I'm not seeing anything current. Tried by numbers and name. The Business name is registered but inactive meaning no active sales tax permit in TX. To be fair I'm not sure how that effects an alt-coin currency exchange with unrecognized currency. Additionally, it is extremely easy and cheap to create a corp and obtain tax ID's. Daniel, why is the ANN talking about "We" if you are a solo developer?
"We will be the first coin developer to offer"
"we arn't going to let anyone boss us around with there crap"
"We are the one's to finely push a coin to it's limits. "
"Making headlines is what we want!"
"Are we the only licensed business with real plans?"
"We are a registered business (WebGod.US)"
"we might be the only ones that care to pay taxes on profits"

But then..... "I am a solo developer and every cost is out of my pocket."
Also, having a website does not make you a registered business. Are you a registered corp out of Texas and under what name is the business registered?

What is special about this coin? What makes this coin different that any other "dark" coin? Your description has no specifics of why this coin is worth messing with.
I know. This is my first coin. (It's a shame that someone compared me to another account bitcointalk). Although I want to catch up to those who entered the cryptsy, bittrex. It already is a success, but not the point. I want to coin was accepted as means of payment. I know every dev had such dreams, but I want to be true. This is a coin multi-algo, so more miners can mined Do you have any plans for making that happen? I'm really not trying to bust your chops. I'm trying to decide if I want to point some hash that way at launch. Usually devs have some future plans for their coins beyond launch. Features to make it stand out, developments in progress and/or negotiations to have it accepted for payment somewhere already in progress. You know, things that make it have a better price at the exchange and give it the push it needs to get on the better exchanges with a reason that people want it for more than the inevitable dump when it hits an exchange. I know from a short conversation with the support on BetaSharex earlier that they really will be examining the coins code at launch for a final determination on whether or not to add it to the exchange and while I like BetaSharex, it is a new exchange with lower volume than Cryptsy, Bittrex or some others. What are you going to do with the coin going forward? |

He is just learning is all in my opinion. With PeerCoinDark he didn't change his name and it cost him. So now a new name and a little slip on the graphics. He shows himself in the description too:

guess u guys are wrong IMO DOGEBC and PPCD dev is very good with logo design, this one IMO sucks, more like keppler's dev Not really. I meant the drop in graphic quality was done intentionally... along with the name change to try and throw suspicion. But as mnporter2001 has pointed out, there are too many other similarities. We'll soon see. It will be more fun now that he knows similarities are being compared but if he really is the same dev it won't help. The familiar M.O. will quickly come out. On a different note, I really want to know what makes this coin special from any other? What developments are planned that would make this worth something more than a dump after an exchange opens up? When would those developments be released? The description itself says a whole lot of nothing: "We plan to implement the coins where possible." - This really says... what? Any plans where possible might be and what it might be doing? "NovaCoinDark is an experimental new digital currency that enables instant payments to anyone, anywhere in the world." - Its not so experimental or new anymore.. well besides the name. Sounds like the same thing that the other digital currencies do. What is different about it? "NovaCoinDark uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority: managing transactions and issuing money are carried out collectively by the network." - Again... How is this different than other digital currency? "Join our community to coin became very popular." - The part that wasn't copy/paste from other descriptions. "NovaCoinDark is also the name of the open source software which enables the use of this currency." - So, the wallet? Or is there some other software not mentioned as yet that uses this currency? Dev - completely show that you are not the same.. not by denials but by actions both before and after release, and I'll publicly apologize and retract every post I make that doesn't support you. |

I want to coin used to exist and not as that is not what form the only coin to pull out the BTC. You will see the launch.

Its a statement about confidence and I never previously asked about pre-mine address. In reality I don't really care about the address. If the coin has development occurring on it with decent features and regular/frequent updates from the Dev on the progress of said features then prices will survive some dumping. I feel my previous questions are legit and carry a lot of weight on whether the coin is worth buying and selling. What are the future updates for this coin? When should they be expected? How often will updates on progress be provided? How will your talents be split managing developments on this coin and PeerCoinDark? I would love to see it go somewhere. But I personally will not waste my time or resources on a project that shows no progression since release. Dev - you've posted in this thread since I asked those questions initially. A response would be a great start to repairing the lack of confidence and follow through afterward would be even better. |

At the beginning you emphatically lied about why you would not provide the address IF the above is the truth. I'm not trying to fud Dev. Just pointing out some simple truth. The problem when someone lies is that everyone then has to wonder if anything else being said is also a lie and the fact that at least one confirmed lie exists creates doubt on all following statements. If this is the start of clarity then lay out some plans: What are the future updates for this coin? When should they be expected? How often will updates on progress be provided? How will your talents be split managing developments on this coin and PeerCoinDark? The same can be asked of that coin as well. Unfortunately actions are reality and people want to see results or at least progress towards a result. Repeatedly stating that the coin is not dead is not considered an update on unknown development. Again, its not fud. Its people wanting to know why they should buy/mine your coins. |

Hi Dev - Can you point out the differences between this coin and DarkPeerCoin -https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=795749.0- ? I'm genuinely curious. Aside from the algo and coin count I don't see it. I'm not trying to fud. I participated in the ICO for your last coin and DPC. I honestly thing maybe you should just join forces with the DPC dev and have just one coin that really rocks.

Just curious but anyone else not able to get payouts from Best-Pool? I sent them a message just now about the auto not working and manual missing..
It's been 25 hrs since I got a payout from Best-Pool. Miner still shows it is getting accepts. Oh my miners are running fine and my balance is increasing.. I just can't get it out. |

I have patience but for me personally its more to the point that coins without an exchange show no value and it makes me feel better to dedicate miners towards value I can see. If its in the works I can wait.  Actually understand your point of view and I agree with him. A greater sense of security. i need to leave comment on this, what do you think what value can pow coin have on day 2 from launch :-) i contacted some exchanges already but also prefer to be more patient, there are still many things which needs to be done, my intention is to tune Cetus into perfection related to all basics which every coin needs, then we can move onto adding unique features, we are on very early stage, PoW lasts one year so can be distributed very well, i'm sure later when rentals disappear also small miners will have chance to accumulate enough CETI's, i suggest to non-traders just to collect and hold ceti's, there is long way to go yet :-) i hope you understand my 'english' Heh.. what I would like for value and reality is all to often miles apart.  Don't get me wrong Dev, I don't mean to seem to be rushing you and I fully understand your motives and reasons and I applaud you for putting the coins future value above immediate gain. What it means for me though, and likely many other miners, is that I will only direct a very small portion of my hashrate to the coin and continue to hope for long term value, as I have already done. I like to see values rise like anyone else but value isn't really value if you can't do anything with it. Again though, I have patience. Keep coding value into my coins. |
