Why not just look for investors instead? From what I can see what you're planning to do is to use the funds from that altcoin to launch that starch factory from wherever. In that case you can totally skip the altcoin development plan and go straight ahead with building it up instead. Altcoins can be a decent project startup, but only if you know what you're doing. In this context, I don't think said altcoin would have any use case, at all, and that would inevitably make the project dead imo. If you can create one, and one that's innovative and useful enough, then you can try creating an altcoin first and then use your original plan, but otherwise, I don't think it's going to bear any fruit. What you're basically asking here after all is something similar to how gofundme (or any crowdfunding exercise) works from what I can see.

Can someone help me find out how to create my own altcoin step by step.
Approximately how much will it cost?
Who do I need for this? And how long will it take?
Maybe someone is already in the process of launching an altcoin, I’m ready to discuss a joint solution.
What do you think about the launch of an altcoin in a gaming form?
If there is a desire to discuss, I am ready for dialogue.

I’d like to see if it’s possible to finance a project using the release of my altcoin.
Why not to use an already existing altcoin to finance your project? Why not using Bitcoin for that purpose?

I suppose you want to take advantage of the potential pumps in price a token created by you can have, so you maximize your personal profits. However, keep in mind it's not going to be interesting for investors, because as soon as you drop your own tokens for sale on the market, its price is going to fall, and investors are going to see their holdings melting down.

It seems there are no advantages in investing on your token... I wouldn't go ahead with this idea.

Good day.
Please tell me how you see the use of an existing altcoin to start a new startup.
Would the author of the altcoin want me to use his coin for my needs? In order for me to sell altcoins, I must have them.
I don't understand the concept of getting funding for my startup. If I'm wrong, please explain to me.

If you think after creating altcoin your business will get a lot money then you're wrong.

You still need people who're willing to buy your token, if not your token are worthless. People will not believe in your token due to worthless and they're more skeptic against cryptocurrency due to the nature of scam.

If you have an idea to share dividend, it's better if you launch initial public offering.

Hello.
I think an IPO is more suitable for an existing business but not for a startup.
It seems to me that it is impossible for a new company to conduct an initial public offering (IPO).
 Correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm now trying to understand the principle of creating an altcoin and the rules that are necessary to place it  on the exchanges.
I’m looking at as some examples as I could find :
https://wallstmemes.com/
https://bitfinder.io/
this is not advertising product , this is just an example.
There are still more questions than answers.

I’d like to see if it’s possible to finance a project using the release of my altcoin.
Do not judge strictly. Maybe it is impossible. But I hope you can always find an alternative even in such a question.
Can try it small. Ready for dialogue. I will be glad of new acquaintances.

Your project will be fall under Security Token which is still in gray area on crypto space. You are offering a token equivalent to stocks to the company you are building and will share dividend from profit. This type of crowdfunding become popular before until it was hit by regulatory problem since this is illegal to offer on some country with strict regulations.

There’s no current demand on this type of investment since it needs a lot of funding and slow to ROI. I believe you need to partner with launchpad if you want liquidity to your project. This is the current hotspot now if you want to find investors. Find a developer of your tokens then prepare legal framework and whitepaper for your project.

Thanks a lot. I'll follow the link now.

Thanks for the advice to take a closer look at Crowdfunding. I didn't know about this kind of funding. Now I’ll read and look on the Internet. I agree that altcoins
do not have a stable exchange rate and are subject to volatility. I see that after listing the coin drops in value several times. I understand that many people want to get quick benefits and what this can lead to
to the impossibility of the further existence of the project.
I say again that I am new to this topic and I want to understand the possibilities of Internet commerce.

You should take your time if possible do a deep study to fully understand how creating a token and launching a crowdfunding works, we already have thousands of shit and dead coins and yours could be one of them if you do not lay out a good plan, I'm not discouraging you but times have changed a lot in Cryptocurrency.
There was a time when you just created a token and people would buy that token regardless of who created it and what its usage was.
Do a deep study to find out if this is what you really want.

I understand that I know nothing at all about altcoins. To find out more, I came to this site. I want to understand for myself
Is it possible to use an altcoin to finance a startup? I understand that a team is needed. I can't do this alone.
That's what I'm here for. If things don't work out, I won't be upset. I'm already pleased with the attention on this forum and that so many people are trying to help me.

@OP have you spoken with your lawyers? There's so much complicated stuff if you want people abroad to invest in your business, aside from the ICO issue with the regulation. Your best bet is by pitching investors if you can't afford to get bank lending.

I agree with you regarding a European company or a company from a country with a stable economy.
I live in Ukraine. It's not a good time for startup funding right now. Ukrainian company
has virtually no chance of funding. Foreign companies are also not ready to work due to high risks.
For example, I’ll give you one of the situations:
There is a product in demand in Ukraine that is produced in China. It is possible to sell a product in Ukraine only if it is available in the country. China will not start production
goods without receiving a 30% advance payment and will not ship the goods without paying the balance 70%. There is no direct logistics from China to Ukraine. An intermediary country is needed. Financing for such
It is almost impossible to get a deal in Ukraine.
but if, in theory, we take a coin that will be secured by a trade credit. The investor buys part of the coins, thereby financing the transaction
Let's say 1 US dollar per coin. The transaction status process will be displayed on the company website. When selling goods in Ukraine, coins will be redeemed at a fixed price, for example
1.1 dollars. Someone will sell right away, someone will wait. With each round of the transaction, the cost of redeeming coins increases.
eventually buy them all. You can use it for another deal by first writing out a business plan on the website.
If I'm wrong, please correct me. I see the possibility of using altcoin as a share in a joint stock company.
My knowledge of English is easy. Translated by a translator.

Hi, welcome to bitcointalk propeller. I understand the concept that you're thinking about releasing altcoin of yours for the funding of your business and in return, there's the value that you'll also project for those tokens. Honestly, this has been done for so many times in the past like during the ICO days. I don't recommend this anymore as the volatility will certainly hit the token especially if you put that in the exchanges. If there's a need for funding just release some bonds or get into crowdfunding by releasing stocks instead of altcoins.

All I found on the Internet were Crowdfunding sites that allow you to finance non-commercial projects or
private small business. Mainly associated with handmade or production of piece goods. Their reward for funding is basically the right to receive the product for free.
I have not found a platform for financing business projects. If there is a specific site, please tell me.

Thank you for your message.
I understand that there were and are many scam  projects involving finance that
were created only for the sake of receiving other people's money.
I understand that it is very difficult to inspire confidence among investors and
show that the project will be a success.
The cryptocurrency market is new to me. I haven't followed the crypto market before.
Now is the time for digitalization. Today it is difficult to find financing to start a business.
I used to use the services of private investors and bank loans.
There were no other options in my practice.
Today banks do not want to finance a project without collateral and participation with their capital of at least 30%
from the cost of the project. Private investors are not willing to take risks given the global economic downturn.
While studying the cryptocurrency market, I see that people invest their finances in coins that do not have any collateral.
people take risks with the desire to receive income from purchase and sale operations or freezing coins.
I want to try to attract finance from the virtual market to the real sector by combining them.
I don't know if this will work or not.
In order to understand, I am looking for someone who understands this.
Today, due to restrictions on free movement in my country and I am looking more towards e-commerce.
While there is time and opportunity, I want to learn more about the altcoin market.
Maybe I'll find a partner here By combining efforts and knowledge we can get results.

Before I bring up my suggestions I will like to clarify myself base on my observation towards combination of two languages you use for English board, I think that the you composed or wrote in Russian and Ukraine languages you won't have using your native language in English board, specifically a native languages is meant to be in local board not in public board. But nevertheless, I guess the English composition is local version of it.

The aspect of altcoins business, it would have been good to learn and understand the kind of business you want to get into, because its obvious that altcoins gives profit when you are lucky enough for particular altcoins you invest on accelerate, so therefore altcoins investment is suppose to verify very because of the potential of the project before investing on it, because their is every tendency that the coin you want to invest on will give off in short duration, so the reputation of altcoins and the potential matters a lot.

Thanks for the comments. I deleted the weight of my message in Russian.
The idea is to create a new altcoin for the project instead of using what is already there.
Collateral for altcoin will be the rights to the company that will own the enterprise. The coin will be payable dividends.
Coin holders can either receive dividends or sell them to the company after the plant starts up.

Good day to all.

I’m new to this forum and I got here through a Google search of cryptocurrency forums.
I’m not good at this, and this is a new direction for me.
Looking for someone to help me understand the altcoin business.
For many years I was engaged in business working as a financier in large companies. For today
It is very difficult for businesses to attract funding into the real sector.
I have an idea to attract funding to the real business sector by releasing altcoin
That would be secured by real business.
If this team is interested in discussing the possibility of a joint start-up.
I’m no good at the crypt, but I have real business experience.
At the moment I am considering the construction of a starch factory on the basis of the former plant that
located in Slovakia. There is a project of the plant also there is an engineering company that will carry out installation and start-up of the operation.
I’d like to see if it’s possible to finance a project using the release of my altcoin.
Do not judge strictly. Maybe it is impossible. But I hope you can always find an alternative even in such a question.
Can try it small. Ready for dialogue. I will be glad of new acquaintances.

My native language is Russian and Ukrainian. English is very weak. I wrote the text in Russian then translated in a translator.
There may be translation errors, I apologize for them in advance.
