1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins are undervalued in 2024? on: May 28, 2024, 02:15:28 AM
ADA. Yes, the price has disappointed, but newbies need to understand the value it holds. I've been keeping it in my portfolio because I know the price will rise eventually. That said, I do have a pretty diverse portfolio and use a crypto trading bot (R100K) to keep it balanced.

ADA has been boring for months
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins are undervalued in 2024? on: May 27, 2024, 05:05:38 AM
Among the zillions of coins listed on the market, which one(s) do you think is/are undervalued right now? And why? I believe Litecoin is an undervalued cryptocurrency because of its limited supply (84m coins), greater transaction capacity (than Bitcoin), and built-in privacy features (Mimblewimble). I also believe Elastic (XEL) and Golem (GNT) are undervalued as they're decentralized supercomputing networks with limitless potential.

What is/are your pick(s)? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Smiley

I think XRP is heavily undervalued too
Hm yes. I hold some xrp and I really believe it has the potential to grow more. Right now I see many criticisms against it but I think in the bull run, holders of xrp will be very happy.

I use it for daily transactions and it has a significantly lower transaction fees compared to other altcoins. It’s definitely good for daily transactions due to its speed and liquidity.

Also its on the right path to attain full legal clarity. I hope SEC and Ripple will fully settle thier differences before this ALT season

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the potential of $Waves? on: May 27, 2024, 01:14:41 AM

i like thier platform but you gotta sell your waves during a bear market. I've seen it dumped from $50 to $0.50 which means no one is interested in holding this token despite how long it had been existing.

i used to be an investor so if you haven't bought it yet, just move to something else. several coins on top are more worth investing and even holding for long term than this one.

Hi thanks for the reply. I'd really appreciate if you can give a few examples or tell us some of what you hold

same projects that people here are investing in. mostly BTC and some top coins. that's the usual answer, you just have to look at the list.

i'm assuming you already have $WAVES and the question is that you are just looking for validation. well, since you already have them, you might as well just hold them for now until the alt season. or maybe stake those WAVES you got. as far as i know, there are WAVES to earn upon staking. APY i believe is around 7%.

,
Many thanks for the response. Actually no, I am not invested in Waves. I was just observing the charts only and realised how popular it was back in the day among the members of this site. Like many members say it looks like a pump and dump scheme hence I won't be investing

Hello everyone! What is your honest opinion about Manta token? Looking for some expert advice. Thanks!
Manta can perform very well in a good coin market no one can tell the exact news of how much it will go up so you can hold it for long term investment. If the amount of investment is high, the value of this currency will increase a lot.

I agree

Hi, some years back Waves has been hyped as the next Etherium. What do you all think about this project? Does it still have any potential?
I don't think this project has that much of a bright future that it could become the next ETh. I would rather say that it would not go near to ETH because it's not a new project and after seeing its previous history we can say that this coins has many large dumps.

Especially I remember that once It revolved into the market around 50-55$ and then it dropped to some cents because people realise that it's not worth it to hold this. In short I don't see a bright future.

👍

Hi, some years back Waves has been hyped as the next Etherium. What do you all think about this project? Does it still have any potential?
if there wasn't this topic then I would have forgotten about this $waves token lol, I still remember around 2018 $waves attracted a lot of attention from investors until the price rose quickly but as time went by, investors withdrew their funds from waves because the developer does not have good innovation for the future of token waves, there is little chance for token waves to return to ATH imo.

But when you check the chart. Its evident that it has successfully broken all of its previous ATHs during every bull market

It only went through one bull cycle and after gaining it's ATH it has been dumped heavily and that is the concern. If an alt is not able to hold on to its price then it means the demand is not much and to increase its demand the development team needs to add new features to the platform. If your holding the coin then keep on holding them untill the price comes back to where it was when you bought them and then exit.

I agree but even coins like NEAR fell heavily during the bear market if you remember

Hi, some years back Waves has been hyped as the next Etherium. What do you all think about this project? Does it still have any potential?
Potentials are given to projects that have good roadmaps. Waves happens to be one of these promising projects in the space and it's probably matter of time before we all recognized this particular project. Waves is currently at $2.48 and having slim bullish candles form but I see them as a path to entrapped investors. Waves have a total supply of 114,690,226 Waves in the space and the investors are also not relenting, back to back bagging of the coin because some of them have noticed it to be promising.

Thanks!

Hello everyone! What is your honest opinion about Manta token? Looking for some expert advice. Thanks!

Mantas are good to invest in, but mantas open TIAs, but nevertheless it is possible that mantas will follow in the footsteps of tia. For good performance and hodlers a lot.

If you intend to find more profit in this coin, it is possible, but you also have to quickly monitor price changes because I see manta Hodlers do not hesitate to sell when this coin increases slightly, it only lasts a long time if BTC is pumped., so, if you are trading, my advice is to monitor it but if it is long-term, buy it and let it work for you.

I don't think its realistic to think Manta will be the next TIA
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XVG] Verge - Speculation & Discussion on: May 25, 2024, 05:56:31 PM
Verge is an instamine scam and widely regarded as a joke now. If you "invest" in this trash you are a very highly regarded individual.

It has been very silent for a while!
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XVG] Verge - Speculation & Discussion on: May 25, 2024, 08:22:37 AM
XVG is not a potential coin to invest. I feel very disappointed with the development team of the XVG. They have no foresight, and they only cooperate with partners of the porn industry

Please my friend, join us in the real world, where Verge Currency is looking like a better investment than ever.

Also, do you refrain from using fiat currency? Because, do you know, fiat/usd/eur etc is used also used by the porn industry also? I hate to break it to you, as I know that is a deal breaker for you.
Verge is "currency", that means it's going to be used for everything fiat is used for(and many cases already is). Like it or not, that means porn as well.

Verge has been on a roll in securing new vendor partnerships in all types of industries. From electronics, cars and real estate(cryptoemporium.eu, save with coupon code XVGWhaleRef), home goods, blunt umbrellas, hot sauce, CBD products(another billion dollar industry), VPN service, multiple clothing companies, a food-cart company, bodyboards, guitars, dioxyme sport supplements(coupon code UPGRADE), in-person business(hundreds in Colombia). Gaming with tokengaming coming soon. Plus new exchanges constantly adopting Verge, such as Bitexlive just launched fiat(Lira) purchases of VergeCurrency in Turkey, Bitnovo just adopted XVG allowing for purchase of Verge at 20,000 locations in Spain in Italy(can buy anonymously with fiat with gift cards/vouchers). My girlfriend is planning a wine bar that will accept XVG(hopefully this year). That's just the tip of a much larger iceberg of use.

Recent stats show XVG is in the top 10 most used cryptocurrencies, in some 24 hour periods beating other privacy focused coins such as monero, dash, zcash, etc https://twitter.com/XVGWhaleReal/status/1038555462172635137

I just texted Sunerok the other week, he is doing excellent. He is not one for social media, that is because he is a programer, and programming is his focus. Listen to his speech in Amsterdam. Also has more NDAs up his sleeve.

The core team is doing an excellent job. I recently flew to Texas and met Nick Gaudiano who is a core team member ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kcDF9Kcs9FU ) and we talked about Verge Currency as well as mining(his company is planning one of the largest cryptocurrency mining facilities in the United States, feel free to DM me for details), here is a video about my trip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V8ZlmFMAYSU ). Both myself (CEO of Cryptocurrency Mining LLC) and Nick Gaudiano (CEO of BitcoinRack) intend to capture as much of the bitcoin/crypto mining marketshare as humanly possible, and, we are members of the Verge Currency community.

We also met with John Perrone, CEO of Bitwallet exchange/wallet https://twitter.com/BitWalletInc, I talked to him some about VergeCurrency. We are working hard a real world networking and building the foundation for a future powered by cryptocurrency. We are also seeking ways to get the name out there. I went to/survived John McAfee's home for 6 nights to help further our cause, was an unforgettable experience and ended up paying off huge. Nick(well connected in Houston) talked to DJ Khaled the other night in Houston, to attempt to get a shout-out for Verge on video. He didn't get one, but was sure worth a try(Hopefully Khaled will at least look up XVG and buy a bag, that'd be a major key). The point is, we are doing everything in our power to advance cryptocurrency and elevate Verge Currency, and we will not stop.

The core dev team is doing an awesome job, with constant updates on the beautiful new iOS wallet coming soon: https://twitter.com/SwenVanZanten/status/1037813951378141184

That same Verge core-team developer just going Verge Currency working on his personal ledger: https://twitter.com/marpme_/status/1041671148025597953

The core team is very active, a very large group working on the next stages of marketing, development, and partnerships, highly dedicated to taking XVG to the next level.

To define/imply Verge Currency as just Currency for porn, is madness. XVG not limited to that industry, and those partnerships (with leaders in a billion dollar industry, where consumers have a focus on privacy) are nothing to laugh at.

The focus of Verge Currency is to compete not just with bitcoin, but national fiat currencies. Advancements are made towards this end on a daily basis. Hence the name "Currency" in the name, rather than just another coin or token. I highly suggest browsing the #VergeFam hashtag on twitter, as a large portion of the hyper-active XVG community is based on twitter. The Verge twitter community is one of the most active, and arguably the most dedicated and passionate single-cryptocurrency focused community in the entire space. The FUD is uncalled for, as new vendors are being announced constantly while members of the VergeCurrency community are working constantly on all fronts.

As CryptoRekt(https://twitter.com/CryptoRekt/status/1041451166440206336) mentioned on twitter a few days ago(good friend of Sunerok/lead dev), @justinvendetta (Sunerok) is working hard on perfecting his "baby" (Verge Currency) as this is a work of passion. For Justin, this is about more than just money. Implementing the new bitcoin standards to the codebase is just on more step towards more success. I have met Justin twice in person, this past December in Florida and in Amsterdam at the meetup, as well as chat with him on occasional phone call and text. All is well, he is the person you want for this job, and cares deeply about the project. And he hasn't been completely silent either, some of you may have listened to his interview of Frank Dashwood on "Radio Crypto" not too long ago. If he is keeping to himself, that means he's working hard.

And if you are concerned about the markets, lets not forget that XVG had the highest ytd % gains of any cryptocurrency in history in 2017. https://www.cointimemachine.com/top-100-best-cryptocurrency-list-2017/

VergeCurrency, like bitcoin, is a proof of work coin. Investors and dev/core team members, and "verge fam" community members had to either mine or buy their own coins. Mass adoption is pushed by a community of volunteers. That is true decentralization. With a faster blocks than bitcoin, variety of algorithms, long history rooted in the early stages of crypto, active community pushing mass adoption/real world use, genius developer, and a constant push for mass adoption: Verge Currency has secured it's placed in currency history and will be a permanent fixture in the coming decentralized blockchain global economy.

Dismissing Verge as a potential investment, is like dismissing water as a means of hydration.

👏👏👏

I think to change fortune you should always make your investment the best investment. Meanwhile as a supply of 1billion, so manta is a very good project and already the price of this token is profitable for investors. But there are some who bought at high prices but still have to wait to get good profit. Since the price of this token was 4$ a few days ago, you can buy it if you want and save it for long time. Ahead we can see bull market then you will get good profit.

Thats right!
but now at almost 2 dollars? those who bought from 4 dollars are already losers with more than 50%, and also not sure if this project is still have a future because after that ATH now it falls so bad that investors might feel the frustration.
I will not recommend this knowing how promising projects is much available now like Solana and ever Cardano.
also if I were to but price now? maybe better for me to consider dogecoin or Ripple instead.

From what I have noticed, they are constantly developing and introducing new products and are backed by reputed entities in crypto.

Manta network Is another L2 Catageoy Token, Backed by Polychain as well as BinanceLabs. And if I'm not wrong, Manta was lauchpool on Binance and i staked there too. This project was very good and perform ao well after launched even the trading volume and the demand of it made me wodner. It has ath of $3.9 maybe although right now price dump 2x but it still looks good to go with. Even i like the network and technology what build by manta. So it is expected that it will be grow more soon

Great
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Manta a promising project? on: April 22, 2024, 04:54:25 AM
In my opinion, people should look at these new projects as if they were looking at gambling, in which they will put in little money but know that it is money they can afford to lose. for example if a person has 500$, then that person must choose 10 projects and then put 50$ in each project, this way the person just observes each project without creating high expectations and if he loses everything, it will not be a problem, if he makes a profit in many and have losses in others, you don't lose everything. I'm talking about this because this project was listed on Biance this year and in January. since January until today the price has been falling, and see that it reached 4$ and there were many people who bought at 4$ because they thought the price was low and today they are seeing the price below 2$, so these people have big losses and I know that it is normal for people to be exaggeratedly optimistic in this cryptocurrency market.

looking at the charts of this cryptocurrency

If this month, the price of this token does not close at $2.60, then in the next month the price will continue to fall, the problem is that of the price of a coin, and that when there is a scenario in which people bought a lot and realize that they are having a big loss and the situation will tend to get worse, so many people sell everything they bought to reduce losses and jump to another project to recover losses and make a profit, by this I mean that if the price closes this month below 2.60$ then no Next month the price will fall a lot because people will sell to reduce their losses, so my question is: why would people buy while the price is falling a lot?

Great analysis! My personal opinion is Manta is a solid project that one can hold for 2-3 years to come. Also they keep developing thier project and introducing new solutions constantly
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Manta a promising project? on: April 21, 2024, 02:13:42 PM
I don't know why this coin keeps tanking there are a lot of influencers keep saying that this coin is good coin to invest but I just don't believe it I decided to just dump this coin when it was still $3, well I guess that was a good decision knowing that it tanked nearing its lowest point right now.
also keep on the lookout for the newest coin that gonna get listed in may, there gonna be many TGE for these new projects and it might overshadow manta, honestly it definitely have the strength to recover its previous all time high but i just prefer to bet on newer coin.

Was this one with the airdrop that has released to many? I think that it's also promising but with these opinions that we're having was due to the fact that they've got and loaded a lot of money to the community but as a project itself, you do yourself a favor by looking at it and all you have to do is to research more about it and the whitepaper as well to get some glimpse of it whether you should be on it or not.
there are many rumour that there might be some vesting unlocks left remaining that might potentially disrupt the current price i mean as it is right now price already tanking, i don't know why but it seems people just switched over to the newer L2 just for the sake of getting better opportunity and people just outright abandon manta.

👍👍

I see a lot of traders trading MNT but it's not yet listed on some famous exchanges. There is still room to grow IMO. I haven't had the time to research but  I traded it because the chart looks good and he technical analysis I did is good.

Are you planning to hold it?

I think holding Manta will be profitable post halving
