I am faced with the same issue. I deposited on 04-04 morning to the new address which was notified, and have not received them in my account over 36 hours. I wrote to the FAQ of freebitco.in, as well as directly on mail, but still didn't get any response.

I have made a deposit of 0.06768042 BTC on 04-04-2024 into my freebitcoint account (user id: 4006123), however, even after 24 hours have passed, i have not yet received my deposit in the freebitcoin account.

I have never faced this kind of issues in the past, all deposits and withdrawals to my freebitco.in  were processed timely.

Please help to resolve my case.

(P.S.  in the past several days, there was a notification in freebitco.in site that the old BTC addresses shall no longer be used, and that new deposits should be made on the new P2SH addresses, so i had used this address for the deposit by clicking on the Deposit -> QR scan.  Unfortunately i did not make a screenshot of this, and now this notification is no longer there, and the deposit address has returned back to the previous one, so i feel that i have been scammed and my money has been stolen.   I really hope this is not the case)

Please help to resolve the issue

Hi Nikola, have you forwarded a copy of this message to TheQuin? If no then kindly do so, I will also leave a message for him so he can hopefully look into your case as well. Seems there are a couple of problems lately, mine may have taken such a long time but I'm sure as long as it is legitimate then it will be resolved.

Absolutely. If you followed my case closely you will notice that I kept pointing out I had used the platform seamlessly before this incident. I'm just glad to have it resolved and yes of course it is only right I provide everyone here with updates as all my complaints were also publicly made.

However, I still strongly believe that freebitco.in needs extra hands on their support side of things because however you choose to look at it, it still makes no sense I was made to wait for 8 months to get something as simple as that resolved. This kind of situation definitely causes panic and doubt to the user and community at large.

I'm really sorry this took so long. I didn't take it seriously at the time because it's an issue that I get complaints about all the time and there's never been an actual problem with it before. When there are 2 outputs to the same address in a transaction the script that checks each new block credits the first one and then there's a second script that runs to do the next one. Because that runs later people always assume it has been missed. It turns out that at the time this happened to you our node had crashed and wetsuit had to build a new one. In that process, the second script didn't get copied across to the new node.

These are great news! I'm happy for you that everything ended well after those long months waiting for a solution. All the efforts made by you and other members of this community were valid. Your case was a very unique one in all these years I've been an user of the platform, and even though I've been constantly cashing out satoshis from freebitco.in without any issues, the fact you didn't have your issue solved was disturbing me, as we don't want for others what we don't want for ourselves, and as what happened to you could have also happened to any of us instead.

Enjoy your satoshis and the peace of mind you must be feeling for having solved a long lasting issue in your crypto journey! I think we all know that this site has been operating for a long time so they will not disappoint their users just because of the problem of your deposit being delayed let alone damage their reputation on this forum, personally I have never had a serious problem on this site obviously if I were you maybe It will also be frustrating to wait a long time to get a quick reply or response from this site regarding the problem you are experiencing, but believe me they will process it, you just need patience to solve the problem, after all, Thequin was also present on this thread yesterday and hopefully he can also help with your other complaints. .

It sounds a bit incredible that everything is organized by only 2 people with a little help from the side, and that they did not decide to invest in quality customer support. It is obvious that money is not a problem, so I wonder why they allow themselves to have things like this happen to them, which bring them nothing but bad promotion.
Although I'm not sure, but I think they have to give the full access of Freebitco to the person who will be hired as support agent with the permission to view user account. To be frank, Freebitco support quality has decreased as the time has passed. Where their reputation has increased gradually. They have invested money to create other casinos (dPlay, ClubRiches), where the live support system is available on dPlay casino.

@jper3009, TheQuin has made a post on the 30th March in the forum. It is quite surprising that he hasn't said anything about this issue. Maybe you can try to get help about your issue from dPlay live support team as the casino is also owned by Freebitco team. It may not be effective, but it is the only hope for now as the support system of Freebitco is unresponsive.

Expecting thequin to be "back" is not going to change anything. Do you guys really think that when he doesn't write here, the website is not taken care of? Or that the person who is in charge (as you can see from the name) of freebitco.in relations with bitcointalk that keeps writing here is just a decoy? When you here, or to that address, that thequin doesn't get information about you?

If your problem is not solved, and you do not get an answer, maybe it is because there is no reason to answer to you? You can claim whatever you want, in the end you are not going to get what you want just because you are persistent, just because you keep spamming doesn't mean that you are right. Thequin would respond if he wants to, if not then he doesn't have to.

It appears you didnt read anything about the scam accusation.  jper3009 has a VERY VALID case that has gone unresolved for almost a year now and it's completely inexcusable imo.  I would continue to bump the scam thread and push for a DT flag based on just the history of it as it sits right now.  Even if it get resolved,  imo it still merits a DT flag that expires in 3yrs.  There should be forum consequences for such piss poor customer service.

A DT flag should never be given for poor costumer service but should only used in situations where the company is clearly scamming the user or where fraud is committed. I would still give TheQuin some time to solve the jper case also; they build a very solid reputation and are still paying oht withojt problems.

It is very easy to navigate the forum, you choose the board you are interested in and the topic that interests you in that board. I suggest you read the forum rules -> Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ, and especially pay attention to rule 32, which you break with Posting multiple posts in a row.

You can clearly see from my stats that I am very well invested and active on this platform, (not many people can boast of my numbers) so yeah this is why it hurts even more...
I honestly do not have anything against the site, just look into my problem and do better with your customer support is all I ask. My case is a meagre amount compared to some of the deposits that some of you might make, what if it happened to you, you think you'll get any preferential treatment? Common now I've waited 8 months, not 8 days but over half a year. I've totally lost my cool on this subject.

I may never get back my funds, but what I promise to never stop doing is calling the owners of the platform out. It is foolish and thieving to have a website of millions of users with no investment made on quality customer support. For all the money TheQuin and Wetsuit make, give me one reason why they cannot employ extra hands to effectively run their customer support if they are not stylishly being fraudulent. They know it is impossible for 2 people to continuously handle that amount of work (along with a chunk of other projects), still after 10 years+ in business they think it's irrelevant or not necessary to hire a support team, that says it all for me. It's a well organized scam lol.

Ideally, nobody should have to wait for TheQuin to come online before they can get any assistance from freebitco.in, it makes no sense.
Open your eyes people and ask the right questions, you're putting money into a system that has zero value for you as a customer, or do you guys use your freebitco.in accounts as a faucet? Most likely not. The majority of people here probably deposit on that platform from time to time so you need to see that my concerns are valid for us all as a community.

If you go through my posts and accusation you will find that a number of people have also come out to lay the same complaints, customer support on this platform is non-existent. You cannot use freebitco.in like I do and be okay with waiting for TheQuin to come online on a non-related platform so your concerns on his website can be addressed. What?? Lol, who does that?

I will keep at this for as long as my issues remain unattended to. There's always going to be another victim tomorrow, maybe they will see this and it will help save them.

You see the irony of life will hit everyone at some point, I will continue to call out freebitco.in no matter what anyone says. I have nothing against the platform, I speak my truth. I have used freebitco.in everyday for the past 8 years (and by everyday I mean every single day). I believed and trusted the site as well, but since TheQuin has decided that I'm not worth responding to (even when they have my money lol), I will continually post here and call them out.

Don't care much if I'm tagged a loudmouth or if my merit runs into -10,000,000.

I've seen that their signature campaign has also ended because he didn't topped up the wallet and didn't responded. Maybe there's something going on with him personally and that's outside of the casino. But with concerns like this, this should have been addressed long time ago, and with his absence, there should be someone to take over his duty to resolve all of these concerns of their customers when they've taken a lot of time to wait for any response.

Not a good sign, we hope to not see a Bitvest v2 moment... they should have thought of some contingency plan. After all, they have been in the game for a long time.

I am really fed up, fighting everyday to get what I have lost back and still there is no acknowledgement or any kind of response from freebitco.in or TheQuin. This is a helpless and potentially hopeless situation. TheQuin and Wetsuit could easily be billionaires but somehow it skipped the top of their heads to employ a customer support team for their platform, they have chosen to run a platform of millions of users as though it is a family of 4 with no investment in customer feedback and support. This is a nightmare, several users have confirmed that there is no form of response from support when they try to make contact. Ideally, I should not be on this forum trying to get in touch with support@freebitco.in, I should only have to send a mail and receive an acknowledgement and or a personnel to help look into and resolve my complaints.

Freebitco.in can exist for 50 years and still decide to go out of business one day without any heads up, what nonsense are you talking by saying TheQuin doesn't need to respond to me? I have myself place a bet in the range of $70k - $80k and I hope the price will stay in this range.
I was seeing the pump in price already which is why I had place my bet on this range.
But we cannot surely say that it will only go upwards here onwards because the margin is too low and just a few hundred dollars downwards and we will be out of this range.
So yeah, we need to hold tight.

A number of people on this thread/forum have sent my complaints/scam accusation across to TheQuin, it's 8 months now without any kind of concrete response. What does a scam accusation do? I was hoping it will bring the attention of the handlers of this platform but so far it's been futile. I don't care if the platform continues to exist and payout, this is rubbish. What's even worse is that there are indeed just 2 people running a platform where millions of dollars go into everyday, with absolutely no form of customer rep or support. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life with regards to getting a feedback from a platform's customer support. Disgusting, utterly disgusting.

I've used this stupid platform since 2016, at some point I was putting money in everyday because I had no issues with payout, they seemed to be reliable. What kind of mess have I got myself into? Who can I tag or PM to get my messages across to TheQuin? Are there any top forum members whom I can voice out my complaints to, to help get this problem resolved quickly. I've lost it, from now on I cannot keep it civil. I met TheQuin online a few days ago, sent a message and I was completely ignored (whilst he was still online). He went ahead to make a post in this thread but acted blind to all the tags, mentions and messages. I need an end to this nonsense, I've waited 8 months and I'm being treated as though I do not exist or like I've not repeatedly stated what my case is.

If I have posted false allegations against your platform then come out and debunk all I've said and tell your side of the story, but ignoring me??? I have no reason whatsoever to be on this forum, I was led here in my search for a freebitcoin representative to resolve my complaints. What is this nonchalant attitude? I'm sick to my stomach.

I have myself place a bet in the range of $70k - $80k and I hope the price will stay in this range.
I was seeing the pump in price already which is why I had place my bet on this range.
But we cannot surely say that it will only go upwards here onwards because the margin is too low and just a few hundred dollars downwards and we will be out of this range.
So yeah, we need to hold tight.

A number of people on this thread/forum have sent my complaints/scam accusation across to TheQuin, it's 8 months now without any kind of concrete response. What does a scam accusation do? I was hoping it will bring the attention of the handlers of this platform but so far it's been futile. I don't care if the platform continues to exist and payout, this is rubbish. What's even worse is that there are indeed just 2 people running a platform where millions of dollars go into everyday, with absolutely no form of customer rep or support. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life with regards to getting a feedback from a platform's customer support. Disgusting, utterly disgusting.

I've used this stupid platform since 2016, at some point I was putting money in everyday because I had no issues with payout, they seemed to be reliable. What kind of mess have I got myself into? Yikes, I wonder what happened to him since he's been responding from time to time. Quite unusual...
This is wired situation he is not responding to anyone with admin is also not giving any update which is creating feud about this site and their project as well, but good thing happening members are having access to their all funds and deposit and withdrawal are also working ok which making good relief hopefully in near future we will have update about this all.
But still his movement is wired with many times he came online but never give any reply or post any update about their plans or current situation.
Not saying that freebitco is going to scam or what ever related to that, so please don't read and quote me wrongly   but the honest truth actually is that, when it comes paying attention to red flags in a casino, withdrawals is the wrong thing to look at, for it can only take a seconds for withdrawals to stop working, and when that happens, those who managed to have their withdrawal processes before the engine was turned off will be the luckiest, while others who placed their withdrawal request supposedly late will have on pending processing status for like forever until the site goes offline, or it's automatically canceled.

When it comes to freebitco, I personally trust them because of the good reputation from their very long existence in this industry, and I believe they wouldnt want to destroy all that they have managed to build over the years for what ever reason,
I think this is one important factor to look at and consider, and not that withdrawals are working normally, it takes nothing for a scamming casino to turn of withdrawals.

I have tried to trust freebitco.in, even after my deposit was not duly credited I kept on making subsequent deposits and just writing mails to support with hopes that my complaint would be resolved (I mean it didn't seem like a big problem, all they had to do was check to see if I was credited or not)...
As a matter of fact I kept putting money in my account until February when I finally got in touch with TheQuin and immediate steps were not taken to rectify the issue. I don't care if withdrawals and deposits keep on being processed seamlessly, MY CONCERN IS THE LACK OF CARE/RESPECT FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT GIVES SO MUCH TO THE PLATFORM. Freebitco.in would have gone out of operation long ago but for you and I, we should be their priority but that is not the case. It has taken nearly 8 months for a simple issue such as mine to be addressed, not to talk of being resolved.

He needs to wait for the reply from the casino and it may take a few days as today is Friday and the next two days it will be the weekend.  The good thing is that Freebitco will provide the resolution in the best interest of the gambler. However, if the problem lies at the gambling casino, freeBitco is the one that they will admit their mistakes and resolve the issue.
Sometimes if you keep following up in excess and do not give some time for the casino to evaluate the case and respond back, this can create a negative aspect on the case. Better wait for some time and hope the casino will help solve the problem.

I completely understand but if you have been following my case you will see that I've waited over 7 months...
