It seems like Duckdice is getting away with refusing to pay out without any evidence. I thank you for your help though.
Please refer to my previous message. What should I pay attention to? These are not my accounts and evidence is welcome to be disclosed, otherwise these are just baseless accusations. |

Strange, I deposited bitcoin, played and won. Never have I cancel a Deposit, what are you talking about? Where is the evidence for this? I am very curious about that.

I understand the concern of Duckdice for not disclosing the proof of account linked since it will be use by other abuser to dodge their security on detecting alts. Askgambler is your only chance to challenge this since they are trusted 3rd party arbitrage that can check all the evidence from both party to determine the truth while making the evidence still discreet. Your case falls to this category which we can't determine who's saying the truth unless the evidence is provided publicly which is not gonna happened due to some security concerns. I am now supposed to contact a licensor who, according to various Internet reports, does not even report back to defrauded users (as I am one in this case). I think you are well aware of that.
I am simply speechless by this procedure.
Everyone should make up his own mind about it, I will, as soon as I am back from vacation, also open a thread in the scam section to warn about you. I will certainly not get my money back, I will contact the licensor, but as I said I will not even expect a first response.
Look, I get it, I wasn't expecting you to go ahead and come clean about it here. Regarding the part where it took weeks to learn of this, it was actually a pretty clear-cut case, but there are some internal security procedures in such cases and also had to wait for clearance to be able to publicly disclose this. Like I said we are more than willing to forward all evidence to the regulatory body, even a legitimate mediator. I am more than sure however you will not go forward with this, since more than likely you are double-spending, have been doing it for a while, assuming on other places aswell, a practice which is highly illegal. Just wait since he is waiting too for the department that has control over your case since posting evidence publicly is very sensitive.

This certain user, Cherylmarshman, has been restricted access to our website, and available funds on the balance seized due to the fact that he's been engaging in double-spending, where basically he would make a Btc deposit with a low fee, we'd credit the deposit ( without network confirmations required) if he'd win he would wait for his deposits to confirm, if he would lose he would cancel the deposit and jump on a new account and repeat the scenario. We offer instant BTC deposits to ensure our players have an enjoyable experience and not be required to wait hours in some cases for BTC deposits, but unfortunately some bad players like the user in this case try to take advantage of it. I believe you should post the address where you sent the bitcoins and your bitcoin address, the date you sent the bitcoins, also post a photo of your casino account if possible along with the history of deposits and withdrawals and winnings, I don't know if when the casino suspended you you were able to at least have a photo of your account balance, or deposits or withdrawals or if now even with the suspension you would be able to access your account at least to show us that, but even If you are not able to access your account, your wallet must have some history of sending bitcoins, with this you would be able to show that you sent X bitcoin to the casino address and that the same bitcoin you sent to the casino has already had confirmations, I think this is easy to do.
