pretty sure my answers already exist I'd ask again not needing reply but if you want to reply I'm grateful anyways
Question intended: "what is bitcoin halving? what is the historical impact on bitcoin since inception and what could be the predicted impact of the next halving?"
But I decided to make use of the search button because this forum has been in existence since 2009 (correct me if I'm wrong I scrolled through the post where I saw it I didn't bother to click for more I just saw it say it has been since 2009 and it's one of the first online...). On searching for the words "Bitcoin halving" and "halving" I got a 5 page response to my search and average of response to each  was over 90 replies with varying responses and links to back up their response to Bitcoin halving and so what crossed my mind was to go through a few and I'm sure I'd get answers.
But again it dawned on me that there could be a repetition of question (similar questions) although the construction mat be different time to time and this could even make things more complex for readers so it's better we search for what we intend to ask before going about asking and most times our answers are already available when we search
I do not have much features to support my description but I'm sure you can navigate
Where's the search button? You may ask...
*The top right hand corner of your homepage is the search button click on it and type what you want to know about or would have asked questions about
*You'll be directly moved to the google search button option or forum search button option
*It's nicer to use the forum search button option since google is little bit 'fuzzy' (in their words)
*You again type into the search button your intended question or what you're looking for to learn about
*You have options below the search to order or decide how you want your search to come in you can choose any preferable one ...you can still go ahead to search without choosing you'll get many related response that have been made as regards your search
*You can click on any of the replies and read more about them to know understand what you want to learn or get answers to your intended question

I am sure that if this is done and questions still exist it will be questions that have not been asked or part of which the replies so far have not really answered...this out question becomes very important and relevant encouraging learning by others too.
I'm sure you understand my point so far.

Thanks to @Zaguru12 he dropped this:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5276341.0
The above link simplifies my post

Just discovered that even there's already replies to search so I could have as well searched search... funny right!. Thanks man!
So much to know in here. Thank you all for your positive replies so far.(I guess as a newbie I should be silent and wait for "years" or "months" before posting because all I see is people digging up into timing of my registration it's laughable because your thoughts are a reflection of your behavior even to others...yeah I have lots of tips off about the forum before registering and most of my logins I've gone as far as viewing many post and I thought it needful to add this but alright I'd be quiet so as not to be ridiculed ) but it's unfair how pot calls kettle black!
