I don't know what you mean by "often".  It's been at least a month and their reserves are at $0.00.  I have not seen the reserves go higher than the minimum required to withdraw.

Yeah their minimum is $100, but since they take like 20%, I have to put in like $120, which is over their "Reserve" limit.  They say to come back later, but when is "later"?

I used btc-e.com, then transferred $1000USD to Payeer.com, and now it seems stuck there forever!  The only option that accepts U.S. transactions is the "SWIFT" option; however, when I go there and say I want to withdraw $1000, it gives me this annoying error:  "Reserves are expected to be added here. Amount to be received should be less than 116.73 USD."

I don't even know what this means!  I messaged them, and at least they responded.  However, their responses are so cryptic I don't understand what they mean.  I asked what this error message meant, and these are their many responses:
1.  try again later
2.  Hello, The system has A Currently Low Reserve and reloading. Please await.
3.  Hello You have to await for the Reserve to Reload. You can see the reserve in real time in the Exchange section on here.

Basically they're saying wait till forever with no explanation on what "Reserve" means.  Also, they say I can view the reserve in real time, but that option doesn't exist.

Has anyone been able to successfully get their money from Payeer.com?  And how did you do it?  I fear I'll never see my money again...
