I'll be collecting funds and i will be buying Property House or apartments and rent them out.
Return of the renting profit i'll be sharing with investors.
Im located in Europe and i probably think about to do that kind of business in Europe.
Im looking to put together plan and action and getting investors on board.
I think it's good time to buy because ecb rates are quite high now the new generation young will start taking mortgages again and ecb will lower the rates again.
One of the ideas could be buying and renovating the property.

How is the investment of the investors secured?
Good question, If we can make legal contract it's one of the options and i think the best way would be legal way i can say that you can trust me and i'll be very transparent with all the actions but that's not enough so i think about legal ways to secure process.
Im into building the houses or apartment renovation aswell.
